본 연구의 목적은 영유아교사의 포괄적 행복척도를 개발하고 타당화하기 위한 것 으로 이를 위해 문항 구성 개념을 위한 문헌분석, 포커스 그룹 면담, 전문가 검증을 통해 척도 시안을 개발하고 예비 조사와 본 조사를 거쳐 문항반응분포와 문항변별 도 검증을 통해 문항 양호도를 타당도와 신뢰도 검증을 통해 척도의 양호도를 조사 하였다. 먼저, 문헌분석과 포커스 그룹 면담, 그리고 전문가 검증으로 총 6개 요인, 81개 문항으로 구성된 시안을 개발하였다. 예비조사를 거쳐 영유아교사 212명을 대 상으로 총 5개 요인, 59개 문항에 대한 본 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 본 척 도의 문항반응분포와 문항변별도가 양호하여 영유아교사의 포괄적 행복을 측정하는 문항으로 적합하였다. 둘째, 본 척도의 양호도를 위해서 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하 였다. 먼저, 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 영유아교사의 포괄적 행복 척도는 총 53문항으 로 직업적 효능감 17문항, 유아교사직에 대한 만족 7문항, 조직에 대한 만족과 몰입 12문항, 여가 및 신체적 안녕 6문항, 그리고 심리적 안녕 11문항으로 최종 구성되었 다. 이러한 구성모델은 구조방정식을 통한 확인적 요인분석을 통해 타당한 것으로 검증되었다. 다음으로, 영유아교사 포괄적 행복척도와 유치원교사 전문성 발달수준 자기평가 도구, 그리고 유아교사 행복플로리시 척도와의 상관은 통계적으로 각각 유 의하게 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 척도의 신뢰도는 전체 및 하위요인에서 비교적 높 게 나타났다. The purposes of this study were to develop a Comprehensive Happiness Scale for Early Childhood Teachers and to examine the reliability and validity of the developed scale. The study participants were 212 teachers working at kindergartens or daycare centers. The Comprehensive Happiness Scale for Early Childhood Teachers consisted of 53 items containing 5 factors that account for 43.6% of the total variance among the subscale items. The correlation coefficient of the subfactors ranged from .18 to .51, the correlation coefficient between the subfactors and total scores ranged from .57 to .78. The internal consistency of the selected final items was calculated to test the reliability of the scale. Cronbach’s α ranged from .77 to .90. The implications of these findings were discussed.
저출생 문제해결을 위한 한자녀 기혼여성의 후속 출산의향 예측: 머신러닝 방법의 적용

Objective: The purpose of this study is to develop a machine learning model to predict the subsequent childbirth intention of married women with one child, aiming to address the low birth rate problem in Korea, This will be achieved by utilizing data from the 2021 Family and Childbirth Survey conducted by the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs. Methods: A prediction model was developed using the Random Forest algorithm to predict the subsequent childbirth intention of married women with one child. This algorithm was chosen for its advantages in prediction and generalization, and its performance was evaluated. Results: The significance of variables influencing the Random Forest prediction model was confirmed. With the exception of the presence or absence of leave before and after childbirth, most variables contributed to predicting the intention to have subsequent childbirth. Notably, variables such as the mother's age, number of children planned at the time of marriage, average monthly household income, spouse's share of childcare burden, mother's weekday housework hours, and presence or absence of spouse's maternity leave emerged as relatively important predictors of subsequent childbirth intention.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of early childhood teachers’ job satisfaction on the relationship between teacher’s emotional intelligence and young children’s happiness. The subjects in this study comprised 294 young children and 24 early childhood teachers in Busan, Gyeongsangnam-do. The findings of study were as follow: the job satisfaction of the early childhood teachers was found to have a mediating effect on the relationship between their emotional intelligence and young children’s happiness. These findings suggest that in order to promote young children’s happiness, it is necessary to strengthen teachers’ emotional abilities and to support strategies which enhance and build up their job satisfaction.
