This research aims to examine the degree and direction of competition anxiety according to gender and technique levels of archers in competition. To do so, the averages and standard deviations for 3 sub factors according to gender and technique levels will be calculated and their effects in the ability to play the game will be analyzed. For this study, a total of 103 high school archers (excellence and non-excellence), 53 male and 50 female, participating the 17th Presidential Banner Competition took placed in Yaechun, Kyungbuk, on June 22-25, 1999, were surveyed. 6 archers were excluded since they may contaminate the survey. The distinction between the excellent and non-excellent groups were made based on the individual's competition records within 2 years with the help of the Korean Archers Association such that archers, male and female, who were selected to the 32nd Rank Competitions were designated to be in the excellent group and the rest the non-excellent group. The method of measuring the degree is the revised Competition Anxiety Test (Jones and Swain, 1992) which added the factor of direction to the Competition Anxiety Test-2 (Martens etc. 1990). Averages and standard deviations for the degree and direction of competition anxiety according to gender and technique levels (excellence and non-excellence) were calculated and in order to find out their effects, the One Way ANOVA was used. As a result, the following conclusion was made. In the aspects of the degree and direction of competition anxiety according to gender and technique levels, there were no significant difference in the intensity of apprehension, physical condition, and confidence. Furthermore, there were no significant difference in the direction of apprehension, physical condition, and confidence. According to gender, there were no significant difference in the intensity of apprehension and physical condition, however, there was a significant difference only in confidence while the direction of apprehension, physical condition, and confidence showed no significant difference. As a result, in the future studies, there is a need to measure the direction of self confidence for male and female archers in the excellence group while the direction of self confidence for male and female archers in the non-excellence group must be further studied.

Dielectrophoresis has received considerable attention for separating nanotubes according to electronic types. Here we examine the effects of surface conductivity of semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNT), induced by ionic surfactants, on the sign of dielectrophoretic force. The crossover frequency of semiconducting SWNT increases rapidly as the conductivity ratio between the particle and medium increases, leading to an incomplete separation of ionic surfactant suspended SWNT at an electric field frequency of 10 ㎒ The surface charge of SWNT is neutralized by an equimolar mixture of anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and cationic surfactant cetyltrimenthylammonium bromide (CTAB), resulting in negative dielectrophoresis of semiconducting species at 10 ㎒. A comparative Raman spectroscopy study shows a nearly complete separation of metallic SWNT.

A DNA analysis system based on fluorescence analysis has to have a DNA amplifying thermal cycle system. DNA amplification is executed by the temperature control. Accuracy of fluorescence analysis is influenced by the temperature control technology. For that reason, the temperature control is core technology in developing the DNA analysis system. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to develop the hardware to apply thermoelectric module to the DNA amplifying thermal cycle system. In order to verify the developed hardware for controlling the temperature of thermoelectric module, a DNA amplifying thermal cycle test was performed. From the test, the developed hardware controlled the temperature of thermoelectric module successfully. Therefore, it is expected that the developed hardware can be applied to the DNA amplifying thermal cycle system.
Unity Engine 기반 수중 로봇 3차원 포지셔닝 프로그램 구현

해양자원을 활용하기 위한 수중 로봇과 관련된 연구가 다수 진행되고 있다. 그러나 일반 드론과 다르게 수중 로봇은 매개체가 공기가 아닌 물이기 때문에 위치 파악이 쉽지 않은 문제점이 존재한다. 수중 위치를 확인하기 위한 기존 연구인 수중 로봇의 모니터링 및 포지셔닝 프로그램은 대규모 공간에서 활용하기 위한 목적을 가지고 있기 때문에 소규모의 공간에서 위치 파악 및 모니터링에 어려움을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 소규모 공간에서 지속적인 모니터링과 명령 전달을 위한 3차원 포지셔닝 프로그램을 제안한다. 제안된 프로그램은 수중 로봇의 위치에 깊이를 확인할 수 있도록 다차원 포지셔닝 모니터링 기능과 3차원 화면을 통해 이동 경로 제어할 수 있는 기능으로 구성된다. 성능평가를 통해 수중 로봇이 수조 모습과 동일하게 출력되어 3차원 화면으로 다양한 각도에서 모니터링 확인이 가능하였으며, 설정 경로와 실제 위치의 차이가 평균 6.44m 이내로써 상정 범위 내의 오차를 확인하였다.

현재 많은 사람들이 스마트폰을 사용하고 있다 사용자들은 자신의 사생활 및 개인정보를 보호 받길 원한다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 기기의 마이크(Mic), 카메라(Camera), 터치스크린(Touch Screen) 등을 활용하여 스마트폰 보안 앱을 설계 하고자 한다 다양한 방법의 잠금장치를 설정하여 사용자들이 보다 더 안전하게 스마트폰을 사용하게 될 것을 기대할 수 있다. Recently, many people use smartphone. Smartphone users want to protect their privacy and personal information. In this paper, we design the security application by using microphone, camera, touch screen of smart devices. We anticipate the safe use of smartphone by a variety of ways of the locks.

택시는 많은 사람들이 이용하고 있는 교통수단이다. 특히 버스나 지하철 같은 대중교통 운행시간이 끝나는 야간에는 택시의 이용률이 더 많을 수밖에 없다. 그러나 최근 택시를 이용한 범죄가 많이 발생하면서 택시에 대한 사람들의 불안감이 커져가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰을 이용하여 택시를 보다 안전하게 이용할 수 있는 시스템과 앱을 설계하였다. 스마트폰의 NFC 기술을 이용하여 인증된 택시에 부착된 NFC 태그를 인식하게 되면 택시정보와 탑승정보를 미리 등록된 지인들에게 실시간으로 전송하게 된다. 그로 인해 탑승자들은 보다 더 안전하게 택시를 이용하게 될 것을 기대할 수 있다.
남자 알코올 의존 환자의 퇴원 후 경과에서 음주군과 단주군에서의 기질 성격 특성의 비교 연구

Objectives:The objectives of this study we are to determine the effects of the temperaments and characters of male alcohol-dependent patients on relapse or abstinence after detoxification on admission and discharge and to establish preventive and the-rapeutic interventions for relapse. Methods:This study included 72 male patients who were diagnosed as alcohol dependent ac-cording to the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria. All the subjects com-pleted the questionnaires for demographic data, alcohol consump-tion history and Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI). The patients were followed up until 12 weeks after discharge with regard to resuming alcohol consumption. Results:The patients were divided into 2 groups on the basis of the results obtained on follow up:relapse group [50 patients (69.4%)] and abstinent group [22 patients (30.6%)]. The patients in the abstinent group had significantly higher persistence (P) and self-directedness and cooperativeness (SC) scores than did the patients in the re-lapse group. The length of time until alcohol consumption was resumed was significantly greater for those with scores for the P and greater trend for those with scores SC. Conclusion:Higher P and SC scores on the TCI personality scales indicate a better prognosis. Therefore, preventive and therapeutic interventions based on this should be established.
