LED는 저탄소 그린에너지 시대의 등기구로서 각광을 받고 있다. 다른 조명용 광원에 비해 친환경적이고 높 은 에너지 효율을 가지고 있고 수명이 길다는 장점을 가지고 있지만, 공급전력 중 80%이상이 열에너지로 전환되며, 이에 따른 온도상승이 불가피 하여 높은 온도가 단점으로 꼽히고 있다. 온도상승은 LED소자의 수명에 영향을 미치기 때문에 방열시스템이 중요하게 자리 잡고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 방열성능 향상을 위하여 LED 전구의 heat sink 의 형상에 대한 열해석을 통하여 방열 시스템의 효용성을 분석하였다. LED is standing in the limelight as a light part of the low-carbon green energy. While LEDs are eco-friendly, efficient and durable, extreme heat rises can cause their durability to decrease, with 80% of the power supply being turned into heat energy. Heat radiation systems are important because rising temperatures affect the lifetime of LED elements. Therefore, in this paper, thermal analysis was performed for the shape of heat sink to the LED bulb. Also, it is applied the temperature control systems to our products for optimal performance.
비파괴 검사법을 이용한 순환굵은골재 치환율에 따른 콘크리트 모의부재 압축강도 추정에 관한 연구

In this very research, an experiment related to a structural property of matter by using a concrete mix with fly-ash, which is an industrial by-product, and a high-quality recycled aggregate defined by the KS F2573 (recycled aggregate for concrete) that is produced through a high class treatment method in order to carry out a technical verification such as a long term durability and a change in the solidity level according to the recycled aggregate replacement ratio. In addition, for the compressive strength and the estimation of flaws which are the main indexes for evaluating concrete quality, the utilization of the non-destructive test is continuously increasing. Among the non-destructive tests, the ultrasonic pulse velocity test and the rebound hardness test is utilized to compare and analyze the correlation between the natural aggregate concrete and the wave velocity of recycled aggregate concrete as well as the value of rebound hardness in order to provide a credible data, to further furnish a fundamental data for the maintenance and management of a structure made of high-quality recycled aggregate. By doing so, this very research will allow for an improvement in awareness as well as an increase in the application of recycled aggregates.
하순에 발생한 소낭포성 부속기 암종(Microcystic Adnexal carcinoma)의 치험례

Microcystic adnexal carcinoma(MAC) is a relatively uncommon tumor which was first described by Goldstern et al. In 1982 as most commonly presenting facial plaque or nodule. This slow-growing tumor is highly invasive, locally aggressive and deeply infiltrating neoplasm that has recently been recognized as a distinct clincopathologic entity. Microcystic adnexal carcinoma(MAC) is characterized by follicular and sweat gland differentiation and a stroma of dense collagen. Histologically the tumor shows solid islands and strands of squamous cells and sparse small ductal structures, some of them containing central cores of dense eosinophilic keratin. All of them are embedded in a sclerotic stroma. Microcystic adnexal carcinoma is nondescriptive and may be mistaken microscopically for other benign and malignant entities. Microscopically the tumor shows both pilar and sweat gland differentiation and involves the entire dermis and subcutaneous tissue, and invading perineural spaces. The tumor cells involve neryes perineurally or intraneurally. And they frequently extend into underlying structures such as muscle, fat, and bone. Although local recurrences are common after standard surgical excision, metastases have not been reported. Extensive resection of lesions may be necessary to extirpate widespread tumor, particularly those that are long standing or recurrent. Since significantly increasd morbidity is associated with recurrent disease, surgical and histopathologic techniques that stress examination of all margins are indispensable. A 52-year-old male complaining recurrent ulcer formation of the lower lip during past 15 years came to Dept. of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Kangnam General Hospital for the diagnosis of the lip lesion. The incisional biopsy result was the microcystic adnexal carcinoma of the lower lip. As a treatment method we performed V-shaped local wide resection of the lesion and direct closure. Wde followed up the patient for 17 months after surgery. The patient did not show recurrent sign. We report this rare case of microcystic adnexal carcinoma of the lower lip with the review of literatures.
구조 BIM 환경에서의 상호운영체계 개선을 통한 플랫 플레이트 철근 상세배근 방법론에 관한 연구

As the building construction projects have become larger and more complicated scale, Building Information Modeling (BIM) have played a significant and essential role in managing the project effectively in terms of recognizing the importance of huge amount of required information and economical efficiency. However, when it comes to the BIM for structural engineering phase, the interoperability between structural physical modeler and structural A&D application could not be sufficient to perform the perfect operation. This is because it has been still developed considering its introduction and extension period. Therefore, this research is to amend the interoperable system between structural analysis database and integrated design platform. In addition, 3D automatic reinforcing steel placement with the lap-spliced length and anchorage length focus on flat plate slab has been perform by developed Reinforcing Steel Detailing Placement (RSDP) module in the S-BIM environment.
PLLA/HA Composite Scaffold와 골수 줄기세포를 이용한 조직공학적 골재생에 대한 연구

