다체계적 관점에서 살펴본 다문화가정 지적장애학생의 학교생활

본 연구의 목적은 다체계적 관점을 통하여 다문화가정 지적장애학생의 학교생활은 어떠한지 살펴보는데 있다. 연구 참여자는 P시에 소재한 중학교 특수학급에 재학하고 있는 다문화가정 지적장애학생 1명과 중국(한국계) 어머니 1명, 특수교사 1명, 통합학급 교사 1명, 또래친구 2명으로 총 6명이다. 본 연구는 질적 연구방법을 사용하여 심층면담, 수업관찰, 학생 관련 자료를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 다체계적 관점에 따라 학교생활을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인체계는 ‘낮은 자존감과 정체성 혼란’, ‘피난처가 된 특수학급’을 통해 ‘특수학급에만 있으면 돼요’라는 대주제가 도출되었다. 둘째, 가족체계는 ‘다문화엄마 혼자만의 노력’으로 ‘혼자만 감당해야 되나요?’가 도출되었고, 셋째, 친구체계는 ‘도우미 그 이상은 아냐’, ‘특수반 친구만 내 친구’를 통해 ‘원래 혼자에요’라는 대주제가 도출되었다. 넷째, 학교체계는 ‘특수교육대상자인 다문화학생’, ‘내 편인 선생님’, ‘특수교사와 통합교사의 관계’로 ‘이제 선생님이 해결해줘요’가 도출되었고, 다섯째, 사회체계는 ‘양육과 교육의 어려움’, ‘특수교육으로의 회피’, ‘지원의 한계’를 통해 ‘누구에게 물어보나요?’라는 대주제가 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 다문화가정 지적장애학생의 학교생활에 대하여 논의하였고 행복한 학교생활을 돕기 위한 교육적 지원방향과 후속연구를 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the school life of students with intellectual disabilities from multicultural families through a multi-system perspective. Participants in the study are one student with intellectual disabilities from multicultural families attending a special class at a middle school based in P City, one mother of Korean descent, one special teacher, one integrated class teacher, and two friends of the same age. This study collected data through in-depth interviews, class observation and student-related data using qualitative research methods, and the collected data analyzed school life according to multi-system perspective. The results of this study are as follows. First, the main theme of the personal system was "low self-esteem and identity confusion" and "special classes that have become a refuge" to "just stay in special classes." Second, the family system is a 'multicultural mom's own effort', so should I be the only one to handle it?" was derived, and thirdly, the main theme of "Only one person in the special class" was derived through "No more than a helper" and "Only one friend in the special class is my friend." Fourth, the school system is “Now Teacher can solve the problem.“ It was derived 'multicultural students who are subject to special education', 'my teacher on my side' and 'relationship between special teachers and integrated teachers'. Fifth, the main theme of the social system was 'Who do you ask?' through 'difficulties in education and education', 'avoidance to special education', and 'limits to support'. Based on the results of this study, we discussed the school life of students with intellectual disabilities from multicultural families and suggested educational support directions and follow-up research to help them live happy school lives.

This studies were attempted to evaluate the antioxidant and the antidiabetive activities of Phellinus linteus and its preparation. The DPPH was revealed that Phellinus linteus and Allium cepae bulbus mixture had significantly antioxidant activity. TEARS assay showed that Phellinus linteus and Houttuyniae herbal mixture and Phellinus linteus and Ginseng radix rubra 'mixture had significantly anti-lipid peroxidative efficacy when compared to that of contrast drug, ascorbic acid. The effect of Phellinus linteus and its preparation on Diabetic animal model were investigated in streptozotocin-induced diabetic SD rats. The blood glucose was dose-dependently decreased when each 50, 100, 200 ㎏/㎎ fraction of Phellinus linteus and ginseng radix rubra mixture was administrated significantly. The serum total cholesterol was showed inhibitive activity when each 50, 100, 200 ㎏/㎎ fraction of Phellinus linteus and ginseng radix rubra 'mixture was administrated. Especially 200 ㎎/㎏ fraction was dose-dependently decreased. The serum triglyceride hyperglycemic rats was dose-dependently decreased when each 50, 100, 200 ㎏/㎎ fraction of Phellinus linteus and ginseng radix rubra mixture was administrated. But when Phellinus linteus and Allium cepae bulbus mixture and Phellinus linteus and Houttuyniae herbal mixture increased dose, the serum total cholesterol and the serum triglyceride hyperglycemic rats were increased too.

