Художественная интерпретация математических понятий в романе А. Белого «Москва»

In this article, on the example of the A. Bely’s novel Moscow, an analysis is carried out from the point of view of a poetic interpretation of the writer"s mathematical and philosophical ideas. A special place is given to the cognitive and figurative features of the writer"s mathematical thinking, as a special literary phenomenon reflecting the extremely generalized knowledge about the world and man. The huge methodological potential of philosophical and mathematical synthesis in A. Bely’s works is revealed. So, on the example of the concept of hyperbole and triangle, the spatial-structural content of the novel is presented. It is shown that the mathematical concepts used in the novel Moscow can be understood only in a certain metaphysical context, that they perform, in addition to the formalization of the image, mainly a meaningful function, as well as the connection between the mathematical construction and the image it represents is ambiguous and multi-layered.

In this study, the objectives were to save cost, reduce molding cycle time and enhance the consistency of product dimensions of the insulating materials in Direct-Drive motor(DDM) use for one of the home appliances, the drum washing machine, compare to those of the existing one. Through reviewing the existing one's molding operating conditions, verifying it with molding analysis and optimizing the mold design and operating conditions applying the valve gate, and after test production, the following results were obtained. Due to weight reduction of the expensive material from 1,050g to 950g, the cost was reduced by 10%. The cycle time that includes heating of material, injection, cooling and ejection was reduced from 75sec to 50sec. The occurrence rate of the burned mark on the lower side of part was reduced to less than 1% by lowering the molding temperature from 285℃ to 270℃. The defect rate was reduced by 50% as the outer radial side of the part contraction and anisotropic deformation were reduce from the level of 1.2㎜ to 0.5㎜.

본 논문은 InGaN/GaN 다중양자우물 구조를 가지는 녹색 발광다이오드의 활성층 내 인듐(In) 조성비와 piezoelectric field에 대한 전계 흡수 현상을 연구하였다. 활성층 내 결정학적 성질과 In 조성비는 double crystal X-ray diffraction 측정으로 분석하였으며, $1{\times}1\;mm^2$ 대면적 칩을 제작하여 발광특성을 조사하였다. 또한, 활성층 내 piezoelectric field는 electro-reflectance spectroscopy로부터 측정한 compensation voltage를 이용해 계산하였고, 인가전압에 따른 photocurrent의 변화를 측정함으로써 녹색 발광 소자의 전기 광학적 특성을 분석하였다. We investigated the effects of piezoelectric field on the electro-absorption characteristics in InGaN/GaN multiple-quantum well (MQW) green light emitting diodes (LED). Double crystal X-ray diffraction measurement was performed to study the crystalline property and indium (In) composition in the MQW active layer. To measure the electro-luminescence and electro-reflectance (ER) spectroscopy, we fabricated the $1{\times}1\;mm^2$ large-area green LED chip. The piezoelectric field inside the LED structure was evaluated from the Vcomp in active layer by the ER spectra. Finally, we analyzed the electro-absorption characteristics of the green LED by using the photo-current spectroscopy.
