중년 여성의 요추간판 절제술 후 복합운동 프로그램이 근기능 및 혈관염증지표에 미치는 영향

The objective of this study proves effects of physical as muscle function and vascular inflammatory markers after middle-aged women lumber discectomy perform combined exercise. This research divided 24 women underwent discectomy at Spine Center of Y Hospital into 2 groups. One is an experimental group of 12 and the other is a control group. The experimental group conducted lumbar stabilization programs and airobic exercise 3 times a week for 90 minutes each for 12 weeks. Comparison and analysis of changes for factors depending on groups and time came to these conclusions. First, Lumbar extensor muscle strength and contraction of transversus abdominis among the factors of lumbar muscle function improved only in the experimental group significantly while relaxation of transversus abdominis was not statistically significant pre and post-exercise. Second, there were significant differences in vascular inflammatory markers among the groups(p<.05). In conclusion, the combined exercises was confirmed that exercise can alter the muscular function and vascular inflammatory markers effectively.

크레아틴 섭취가 고강도 지구성 운동 시 에너지 기질과 피로물질에 미치는 영향

This study was to investigate the effect of creatine supplementation with high intensity endurance exercise on energy substrates(FFA, glucose and insulin) and fatigue factors(lactate and ammonia). The subjects for this study were 10 university males basketball players and divided into 2 groups: experimental group(creatine, n=5) and placebo group(n=5) with high intensity endurance exercise for 7 days. The results obtained from this study were as follows; 1. The change of FFA in the experimental group were statistically significant decreased after supplementation 7 days. and FFA showed the significantly low levels in the experimental group than those in the control group after supplementation 7 days(p<.005). The change of glucose in the experimental group were statistically significant increased after supplementation 7 days. But insulin was decreased after supplementation 7 days. 2. The change of lactate in the experimental group and placebo group was increased after supplementation 7 days. no difference appeared among two groups. The change of ammonia showed the significantly low levels in the experimental group than those in the control group after supplementation 7 days(p<.05).

자전거 동호인의 재미요인이 운동몰입 및 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 자전거 동호인의 재미 요인이 운동몰입과 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향을 분석 하는 것에 목적을 두고 서울 및 경기도 지역에 자전거 동호인 201명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 빈도분석, 상관관계, 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 첫째, 재미 요인의 하위 요인인 흥미와 사교는 운동몰입의 하위 요인인 인지몰입에, 흥미와 건강은 행동몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 재미 요인의 하위 요인인 건강은 심리적 행복감의 하위 요인인 자신감에, 흥미와 사교는 즐거움에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 운동몰입의 하위 요인인 인지몰입과 행동몰입 모두 심리적 행복감의 하위 요인인 자신감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 인지몰입은 심리적 행복감의 하위요인인 즐거움에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 본 연구는 연구 대상을 자전거 도로가 잘 정비된 일부 지역을 모집단으로 한정하였기에 연구결과를 일반화하기 어렵다. 따라서 좀 더 다양한 지역과 연령층 그리고 산악자전거 동호인들까지 대상을 확대하여 일반화 할 수 있는 연구를 통해 자전거 동호인 및 일반 대중들이 자전거 운동을 지속적으로 참여하여 흥미와 재미를 느끼고 운동에 몰입하여 그 속에서 심리적 행복감을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 환경과 생활체육 프로그램 개발이 제공되어야 할 것이다. This study aimed to clarify the influence of the enjoyment factors of bicycle enthusiasts on exercise immersion and psychological happiness, and based on the research methods, results, and discussions, the following conclusions were obtained. First, the interest of the fun factor positively and sociability negatively affected the cognitive immersion, a sub-factor of exercise immersion, and health had no statistically significant effect. Also, the interest and health of the fun factor positively affected the behavioral immersion, a sub-factor of exercise immersion, and sociability had no statistically significant effect. Second, the health of the fun factor positively affected the confidence, a sub-factor of psychological happiness, and interest and sociability had no statistically significant effect. Also, the interest of the fun factor positively and sociability negatively affected the pleasure, a sub-factor of psychological happiness, and health had no statistically significant effect. Third, both cognitive immersion and behavioral immersion of exercise immersion positively affected the confidence, a sub-factor of psychological happiness. Cognitive immersion of exercise immersion positively affected the pleasure, a sub-factor of psychological happiness, and behavioral immersion had no statistically significant effect. In conclusion, the enjoyment factors of bicycle enthusiasts had a significant effect on exercise immersion and psychological happiness. This is a method that can stimulate sociability, which has been lacking due to COVID-19, by experiencing the pleasure of leisure activities with natural-friendly environment and spatial characteristics through bicycle exercise and feeling interest in exercise, and can show the result of increasing individual physical and mental health, i.e., confidence and happiness, so it is necessary to continuously provide various environments and programs for the current bicycle road development, maintenance and expansion, and activation of local bicycle clubs.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between participant’s exercise adherence in sports for all and their community attachment and contributions and to provide the basic data for establishing the system and policies related to the community and life sports. To achieve the purpose, 200 participants in the sports for all were responded to the survey consisting of a questionnaire containing 28 items. For data analysis, a descriptive statistic analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were done using PASW 18.0 statistics programs. The results are as follows; First, participant’s exercise adherence influenced on community attachment. Second, participant’s exercise adherence influenced on community contribution. Third, participant’s community attachment influenced on community contribution of recreational satisfaction and community pride. Overall, continuous participation in sports for all can contribute community development besides effects on exercise.