Cudrania tricuspidata Bereau (Moraceae) have been used for anti-inflammatory, anti-hepatotoxic, anti-hypertensive and anti-diabetic activities. In order to investigate the efficacy of antioxidant activity, the bio-activity guided fraction and isolation of Biologically active substance were performed. H2O, 30%, 60%, 100% MeOH and acetone fractions were examined on the antioxidant activity by DPPH method. It was shown that 30%, 60%, 100% MeOH fractions have significantly antioxidant activity. From 30% MeOH fraction, two dihydroflavonoid glycosides dihydroquercetin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (I), dihydrokaempferol 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (V) were isolated and 60% MeOH fraction, six flavonoids including quercetin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅱ), quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅲ), quercetin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅳ), kaempferol 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅵ), kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅶ), kaempferol 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅷ) were isolated. To investigate the antioxidant activities of each compounds, we measured radical scavening activity with DPPH method and anti-lipid peroxidative efficacy on low density lipoprotein (LDL) with TBARS assay. Four compounds of quercetin glycosides (Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ) showed significant antioxidant activity.
교사의 다문화 태도와 지식이 다문화 효능감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 교사의 다문화 태도와 지식, 다문화 효능감의 수준을 살펴보고, 다문화 태도와 지식이 다문화 효능감에 미치는 영향력을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2018년 4월부터 6월까지 부산, 경남 지역의 초, 중, 고등학교 교사 124명을 대상으로 다문화 태도와 지식, 다문화 효능감에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 교사의 다문화 태도와 지식, 효능감 수준을 알아보기 위해 기술통계, 독립표본 t-test, 일원변량 분석을 실시하였고, 다문화 태도와 지식이 다문화 효능감에 미치는 영향력을 알아보기 위해 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째로 교사들의 다문화 지식, 태도와 다문화 효능감은 평균이상이었으며, 교사들의 변인에 따라 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 다문화 태도와 지식은 다문화 효능감에 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 다문화 태도와 지식이 높을수록 다문화 효능감이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 교사들의 다문화 태도, 지식, 다문화 효능감의 수준과 교사들의 변인에 따른 차이를 알아보고, 다문화 태도와 지식이 다문화 효능감에 미치는 영향력을 살펴봄으로써 향후 교사들의 다문화 효능감을 향상시키기 위한 교육방향을 제시하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the level of multicultural attitude, knowledge, and multicultural efficacy of teachers and to examine the influence of multicultural attitude and knowledge on multicultural efficacy. For this purpose, 124 teachers from elementary, junior high and high schools in Busan and Kyungnam area surveyed multicultural attitudes, knowledge, and multicultural efficacy from April to June, 2018. In order to investigate the teachers multicultural attitude, knowledge and efficacy level, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, and one-way ANOVA were conducted. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to examine the effect of multicultural attitude and knowledge on multicultural efficacy Respectively. First, multicultural knowledge, attitude and multicultural efficacy were higher than average, and teachers variables showed differences. Second, multicultural attitudes and knowledge have a positive relationship with multicultural efficacy, and multicultural attitudes and knowledge have higher multicultural efficacy. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of teachers multicultural attitude, knowledge, multicultural efficacy level and teachers variables on multicultural attitudes and knowledge on multicultural efficacy. It is meaningful to provide basic data for this purpose.

Organic Ge and Se are very important agents of anti-cancer and preventive geriatric disease drugs so on. We were carried out the micro-elements(Ge, Se, Fe, Mg and Zn) content of several Ginsengs that were cultivated in Korea(6 regional groups) and foreign countries(Japan, China and America) by ICP analysis. From results, Ginseng of Kumsan have been appeared to high levels of Ge and Se contents in comparison with other regional samples. Especially 4 years old Ginseng appeared to high levels of Ge, Se but also Fe, Mg and Zn contents.

To investigate the antioxidant activitys of Biofuntional Foods Prescriptions (BFP), we were measured radical scav-enging activity with 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) method and anti-lipid peroxidative efficacy on human LDL withthiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) assay. The DPPH and TBARS assay were revealed that Two BFP had sig-inificantly activity when compared to that of contrast drug. The antidiabetic effect of Dicollow-B (Rx B) were investigated instreptozotocin-induced diabetic Spraque-Dawley (SD) rats. When each 100, 200 kg/mg fraction of Rx B was administrated, theblood glucose showed 155.7 mg/dl, 124.7 mg/dl and inhibitive activity of the serum total cholesterol showed 67.8 mg/dl,61.5 mg/dl and the serum triglyceride of hyperglycemic rats revealed 66.3 mg/dl, 62.3 mg/dl. Those were decreased dose-dependently when compared with control group. The effect of Rx B on The body weight was not dose-dependently decreaseby the administration of 100 mg/kg or 200 mg/kg fractions. But it was dose-dependantly decreased from 22.2 4.9 g to18.9 4.4 g by the administration of 400 mg/kg fraction.
메탈핼라이드 램프용 저주파 구형파 구동의 퍼지제어 전자식 안정기

