초음파 속도법 및 반발경도법을 이용한 콘크리트 모의부재 압축강도 추정에 관한 연구

As infrastructures are being deteriorated, nondestructive evaluation of existing structures and construction quality control are increasingly demanded in the construction industry. The importance of predicting compressive strength of concrete structure is also gradually increasing in construction industry. The estimation of concrete compressive strength is a critical factor of the construction management and quality control. This study has been conducted using Ultrasonic pulse velocity method and Rebound hardness method, which are nondestructive test methods for the estimation of the concrete compressive strength. The method for predicting the strength and the position of rebars of reinforced concrete slabs and detecting void of reinforced concrete slab are derived from the relationship between compressive strength and stress wave velocity. It is focusing to examine the relationship among compressive strength of concrete, Ultrasonic pulse velocity method and result by rebound number by Schmidt hammer test.

Recently, as there has been high interests in Building Information Modeling (BIM), there are studies and movements to adapt this new paradigm in both academic field and industrial field. While, Reinforced concrete structure is a mainly used structural system in Korea. However, it is limited the development of reinforced concrete system in BIM comparing to that of steel structures. The primary reason is that it is not interoperable the information on reinforcement in RC structures and the progress of modeling reinforcement has a low productivity for a reinforcement object being created manually by user in the BIM platform. For the requirements, ARPM(Automatic Reinforcement Placing Module) has been developed to connect structural analysis and design database to BIM platform, to perform the design of reinforcement placing and to draw reinforcement in BIM platform, in this study. By developing the ARPM, it is expected to raise the productivity of the construction for RC structures and increase the effectiveness in the current modeling process in BIM platform.

The purpose of this study is to estimate the thickness of concrete slabs using the impact echo method based on the stress waves, which is one of the nondestructive test method, to evaluate the safety and construction conditions of concrete slabs. If the correlation and reliability of the impact echo method and the slab thickness are secured, it can be considered that the quality control of the concrete slab is possible in existing structures and structures under construction.

얼굴인식을 통한 통합 교통관리 시스템은 현재 횡단보도 신호등에 대한 단점을 보완하여 보행자와 차량 양측의 대기시간을 최소화 함을 목적으로 한다. 주된 기술은 영상처리이며 얼굴인식을 위해 사용된다. 또한 중앙서버를 구축하여 각 교차로나 신호등간의 정보를 취합 할 수 있으며 이를 활용하여 차량통행 및 보행자의 통행이 원활하게 할 수 있다.
Mock-Up Test를 통한 콘크리트 구조물의 내부 결함 추정에 관한 연구

As infrastructures are being deteriorated, non-destructive evaluation of existing structures and construction quality control are increasingly demanded. This paper is to study Flaw detection technique of concrete structure using Impact Echo method, which is one of the Non-Destructive Test methods. This technique is based on stress wave propagation. The concrete structure of the flaw detection consist of 7 types; one group for the thickness presumption, one group for the position of the aperture, one group for the position of the steel bar, one group that the steel plate is buried in it, one group that the PVC tube is buried in it, one group for the position of the crack and one group that the electric wire tube is buried in it. Experiments were performed using 7 types of concrete structure that have simulated damages at known locations for tests and analysis. Test results are evaluated and summarized in this paper.

표면파기법 및 충격반향기법을 이용한 콘크리트 슬래브의 AE제 혼입량이 압축강도와 응력파 속도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This research is focused on predicting concrete compressive strength and the influence of Air-contents of concrete slab using Impact Echo (IE) method, Spectral Analysis of Surface Wave(SASW) method, which are one of the Non-destructive Test (NDT) methods. The influence of air ratio to the stress wave velocity and the compressive strength has been analyzed using specimens that have been prepared based on the variable of air entrained agent mix ratio which are 0%, 0.15%, 0.3%, 0.7% and 1.5% by weight. The reduction range of compressive strength and stress wave velocity has been decreased after reaching the air ratio of 4%. Predicting compressive strength based on stress wave velocity leads to the results of an average error 5.3% in compressive wave velocity and 3.6% in surface wave velocity except for non-Ali concrete.

국내의 경우 아파트 등 공동주택의 안전점검과 진단은 주기적으로 수행되고 있지만 부실수행의 비율이 매우 높다. 현재 국내 공동주택 안전점검-진단 세부지침 및 해설서는 시설물 일반 그리고 건축물 일반과 표본층수 산정 방법과 재료시험 수행개수 등이 동일하다. 그러나 공동주택은 일반 건축물과 달리 생애주기 동안에 용도변경이 거의 없으며 하중의 편차가 크지 않는 특성이 있다. 특히 지상 또는 지하주차장의 면적이 넓고 형태가 다양하며, 건설년도에 따라서 지하주차장 시스템이 달라지고 있다. 한편 공동주택은 벽식구조와 골조식 구조로의 전이부가 있거나, 콘크리트의 강도가 건축물 상하부에서 달라지는 등 여러 가지 고유의 특징을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공동주택의 주요 특징을 고려하여 공동주택 안전점검 및 진단의 수행방법 개선을 위한 방안을 제안하였다.