다중가스센서를 이용한 화재의 조기검출에 대한 연구

This paper introduced a novel multi-gas sensor detector with simple signal processing algorithm. This device was evaluated by investigating the characteristics of combustible materials using fire-generated smell and smoke. Plural sensors including TGS821, TGS2442, and TGS260X were equipped to detect carbon monoxide, hydrogen gas, and gaseous air contaminants which exist in cigarette smoke, respectively. Signal processing algorithm based on the difference of response times in fire-generated gases was implemented with early and accurately fire detection from multiple gas sensing signals. All fire experiments were performed in a virtual fire chamber. The cigarette, cotton fiber, hair, polyester fiber, nylon fiber, paper, and bread were used as a combustible material. This analyzing software and sensor controlling algorithm were embedded into 8-bit micro-controller. Also the detected multiple gas sensor signals were simultaneously transferred to the personnel computer. The results showed that the air pollution detecting sensor could be used as an efficient sensor for a fire detector which showed high sensitivity in volatile organic compounds. The proposed detecting algorithm may give more information to us compared to the conventional method for determining a threshold value. A fire detecting device with a multi-sensor is likely to be a practical and commercial technology, which can be used for domestic and office environment as well as has a comparatively low cost and high efficiency compared to the conventional device.

비구컵 재치환술에서 파쇄동종골 이식을 이용한 비구 결손의 재건술

Twenty-one revisions of acetabular component from twenty patients were peformed using morselized allograft with a porous coated, screw-fixed hemisherical cup, between 1993 and 1996 at Inje university, Pusan Paik Hospital and were followed up for more than two years. Acetabular bone deficiency was classified by the AAOS classification. In our cases, 13 cases (60%) were cavitary deficiency and 8 cases (40%) were of cavitary deficiency combined with focal segmental deficiency. We evaluated our results by Harris hip score clinically and by the degree of cup migration, angular change of cup and resorption of graft radiologically. The definition of radiological loosening of cup was a 4mm migration of cup vertically or horizontally or an angular change of the cup of more than five degrees. The mean Harris hip score was improved 48 points to 85 points. The mean vertical migration was 1.4 mm and medial migration was 1.2 mm and no significant angular change of cup. There was no loosening of cup and rerevision. In conclusion, we had good results of acetabular cup with morselized allograft over a two year follow up period . Further long-term follow-up study is requred.

대퇴골 중간부 골절에서의 확공형과 비확공형 골수강내 금속정의 비교

■ Objectives To compare clinical results and bone union time between reamed and unreamed intramedullary nail in femoral mid-shaft fractures. ■ Methods and Materials Between June, 1999 and October, 2000, total 36 cases were evaluated, Reamed nailing was done for 2l cases, unreamed nailing was done for 15 cases. ■ Results 1. According to Winquist-Hansen classification, type Ⅰ was 9 cases, type 2,3,4 were 8,3,1 cases in reamed group, and 7,5,2,1 cases in unreamed group. 2. The mean union time was 18 weeks in reamed group and 17.1 weeks in unreamed group. ■ Conclusions Overall there was no statistically significant difference in the clinical results of treatment of femoral midshaft fracture with reamed nailing and with unreamed except for the higher incidence of pulmonary complication in the reamed nailings in multiple injrury or severe comminuted fracture.

주관절에 발생한 퇴행성관절염의 수술적 치료

주관절의 퇴행성관절염은 드문 경우로 대개 외상의 병력을 동반하는데 쉽게 굳어버리는 관절의 특성상 치료가 쉽지 않은 경우가 많다. 필자는 심한 주관절 관절염 환자에 시행한 주두와 천공술(Trephination) 관절 성형술과 관절 전치환술의 각각 1례씩을 소개하고자 한다.

초음파 센서를 이용한 Edge Position Controller (하드웨어)

We have developed a Edge Position Controller (EPC) using a ultrasonic sensor and applied to a fabric machine as a web guide system. Hardware devices composed of a ultrasonic transmitter-receiver sensor module and microprocessor-based sensor signal processing system are developed to realize the proposed system. We evaluated the control characteristics of the EPC and the performance of the system was good enough to apply the actual system.