Aim of the study: Scaffolds are crucial to tissue engineering/regeneration. Biodegradable polymer/ceramic composite scaffolds can overcome the limitations of conventional ceramic bone substitutes such as brittleness and difficulty in shaping. In this study, poly(L-lactide)/hydroxyapatite(PLLA/HA) composite scaffolds were fabricated for in vivo bone tissue engineering. Material & methods: In this study, PLLA/HA composite microspheres were prepared by double emulsion-solvent evaporation method, and were evaluated in vivo bone tissue engineering. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell from rat iliac crest was differentiated to osteoblast by adding osteogenic medium, and was mixed with PLLA/HA composite scaffold in fibrin gel and was injected immediately into rat cranial bone critical size defect(CSD:8mm in diameter). At 1. 2, 4, 8 weeks after implantation, histological analysis by H-E staining, histomorphometric analysis and radiolographic analysis were done. Results: BMP-2 loaded PLLA/HA composite scaffolds in fibrin gel delivered with osteoblasts differentiated from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells showed rapid and much more bone regeneration in rat cranial bone defects than control group. Conclusion: This results suggest the feasibility and usefulness of this type of scaffold in bone tissue engineering.
하악 제 3대구치의 치근 만곡도와 매복정도의 관계 분석

Purpose : We examined the relationships between the root curvatures of the mandibular third molars and their locations on the mandible, so that it might be contributed to elucidate the origin of the formation and development of the Korean mandibular third molar and help many clinicians to treat the mandibular third molars. Materials and Methods : Panoramic radiographs of 237 patients who had been treated at Korea University Ansan Hospital from March, 2000 to April, 2001 and had bilateral mandibular third molars were examined and analyzed. Results : There was no statistically significant difference between men and women (p<0.05). But there were significantly fewer subjects with bilateral curved roots in bilateral third molars regardless of their status (p<0.01) and were statistically significant differences between the groups with bilateral curved roots in the mandibular third molars with same status and with unilateral curved roots in the mandibular third molars with different status and between the groups with unilateral curved roots in the mandibular third molars with same status and with bilateral curved roots in the mandibular third molars with different status(p<0.05). Subjects with bilateral curved roots in the mandibular third molars with bilateral partial impacted status and with bilateral curved roots in the mandibular third molars with bilateral complete eruption status were significantly fewer (p<0.01) and subjects with the mandibular third molars with partial impacted and complete impacted status and with the mandibular third molars with complete erupted and partial impacted status had significantly fewer bilateral curved roots (p<0.05). Conclusions : When we postulate that it is genetic and environmental factors that affect the root formation, it seems that environmental factors have more effects on the formation of the mandibular third molars than on that of the mandibular first and second molars
프랙탈 분석을 통한 악골 내 낭종의 감압술 후 골 치유에 대한 방사선학적 평가

Purpose: This study was done to know the usefulness of fractal analysis when evaluating the radiologic changes after decompression on jaw bone cystic lesions using fractal analysis. Materials and methods: 30cases of cystic lesions were followed up after decompression. Panoramic image was used to observe radiologic changes around the cystic lesion. The part of the panoramic image which showed radiologic change was defined as region of interest(ROI); The fractal dimension of the ROI was calculated using box-counting method. Results: Using sign-rank test, there was a statistically significant difference in fractal dimensions after decompression therapy(P<0.0001). The fractal dimensions statistically increased after decompression(the median of D:0.12). Conclusions: The ROI after decompression showed higher fractal dimensions which offer the objective proof of the bone healing around cystic lesions after decompression treatment.
스트럿-타이 모델 설계법을 적용한 구조 BIM의 자동철근배근 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

Research about development of Automatic Rebar Placement System applied Strut-Tie model is conducted. Existing Structural BIM related research, Rebar Placement on structural member of which stress change linearly is carried out, but in this research, problem of complicated and repeated calculation process of Strut-Tie Design Method, a calculation method to design disturbed region by analyzing the work of precedent researchers, is understood, the following potential problem is being suggested and solution of this problem approached from BIM standpoint is suggested. For the solution of such problems, Automatic Placement of Structural BIM was suggested in this study, and it is considered that if Structural BIM is brought in to when Strut-Tie model design about Deep Beams, a structural member disturbed region, is progressed, time for Structural Document Stage can be saved and especially in the case of design method with complicated design process, the effect is considered to be huge. Furthermore, calculated value, designed in Strut-Tie form that suits stress path through finite element analysis about disturbed region and structural BIM research that reflects this, it would be much efficient in designing disturbed region.
