Near net shape forming of 316L stainless steel powder was investigated under hot isostatic pressing. To simulate densification and deformation of a powder compact in a container during hot isostatic pressing, the constitutive model of Abouaf and co-workers was implemented into a finite element analysis. An optimal design technique based on the design sensitivity was applied to the container design during hot isostatic pressing. The optimal shape of the container was predicted from the desired final shape of a powder compact by iterative calculations. Experimental data of 316L stainless steel powder showed that the optimally designed container allowed precise forming of the desired powder compact during hot isostatic pressing.

본 연구는 국내 양곡 터미널 효율성 평가를 위해 DEA-SBM Window 및 DEA-Window 분석을 진행하였다. 분석 대상은 국내 9개의 양곡 화물 전용 터미널을 대상으로 하였다. DEA-SBM-Window 분석 결과, 선광(군산) 터미널이 0.924의 효율성이 도출되어 가장 효율성이 높은 터미널로 나타났다. DEA-Window 분석 결과, DEA-SBM-Window와 비슷한 추세로 선광(군산) 터미널이 0.937의 효율성을 보여 전 기간 평균 1위 터미널로 도출되었으며, 울산항의 태영인더스트리 터미널이 0.934로 평균 상위 2위 효율성을 기록했다. 본 연구는 국내 양곡 터미널의 운영 효율 개선을 위한 정부 부처 및 항만공사 등의 정책 입안 자료로서 활용 가능하다. This study conducted DEA-SBM Window and DEA-Window analyses to evaluate the operational efficiency of domestic grain terminals. The subjects of analysis were nine domestic grain cargo terminals. In the result of the DEA-SBM-Window analysis, Seongwang (Gunsan) terminal was found to be the most efficient terminal as an efficiency of 0.924 was derived. In the result of the DEA-Window analysis, in a similar trend to DEA-SBM-Window, the Sunkwang (Gunsan) terminal showed an efficiency of 0.937 thereby being derived as the number one terminal on average over the entire period, and the Taeyoung Industry Terminal in Ulsan Port recorded the second highest average efficiency with 0.934. This study can be used as policymaking data of government ministries and port corporations to improve the operational efficiency of domestic grain terminals.
스타트업의 사회적 책임활동(CSR)이 기업평가에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 대기업과 스타트업의 자선적 책임활동 비교를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 대기업과 스타트업의 사회적 책임활동(CSR) 중 자선적 책임활동 실행 전략이 기업평가에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 비교분석을 통해 시사점을 확인하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 무작위 표본추출법으로 성별, 직업 구분 없이 259명의 일반인을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰성 분석, 회귀분석 그리고 가설검증을 위하여 대응표본 t-test 검정을 통해 대기업과 스타트업의 CSR활동에 대한 차이점을 확인하였다. 연구에서 설정한 ‘스타트업 자선적 책임활동실행에 대한 기업이미지, 기업평판, 소비자태도, 구매의도는 대기업보다 더 긍정적일 것이다’ 라는 가설 검증 결과 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미쳐 채택 되었다. 즉 스타트업에서 CSR활동을 수행하는 것이 대기업보다 기업평가 향상에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to identify implications through comparative analysis of how strategies for implementing charitable responsibilities among Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities of large companies and startups affect corporate evaluation. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the survey was conducted on 259 people regardless of gender or occupation. Using the SPSS 25.0 statistical program, we checked the differences between CSR activities of large companies and startups through the response sample t-test for frequency analysis, technical statistic analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The hypotheses business image, corporate reputation, consumer attitude, and willingness to buy will be more positive than large companies were all adopted with positive effects. In other words, carrying out CSR activities in startups has been found to be more effective in improving corporate evaluation than in large companies.
OBDⅡ를 이용한 스마트폰용 ADAS APPLICATION

Recently, as ICT technology has been developed and applied to vehicle manufacturing, the importance of ADAS technology has been increasing. Especially, as autonomous vehicles have been developed, the importance is increasing more and more. As well as many vehicle manufactures, several, some electric companies such as APPLE, GOOGLE are developing autonomous vehicle. But that kind of ADAS is very expensive and mounted in the vehicle during production process. So, in this paper, we suggest the development of ADAS App based on Smartphone that many people can use the ADAS easily with no extra cost. In this App, vehicle detection module detects forward vehicle and provide a warning when the distance from the forward vehicle is close. Lane detection module detects driving lane and provide a warning when the vehicle departure lane. In addition, drivers can check their driving habits with several data collected from the OBDⅡ module. As a result, this Application is expected to provide a lot of people with cheap and convenient ADAS system

A plant factory system is getting the spotlight as alternatives to cope with the weather anomaly and food crisis because of the globla warming. A study on "Plant Processing Factory System" has been proceeded to develope" low-carbon green growth" since our government selected it as the green technologies in 2010. The plant factory has played a major role in growth industries connected to many other fields like low-carbon as well as lighting and automated system. This study is aimed to solve the problems on low productivity and health problem of plant workers caused by highly concentrated carbon dioxide and low temperature in each process in the plant factory. It is aimed to research data to understand the actual conditions of plant workers and improve the thermal environment.
