      • 우리나라 에너지․기후변화 교육 연구의 실태 및 동향 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze research about domestic energy and climate change education. We have selected and examined 67 theses concerned energy and climate change education in academic journals of educational science councils. Selected theses are analyzed by 8 standards; the fields and subjects of research, the forms, years, purposes of research, domestic and foreign materials and the trends of research. The major results of research are as in the following. First, In domestic researches for energy and climate change education, the fields, subjects and purposes of research are analyzed as being evenly distributed. Second, domestic researches about climate change and energy education have increased since 2010. Third, domestic researches about climate change and energy education have encountered changes of viewpoint and diversity of themes, ect. Fourth, domestic researches about climate change and energy education are not evenly distributed in the forms of research, the levels of subjects and domestic and foreign materials. Based on these results, we suggested direction of improvement for research about climate change and energy education.

        생계형 워킹맘의 일-가족 다중역할 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

        This study is a phenomenological study aimed at exploring what subsistence-type working moms experience from their multiple roles in a family and what their experiences mean. The data was collected through interviews with five women who had children of pre-school age and come to experience the multiple roles of work-family due to financial difficulties in households. The results of this study applied to Giorgi's methodology were as follows: Firstly, working moms experienced financial difficulties in their families. Since then, they had become aware of the necessity of economic activity, and had been able to go to work. Secondly, they were able to endure day-to-day lives different from the lives of full-time house wives. Thirdly, working moms experienced more conflict with their husbands, who could not work together because of their multiple roles in their families, the eyes of others and social factors that were difficult to raise their children. Fourthly, it was difficult to endure the stress caused by these conflicts, and it was also difficult to avoid emotion and try to resolve it through dialogue with friends. Fifthly, subsistence-type working moms can solve problems through help from supporters in a reality that is intolerable, and can heal a tired mind through emotional support from their families. Sixthly, they saw themselves as results of their lives' changes and their families' economic difficulties and a step later, and their experiences of discovering themselves as grown people.

        영유아 교사의 세대 간 갈등 및 갈등관리전략에 관한 근거이론 연구: MZ세대 교사와 X세대 교사를 중심으로

        본 연구는 Strauss와 Corbin의 근거이론 접근방법에 따라 영유아교육기관 내 MZ세대 교사와 X세대 교사 간 갈등 경험과 갈등관리전략을 탐색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. MZ세대 영유아 교사 (1980-2000년대 출생) 3명과 X세대 영유아 교사(1970년대 출생) 3명을 대상으로 면담을 통해 갈 등 경험을 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 개방 코딩, 축 코딩, 선택 코딩의 과정을 거치며 분석하였 다. 연구 결과, 52개의 개념, 17개의 하위범주, 7개의 범주가 도출되었다. 이를 세대 갈등 및 갈등 관리전략에 대한 패러다임 모형으로 분석한 결과, ‘세대 간 갈등 경험’이 중심현상으로 도출되었 다. 인과적 조건은 ‘세대 간 인식의 차이’며, 맥락적 조건은 ‘세대 간 행동양식의 차이’가, 중재적 조건은 ‘갈등해결노력’이, 작용/상호작용 전략은 ‘갈등관리전략’이 도출되었고, 그 결과로 ‘갈등해 결’과 ‘갈등미해결’이 도출되었다. 선택 코딩 결과, 핵심범주는 ‘영유아 교사의 세대 갈등 극복 과 정에서 나타난 다양한 갈등관리전략’이 도출되었으며, 이에 근거한 세대 간 갈등관리전략 유형은 공생형, 리더십 배려형, 팔로워십 배려형, 고립형으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 영유아 교사의 세 대 갈등 및 갈등관리전략에 대한 이해와 교사 간 원만한 관계 형성 도모에 대해 논의하였다. This study aims to explore the experiences of intergenerational conflicts and conflict management strategies within early childhood education institutions, between Generation MZ and Generation X teachers, according to the grounded theory approach by Strauss and Corbin. In-depth interviews were conducted with three Generation MZ early childhood teachers and three Generation X early childhood teachers to collect experiences of conflict. As a result of the study, 52 concepts, 17 subcategories, and 7 categories were derived. The analysis paradigm showed the ‘experience of intergenerational conflict’ as the central phenomenon. The conditions consisted of ‘differences in perceptions between generations,’ ‘differences in behavior patterns between generations,’ and ‘efforts to resolve conflicts.’ Action/interaction strategies were ‘conflict management strategies,’ and the consequences were ‘conflict resolution’ and ‘unresolved conflict.’ The core category in selective coding was ‘various conflict management strategies that emerged in the process of overcoming generational conflict among early childhood teachers.’ The types of intergenerational conflict management strategies were symbiotic, leadership considerate, followership considerate, and isolation. Consequently, this study discussed the understanding of generational conflicts and conflict management strategies among early childhood teachers, and the promotion of harmonious relationships between teachers.

        The Influence of Korean Restaurants Experience on Intention to Visit Korea

        As food in tourism becomes a huge part in tourism, many countries such as Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand and South Korea focus on promoting their ethnic foods and restaurants abroad to attract potential tourists. This study focuses on this issue, exploring whether there is any motivational factor for people to visit those restaurants, which would lead them to visit the origin country of the restaurants. This study was conducted in Thailand setting, and South Korea was selected as a destination for the study. This study tested relationship between people’s motivation to visit ethnic restaurants and their intention to travel, as well as the influence of ethnic restaurants experiences on intention to visit the origin country by comparing two groups who had been to Korean restaurants and who had not been to. Cultural difference was found and discussed as well.