A low frequency square wave driven electronic ballast for metal halide (MH) lamps is developed. The lamp current/wattage is controlled by fuzzy logic controller based on the low cost 8-bit microcontroller. This electronic ballast consists of a buck converter, a low frequency square wave full bridge inverter, a high voltage burst pulse generator using IGBT for the MH lamp ignition, an over-current protection circuit and an 8-bit microcontroller circuit. The ballast system is operated on the constant current mode during the MH lamp start-up process and the system is operated on the constant power mode during steady state. Experimental results show that the fuzzy logic control operation is carried .out successfully by the 8-bit microcontroller PIC16F877. In this electronic ballast system, in spite of the limited control bandwidth caused by low operating speed of the %bit microcontroller, the good performance in the constant lamp current characteristic is obtained. Acoustic resonance of the MH lamps can be effectively avoided because the instantaneous lamp power is fully constant due to the low frequency square wave drive.
기능성 식품 복합처방을 이용한 항산화 및 항염증제 개발

To investigate the antioxidant activitys of Biofuntional Foods Prescriptions(BFP), we were measured radical scavenging activity with DPPH method and anti-lipid peroxidative efficacy on human LDL with TBARS assay. The DPPH was revealed that Two BFP have siginificantly antioxidant activity. But, TBARS assay showed that Rx B which was signifacantly antioxidant activity had lower anti-lipid peroxidative efficacy when compared to that of contrast drug, ascorbic acid. The anti-inflammatory potential of ethanol exracts of Rx B was evaulated against model of inflammation such as carragenin induced paw edema in rats. 100㎎/㎏, 200㎎/㎏, and 400㎎/㎏ fractions of Rx B showed 20.95%, 12.56%. 18.95% when compared to that of control animals at one hour after oral administration. The effect was comparable with that of the standard drug indomethacin, a standard non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Inhibition rates of each fraction showed a few lower than that of standard drug, indomethacin. At two, three, four hour after oral administration, 100㎎/㎏ fraction showed 26.9.3%, 33.73%, 21.4%, 200㎎/㎏ fraction showed 20.4%, 22.99%, 15.24%, and 400㎎/㎏ fraction showed 21.43%, 21.30%, 10.85%. Inhibition rates of each fractions were significantly reduced when compared to that of the standard drug indomethacin that showed 27.79%, 35.81%, 22.40% at two, three, four hour after oral administration
정서지능 유형에 따른 비장애중학생의 장애인권감수성과 장애학생 수용태도의 차이

This study aimed to explore the sense type of emotional intelligence of middle school students without disabilities and further investigated the differences in attitudes toward students with disabilities and sensitivity to the disability human rights. The participants were 191 middle school students without disabilities in B city. The collected data were analyzed by using cluster analysis, discriminant analysis, chi-square test, one-way ANOVA. The results were as follows. First, the type of emotional intelligence of middle school students without disabilities has been categorized into three group types. Second, the attitudes toward students with disabilities and sensitivity to the disability human rights showed a significant difference according to the type of emotional intelligence of middle school students without disabilities. Based on these results, this study suggested useful information that not only educational implications for middle school students without disabilities but also support direction for assisting successful school life and integrated education. 본 연구는 비장애중학생의 정서지능 유형을 분석하고, 도출된 유형에 따라 장애인권감수성과 장애학생 수용태도에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 B시에 재학 중인 비장애중학생 191명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 군집분석, 판별분석, 교차분석과 one-way ANOVA로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비장애중학생의 정서지능 유형은 3개의 집단으로 분류되었고 ‘전반적 정서 취약형’, ‘정서조절 미숙 사고형’, ‘정서조절 우수 감정형’으로 나타났다. 둘째, 비장애중학생의 정서지능 유형에 따라 장애인권감수성과 장애학생 수용태도는 차이를 보였다. 하위영역별로 구체적으로 살펴보면 장애인권감수성의 상황지각, 책임지각에서 정서조절 우수 감정형과 정서조절 미숙 사고형이 전반적 정서 취약형보다 높게 나타났고, 결과지각은 정서조절 우수 감정형이 전반적 정서 취약형보다 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 장애학생 수용태도는 개인생활과 학교생활에서 정서조절 우수 감정형이 전반적 정서 취약형보다 높게 나타났다. 하지만 학습생활은 정서지능의 유형에 따라 차이가 없었다. 연구 결과를 통해 확인된 내용을 중심으로 비장애중학생의 정서지능 유형별 고려해야 할 교육방안과 장애인권 및 수용태도를 함양하기 위한 구체적인 제언을 제시하였다.
