정책기반 네트워크 관리 구조의 분석과 평가

본 논문에서는 정책 기반 네트워크 관리에 대한 중앙 집중 형태와 분산 형태의 모델을 비교하고 모델링하기 위한 분석적인 프레임워크를 제안했다. 정책기반 네트워크는 다양한 응용분야에서 도입되고 있으며, 정책의 제공구조는 응용에 따라 각기 다른 처리성능을 가질 수 있다. 따라서 우리는 각 PBNM 모델이 정책 적용을 수행할 때 성능과 확장성 측면에서 평가하였다. 측정 메트릭으로는 정책 프로비저닝 시간, 트래픽 발생량, PDP 처리율, 전역 충돌 감지에 대한 정성적 시뮬레이션을 평가하였다. 그 결과 PBNM을 도입할 때 주의 깊은 응용 특성에 대한 분석에 따라 적절한 구조가 도입되어야 함을 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서 나타난 PBNM 모델은 현재 제안되고 있는 방식들 사이에 장단점을 정량화하기 위한 시도였다. This paper proposed an analytical framework to compare and model the policy-based network management; centralized and distributed typed model. Policy-based network is introduced in various application fields, and a policy framework can offer different processing performance according to application. Therefore, we evaluated the performance and extensibility of each PBNM model when we apply the policy process to the models. The evaluated measurement metrics are policy provisioning time, traffic occurrence amount, PDP processing rate, and global conflict detection in qualitative simulation. The results show that the suitable structure is required according to the analysis for the careful application characteristics, when PBNM is adopted. The modeling framework presented in this paper is intended to quantify the merits and demerits among the currently suggested PBNM models.

다중 VPN 환경에서의 분산 Perimeter defence 모델에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 다중 VPN을 수용하는 대규모 네트워크에서 인터넷 액세스를 지원할 때, 보안 정책에 따라 신뢰구역(Trust zone)의 불확실한 경계설정으로 발생할 수 있는 보안 문제를 해결하기 위한 적응방안을 제시하였다. 관련연구로 기존 적용모델과 다중 VPN 네트워크에서의 보안 위협을 분석하고, 외부 네트워크로부터의 보호를 위해 신뢰구역 분리와 분산 정책 적용을 고려한 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 다중 VPN 수용과 인터넷 액세스에 의한 신뢰구간의 불확실한 경계는 신뢰되지 않은 경계로부터의 분산 계층적인 Perimeter defence 정책 적용을 통해서 개별 VPN간의 신뢰구간을 축소할 수 있었고, 하위 개별 사이트로부터의 적용보다 정책 적용횟수가 줄어 전송 지연에 영향을 줄일 수 있었다. This paper analyzed the proper methods to solve the security problems of establishing trust zone which is changed by security policy in large scale networks containing multiple VPNs. Therefore, we surveyed the vulnerability of VPN technologies, it analyzed various models suitable for trust zone. By simulations of various models, we Propose the cascade perimeter defence policy model having the neit as such an efficient transit cost and the strictly isolation for trust tone. This model can protect the trust zone from the public network by dividing the trust Tone according to each VPN group and it shows the better transit performance by cascading the position of perimeter defence policy.

최근 무인기는 정찰, 수송, 통신, 항공촬영 등 다양한 분야로 급속히 확대되고 있다. 또한 무인기 자동화 기술의 발전으로 한 명의 운용자가 복수의 무인기를 동시에 감독제어할 수 있게 되었다. 하지만 운용자에게 할당된 무인기의 대수가 많아지면 처리가 필요한 정보의 양이 많아져 운용자가 감당할 수 있는 부하보다 커질 수가 있다. 이에 따라 복수무인기를 제어하는 운용자의 과부하를 효율적으로 측정할 수 있는 지표 개발의 필요한 실정이나, 이와 관련된 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 복수무인기 운용자 임무과부하 연구의 국내외 동향을 파악하고, 복수무인기 운용 시나리오와 지상체를 설계하여, 임무과부하 지표의 효용성을 검증하는 실험환경을 구축하여 향후 임무과부하 지표 연구를 위한 기반을 마련하였다. There is no doubt that advances in UAV technology have improved military performance. However, these advances require humans to adapt to new and complex operational systems. UAV has been rapidly expanding to a variety of fields such as reconnaissance, transportation, communication and aerial photographing recently. Also, with the development of UAV automation technology, one operator is able to supervisory-control multiple-UAVs. However, as the number of assigned UAV increases, the amount of information increases and this results in the workload of the operator increasing and deterioration in controlling performance. Accordingly, there is a need for a model to determine the level of overload an operator may encounter with regard to multiple-UAV but nationally this kind of research is currently lacking. Therefore, this paper provides an experimental platform for evaluating workload index effectiveness integrating multiple-UAV operational environments, GCS, and eye-tracking system followed by a limited survey of domestic and international studies of multi-UAV overload studies.

