단체 건강검진 운영 관리를 위한 통합관리 시스템의 설계 및 구현

Purpose The healthcare services have drawn so much public attention, and many organizations such as schools and companies require the individuals to undergo the periodic health examination. In general, however, the mass health examination services are not managed in systematic way, and both examinees and medical staffs often experience much inconvenience while preparing, undergoing and managing the services. To address such problems, this paper aims to design the Health Examination Management System (HEMS), an integrated management system for mass health examination operations management, and implement its prototype. Design/methodology/approach First of all, HEMS enables the medical staffs to efficiently collect and manage the examination result data by supporting examination service management. Second, the users can efficiently analyze the cause-and-effect relationships among the examination items by using the visualization tool of HEMS based on the cluster heat map. Finally, the HEMS provides the operational supports for evaluating and managing the service performances. Findings The HEMS indicates that the conventional operations management approaches can be incorporated into the mass health examination services, and it is expected that the proposed system enables the examinees and the medical staffs to participate in such services in more efficient way.

By the improvement of chemistry technology, the production and equipment of various building materials composed of complex chemicals have increased. Since pollutants resulting from it have had an adverse effect on air quality, lots of environmental-friendly certification programs reflecting the regulations about these pollutants have operated. Although these environmental-friendly certification programs have directly and indirectly influenced on our daily lives, credibility concerning it does not fully satisfy the expectation. In this paper, among certification programs in forms of legal compulsion, legal voluntariness, and public voluntariness which are currently operating in our country, certification programs of the environmental friendly building materials such as building materials emitting pollutants, certification rules related to E-mark and HB mark, procedures and certification have been investigated, and ‘management about certificate authority’ and ‘procedures of certification operations’ as improvement policy for raising the credibility about them have been suggested.

Purpose This paper aims to develop a novel tabu search algorithm for solving the sequencing problems with precedence constraints. Due to constraints, the traditional meta heuristic methods can generate infeasible solutions during search procedure, which must be carefully dealt with. On the contrary, the candidate order based tabu search (COTS) is based on a novel neighborhood structure that guarantees the feasibility of solutions, and can dealt with a wide range of sequencing problems in flexible manner. Design/methodology/approach Candidate order scheme is a strategy for constructing a feasible sequence by iteratively appending an item at a time, and it has been successfully applied to genetic algorithm. The primary benefit of the candidate order scheme is that it can effectively deal with the additional constraints of sequencing problems and always generates the feasible solutions. In this paper, the candidate order scheme is used to design the neighborhood structure, tabu list and diversification operation of tabu search. Findings The COTS has been applied to the single machine job sequencing problems, and we can see that COTS can find the good solutions whether additional constraints exist or not. Especially, the experiment results reveal that the COTS is a promising approach for solving the sequencing problems with precedence constraints. In addition, the operations of COTS are intuitive and easy to understand, and it is expected that this paper will provide useful insights into the sequencing problems to the practitioners.
기상예측시스템 소프트웨어 조사 및 GloSea6 소프트웨어 저해상도 설치방법 구현

컴퓨터 기술의 발전과 기상예보 모델 및 예측방식의 고도화에 따라 더 고성능의 기상예측 소프트웨어가 개발되었으며 슈퍼컴퓨터를 활용한 소프트웨어 수행으로 더욱 정밀하고 정확한 기상예보가 가능하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 주요 6개국이 사용하고 있는 기상예측 예보 모델을 조사하여 그 특징들을 분석하고 현재 한국 기상청에서 영국 기상청과 2012년부터 협업하여 사용하고 GloSea 소프트웨어에 대하여 설명한다. 그런데 기존의 GloSea는 기상청 슈퍼컴퓨터에서만 수행되어 다양한 연구자들의 전문 분야별 세분화된 연구에 어려움이 있었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현재 우리나라에서 사용하고 있는 GloSea6 기반의 저해상도 버전을 로컬시스템에 사용할 수 있는 표준 실험환경을 구축하고 이를 테스트해봄으로써 연구실 환경에서 수행 가능한 저해상도 GloSea6의 로컬화를 제시하고자 한다. 즉, 본 논문에서는 사용자 단말기-계산서버-리퍼지토리 서버로 구성되는 기본 아키텍처를 구축하고 해당 소프트웨어의 실행 테스트를 수행함으로써 저해상도 GloSea6의 로컬 이식성을 검증한다. With the development of technology and the advancement of weather forecasting models and prediction methods, higher performance weather forecasting software has been developed, and more precise and accurate weather forecasting is possible by performing software using supercomputers. In this paper, the weather forecast model used by six major countries is investigated and its characteristics are analyzed, and the Korea Meteorological Administration currently uses it in collaboration with the UK Meteorological Administration since 2012 and explains the GloSea However, the existing GloSea was conducted only on the Meteorological Administration supercomputer, making it difficult for various researchers to perform detailed research by specialized field. Therefore, this paper aims to establish a standard experimental environment in which the low-resolution version based on GloSea6 currently used in Korea can be used in local systems and test it to present the localization of low-resolution GloSea6 that can be performed in the laboratory environment. In other words, in this paper, the local portability of low-resolution Globe6 is verified by establishing a basic architecture consisting of a user terminal-calculation server-repository server and performing execution tests of the software.
원자력 시설 인근 수계에서 방사성 세슘 제거를 위한 일라이트 개질 연구

체르노빌과 후쿠시마와 같은 원자력 사고를 통해 환경으로 방출되는 방사성 세슘(137Cs)은 화학적 독성과 γ선 방출, 그리고 긴 반감기(t1/2 = 30.2 년) 때문에 주된 감시대상 방사성 핵종 가운데 하나이다. 1족 알칼리 금속인 세슘은 점토광물에 잘 흡착되며, 특히 운모류 광물인 일라이트와 특이적 흡착을 하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이는 일라이트의 frayed edge sites 에 세슘이 선택적 흡착을 일으키기 때문이며, 이러한 흡착 지점은 일라이트의 풍화 정도 및 결정도에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 인공 풍화 실험(pH=2.0 at 50℃)을 통해 일라이트 표면을 개질함으로써 세슘의 흡착 성능을 증가시키기 위해 수행되었다. 일라이트의 층간 양이온들(K, Ca)은 반응 1일 이내에 다량 용출되는 반면, 결정 구조를 구성하는 Si와 Al은 점진적으로 용출되었다. 또한 일라이트 시료의 결정도가 감소하여 인위적인 화학적 풍화가 발생하였음을 지시하였다. 저농도의 세슘과 흡착 실험을 진행한 결과, 흡착분배계수가 기존에 비해 약 2배 증가하였다. 이러한 결과는 비교적 저온에서 손쉽게 일라이트의 흡착 성능을 개선할 수 있음을 암시한다. Radioactive cesium(137Cs) can be released into the environment through severe nuclear accidents such as the Chernobyl and Fukushima, The 137Cs is one of major monitoring radionuclides due to its chemical toxicity, γ radiation and long half-life(t1/2=30.2 yrs). It has been known well that illite adsorb selectively and strongly the cesium due to frayed edge sites. The quantity of the FES in the illite could be controlled by weathering processes. Therefore, this study was modified illite samples through artificial weathering in the laboratory to increase sorption efficiency for cesium. Abundant interlayer cations(i.e., K, Ca) were eluted within 1 day, while Si and Al were gradually released from the crystal structure. In addition, broad peaks of XRD indicated the occurrence of chemical weathering. The cesium sorption distribution coefficients increased up to approximately 2 times after the weathering. These results suggested that sorption capacity of illite could be enhanced for cesium through artificial weathering under low temperature.
