간호대학생의 학업 스트레스, 학업적 자기효능감, 전공만족도가 그릿(Grit)에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 간호대학생의 그릿에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 모시에 소재하고 있는 일개 대학의 간호대학생을 대상으로 하였으며, 146부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, multiple regression을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과 그릿은 학업스트레스, 학업적 자기 효능감, 전공만족도에 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다중회귀분석 결과 그릿에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공만족도, 학업적 자기효능감, 학업스트레스, 학점이었으며 이들의 설명력은 22.5%였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 그릿을 높일 수 있는 중재 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각 된다. The purpose of this study was to examine influences on grit in the nursing student. The data were collected from 146 nursing students in the H university located Y city. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, Scheffe, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression with SPSS 20.0 program. Grit was found to be in a significant positive correlation with academic stress, academic self-efficacy and major satisfaction. The result of the multiple regression indicates the major satisfaction, academic self-efficacy, academic stress and grade point average predict 22.5% of grit. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an intervention program to strengthen the grit of nursing students.

Total spinal block is use4 as. final choice for chronic intractable pain which doesn't respond to other treatments. A 35 years old male patient was admitted, to pain clinic due to severe cramping and throbbing pain of whole body; especially left lateral side since 1980. The result of cervical and lumbar epidnral block was not good enough, so we decided to try total spinal block. At first, C7-Tl interspace was punctured and 2% mepivacaine 20ml was injected, but the result was not satisfied. Next day, L3-4 interspace was punc- tured and 1.5 % mepivacaine 40 ml was injected. The sensory block level was C6 and pain score on Visual Analog Scale, was changed from 9 to 4. In both trials, actually even though they were not complete total spinal block, the effect was good enough. If complete total spinal block had been accomplished, better result might be obtained in this chronic intractable pain.
이야기 구조 지도를 통한 초등학습자의 영어 읽기 능력 분석

Research indicates that direct instruction of story grammar can improve reading comprehension of narrative texts. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of story grammar instruction on 5th grade EFL students’ comprehension of narrative texts using a story map. This study was conducted with 44 primary school students for 6 weeks. The students in the experimental group were taught to read four storybooks focusing on the story grammar. The data collected were used for quantitative and qualitative analysis. Results showed that the experimental group outperformed the control group(N=22) on tests. The qualitative analysis of four students’ story maps in the story grammar instruction group showed progress and positive changes in their ability to identify the global structure of a text and to abstract episodic sequence. Using story maps based on the story grammar provided students with a framework to organize and retain critical story elements that, in turn, enhanced comprehension. The findings indicate that direct story grammar instruction can be an effective way to improve reading as well as writing skills.
임상간호사의 셀프리더십, 전문직 자아개념, 임상수행능력 및 소진이 생동성에 미치는 영향

본 연구목적은 임상간호사의 셀프리더십, 전문직 자아개념, 임상수행능력 및 소진과 생동성의 정도를 파악하고 각 변수들이 임상간호사의 생동성에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 자료수집은 2016년 9월 19일부터 09월 30일까지였으며, Y시에 소재 2개 종합병원에 근무하고 있는 151명의 간호사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료분석은 SPSS Statistics 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 임상간호사의 셀프리더십, 전문직 자아개념, 임상수행능력, 소진과 생동성은 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다. 다중회귀분석결과 생동성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전문직 자아개념, 소진 이였으며, 이들의 설명력은 27.9%였다. 따라서 간호사의 생동성증진을 위한 전문직 자아개념 향상과 소진을 최소화시킬 있는 방안을 마련하고 적용시킬 필요가 있다. Purpose: This study was conducted to identify contributing influence of vitality on effects of self-leadership, professional self-concept, clinical competence and burnout among clinical nurses. Methods: Subjects were 151 clinical nurses 2 hospitals from september 19 to 30, 2016. self reported questionnaires consisted of item including general characteristics, vitality, self-leadership, professional self-concept, clinical competence and burnout collected data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 program. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficients, multiple regression were used for statistics. Results: The study result show that clinical nurse s vitality was correlated with self - leadership, professional self - concept, clinical competence, burnout. as results of multiple regression analysis, the factors affecting on vitality in clinical nurses were professional self-concept, burnout. The explained variance for professional self-concept, burnout 27.9%. Conclusion: Considering the findings from this study, there is a need to apply measures to improve the professional self-concept and to minimize burnout for the nurse s vitality enhancement.