방범용 CCTV의 범죄예방효과에 대한 수사경찰의 인식: 인천지방경찰청 소속 경찰관을 중심으로

이 연구는 방범용 CCTV의 범죄예방효과에 대한 수사경찰의 인식을 검증하기 위해 진행되었다. 이를 위해 방범용 CCTV를 가장 많이 활용하는 수사경찰인 경찰서 강력팀 소속 경찰관 116명에 대해 설문조사를 실시하고 그 내용을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 수사경찰은 방범용 CCTV가 범죄예방효과가 있으며, 범죄중단효과도 있다고 인식하고 있었다. 방범용 CCTV의 범죄예방효과에 대해 수사경찰은 살인, 강도, 강간, 침입절도, 기타 절도, 폭행, 방화, 기타범죄에 모두 효과가 있으며, 그 효과는 침입절도, 강도, 기타절도에 대해 상대적으로 높으나, 방화, 살인, 폭행 등에는 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 생각하고 있었다. 또한 그들은 방범용 CCTV를 설치하면 범죄전이효과가 나타날 것이라고 생각하고 있었다. 이 연구의 결과는 몇 가지 정책적 제언을 제안한다. 첫째, 방범용 CCTV 설치장소 선정에 있어 방범용 CCTV의 범죄예방효과가 범죄유형별로 다르다는 것을 적극 고려할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 방범용 CCTV설치장소 선정에 있어 수사경찰의 의견을 적극 반영할 필요가 있다. 더하여, 수사경찰에게 범죄통제 이익의 확산 효과에 대해 적극 홍보할 필요가 있다. This study was conducted to verify the recognition of detectives about the crime prevention effects of open-street CCTV. For this purpose, 116 detectives belonging to the serious crime teams in several police stations which used open-street CCTV the most frequently, were surveyed and the survey were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, detectives recognized that open-street CCTV was effective in preventing crime and also had an effect of stopping crime. They thought that the crime prevention effect of open-street CCTV was effective for murder, robbery, rape, burglary, other theft, assault, arson, and other crime, and the effect was relatively high for burglary, robbery, and other theft whereas it was relatively low for arson, murder, and assault. They also thought that crime displacement effect would happen if open-street CCTV was installed. The results of this study suggest some policy recommendations. First, it is necessary to consider that crime prevention effects of open street CCTV are different according to the types of crime. Second, it is necessary to actively reflect the opinion of detectives in the selection of open-street CCTV installation sites. In addition, it is necessary to actively promote the diffusion of benefits effect to detectives.

녹색 체험관광의 만족도에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 -북한산 둘레길을 중심으로-

