The causes, risk factors and sequelae of mastectomy were studied, and the physical therapy approaches on post-mastectomy was discussed in this study. It was found that the patients taken mastectomy have experienced pins and needles in muscle, weakening of muscle, pains, deterioration of motion in joint region and activities of daily living, psychiatric sequelae, and etc even after the conservertive therapies like the chemical therapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, and hormone therapy. However, few study on the physical therapy approaches for patients with breast cancer has been carried in Korea at present. The followings were proposed as the physical therapy approaches. 1. Shoulder joint motion approach to relax the limit of range of motion 2. Control of breathing exercise for dealing with removal of the pectorailis muscle 3. Method to reduce the edema of arms for tackling the cut of lymph node 4. Method to reduce pains, pins and needles 5. Support home exercise program after discharging from hospital, sexual life and pregnancy, and activities of daily living training method.
한외여과막 효소반응기를 이용하여 제조한 키토산 올리고당의 칼슘흡수 촉진효과

최근 다양한 기능성의 발현으로 크게 각광받고 있는 키토산 올리고당을 이용하여 칼슘의 체내 흡수율의 효과에 미치는 영향을 in vitro 및 랫트를 이용한 in vivo에 의해 검토하였다. 1. 제조된 키토산 올리고당은 3당류$\~$5당류가 주로 분포되어 있었으며, 이들의 총 함량은 $70\%$ 이상이었다. 그리고 강력한 항종양활성 및 항균활성을 가지는 것으로 알려져 있는 6당류와 7당류도 각각 $14.2\%$와 $11.3\%$로 비교적 높게 함유되어 있었다. 2. in vitro에서, 키토산 올리고당의 첨가는 무첨가에 비해 칼슘의 흡수율을 약 $50\%$ 향상시킨 것으로 나타났다. 3. 키토산 올리고당 $1\%$만을 염화칼슘과 함께 랫트에 섭취시켰을 경우, 분으로 배출되는 칼슘량은 약 $75\%$ 감소하였으며, 대퇴골의 뼈골절강도는 대조군보다 약 $20\%$, 올리고당 무첨가군보다 약 $15\%$ 증가하였다. 4. 이상의 결과를 종합적으로 검토하면, 키토산 올리고당은 칼슘의 체내 흡수율을 명확히 향상시키는 것으로 판단되었다. In spite of various bio-functionalities of chitosan, the effects in vivo were still ambiguous because of its low absorption on organism. Therefore, chitosan oligosaccharides (COSs) are necessary to elucidate for an efficient utilization in vivo. COSs were prepared from chitosan using ultrafiltration membrane enzymatic reactor system with MWCO (molecular weight cut-off) 3,000 Da of membrane. Calcium absorption accelerating effect using COSs was examined by two methods, in vitro and in vivo. In vitro experiment, calcium absorption by the addition of COSs in a mixture solution of calcium and phosphate was higher approximately $50\%$ than that by control. In vivo using rats, group taken the diet contained $1\%$ COSs anil calcium chloride decreased about $75\%$ of calcium content excreted from feces, and then, showed about $15\%$ increase in breaking force of femur. These results demonstrated that COSs definitely involved in calcium metabolism in vivo.
민태 ( Johnius belengeri ) frame 단백질 가수분해물의 인산화에 의한 가능성 개선

To enhance functional properties of 4 different hoki frame protein hydrolysates (30K, 10K, 5K and 1K hydrolysate) fractionated through a series of 30, 10, 5 and 1 kDa molecular weight cut-off membranes in order to decrease pore size, all hydrolysates were phosphorylated with sodium trimetaphosphate and altered phosphorylated-30K, 10K, 5K and 1K (P-30K, P-10K, P-5K and P-1K), respectively. The covalent attachment of anionic phosphate groups to polypeptide chains improved the functional properties, such as solubility, emulsifying properties and foaming properties, of hold frame protein hydrolysates. Especially, P-30K hydrolysate with the highest molecular weight fraction possessed the most excellent functional properties among 4 different phosphorylated hydrolysates.
스피닝 운동프로그램이 지적장애 청소년의 스트레스와 자아존중감에 미치는 영향

This study aims to investigate the effects of the spinning exercise program on the stress and self-esteem of the Juveniles with Intellectual Disability. To bring forward the basic data, I tested 20 students in the field of intellectually disabilities students(the experimental group 10 students, the controlled group 10 students) and these were done once a week, for 60 minutes. so totally 10 times during the experiment. The inspection of stress and self-esteem surveyed through the questionnaire circulated before and after the spinning exercise. For stress test, I made use of the portable stress measuring device and presented the total sum and change of the before and after`s score. The collected data was analyzed through the SPSS 21.0 version. For comparing the results of before and after, paired t-test was used, and for comparing the experimental group with the controlled group, independent sample t-test was used. Refer to the following for the results. First. In the experimental group, stress indicator reduced after spinning, but in the controlled group there was no relevant reduction of stress indicator. Stress indicator reduced much more in the experimental group in total stress indicator and all the other sub-area, especially highly reduced in peer related stress. Second, change of stress in the experimental group apparently reduced after spinning, in every session. Third, In the experiment of spinning program, conditioning that one could do the spinning and the other couldn`t, I couldn`t find any relevant change of self-esteem after spinning both the experimental group and the controlled group But in the case of controlled group, I can see a little improvement of home/family self-esteem after the spinning. In conclusion, spinning exercise program is good for reducing the stress of the Juvenile with intellectual disability but in the field of self-esteem I couldn`t find any relevant connection between spinning and improvement of self-esteem. except the part of home/family self-esteem`s improvement.

Enzymatic hydrolysis with tuna pyloric caeca crude enzyme(TPCCE) was performed to recover a protein hydrolysate from hoki frame, fish processing by-product. Optimum hydrolytic conditions were pH 10.0, temperature 50℃, and incubation time 12 hrs, and then the degree of hydrolysis was about 60%. The yield of the hydrolysate from hoki frame by enzymatic hydrolysis was approximately 77% on a dry weight basis. The prepared protein hydrolysates were also fractionated through a series of 30, 10, 5 and 1 kDa molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) membranes in order to investigate the effect of their functionalities according to the difference of their molecular size. As the result of studying functionalities of the hydrolysates, 1 K hydrolysate showed the highest solubility over all pHs, and 30 and l0 K hydrolysate showed more excellent emulsifying property and whippability than the other hydrolysates.