녹색체험관광에 대한 개념과 범위를 정리하고 녹색체험관광지의 체험방문객의 만족도에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구를 통해 추후 새로운 녹색체험관광지 개발에 도움이 되고자 한다. 둘레길 방문객 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로써는 둘레길의 체험효과, 둘레길의 외부속성, 관광정보의 편리성, 화장실의 편리성이 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다. 많은 요인 중에 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 체험효과는 육체적 건강 증진, 신체적 긴장 완화, 정신적 안정을 기대하므로 둘레길에 온 목적과 기대에 맞게 만족도에 영향을 끼친다고 보여 진다. 또한 외부속성인 주차시설과 주변관광지와 소리의 연계성은 최근 자동차를 이용하는 사람이 많고 주차시설의 요구가 보편화 되어있기 때문이라 사료된다. 지역별로 증가하고 있는 둘레길에 대한 녹색체험관광지 방문객의 만족도 재고와 녹색체험관광의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 전략 수립을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 둘레길은 지역자원과 문화자원이 주된 요소이므로 자원 조사를 통해 충분한 연계가 필요하고 그에 맞춘 안내시설의 발전이 요구된다. 둘째, 육체적이고 정신적인 긴장완화와 건강 증진에 관해 만족도를 느끼므로 이에 적합한 코스의 개발과 방해가 되는 주변 환경 요소들을 제거하고 편의시설 등 개발이 필요하다. The purpose of study is to identify the factors affecting satisfaction and green participation & experience tourism. Firstly, in order to investigate the satisfaction factors of the visitors, data were collected through interviewed surveys from visitors who had experienced the Bukhan Dulegil during month of March, 2011. The data were used to test factor analysis and multi regression analysis by using SPSS18.0 statistic program. As a result about regression, for increasing the visitor`s satisfaction ``The effect of the experiences``, ``External environment``, ``The convenience of tourism information`` of the Dulegil must be improved at present and so visitor`s satisfaction. These imply that it is necessary to increase the visitor`s satisfaction level for developing the systematic management strategies at the Dulegil.

과학치안을 위한 선진 외국의 개인정보 관련 법제도 연구

각종 ‘묻지마 범죄’와 ‘충동범죄’ 등으로부터 국민의 안전을 지키기 위해 과거와 다른 획기적인 대안이 요구되고 있다. 4차 산업혁명의 도래와 더불어 ‘과학치안’이 이에 대한 대안으로 떠오르고 있으며, 점점 그 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 그러나 ‘과학치안’의 지나친 강조는 자칫 ‘개인정보보호’를 약화 또는 무력화시킬 수 있으며, ‘개인정보보호’의 지나친 강조는 역으로 ‘과학치안’을 불가능하게 만들 수 있다. 본 연구는 유럽연합, 프랑스, 영국, 미국, 일본 등 선진외국의 개인정보 관련 법제도를 고찰함으로써 ‘과학치안’과 ‘개인정보보호’가 어떻게 조화를 이룰 수 있는지에 대해 살펴본다. 이를 통해 우리나라에서 ‘개인정보보호’를 충실히 하면서도 ‘과학치안’을 발전시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색한다. In order to protect the safety of the people from various kinds of ‘do-not-ask crime’ and ‘impulse crime’, other breakthrough alternatives from the past are demanded. With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution, ‘scientific policing’ has emerged as an alternative, and its importance has been increasingly emphasized. However, excessive emphasis on 'scientific policing' may weaken or disable ‘personal information protection’, and excessive emphasis on ‘personal information protection’ may make ‘Scientific Policing’ impossible. This study examines how 'scientific policing' can harmonize with 'personal information protection' by reviewing privacy laws in legal systems of developed foreign countries such as EU, France, UK, USA, and Japan. Finally, this study seek how to develop 'scientific policing' while faithfully protecting ’personal information’ in South Korea.

대학수업에서 플립러닝 교수법의 효과성 연구

본 연구는 최근에 널리 확산되고 있는 대학수업에서의 플립러닝 교수법의 효과성을 검증하였다. 선행연구를 통해 플립러닝 교수법의 효과성 관련 네 가지 가설을 설정하였으며, 이들 가설을 검증하기 위해 백석대학교 교수 1인에 의해 2018년 1학기와 2학기에 각각 진행된 두 가지 다른 유형의 경찰학개론 수업(플립러닝 수업 vs 강의식수업)에 참여한 학생들의 성별, 학년, 성적, 만족도 관련 자료가 수집되었다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 플립러닝 수업과 강의식 수업이 비교분석 되었으며 이를 위해 t 검정과 평균분석이 활용되었다. 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 네 가지 사실을 발견하였다. 첫째, 강의식 수업과 플립러닝 수업의 학습효과는 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 플립러닝 수업에서 여학생이 남학생에 비해 학습효과가 높았다. 셋째, 플립러닝 수업에서 저학년과 고학년 간에 학습효과의 차이는 없었다. 마지막으로, 강의식 수업이 플립러닝 수업에 비해 학생만족도가 높았다. 이러한 결과는 플립러닝 수업이 유행처럼 번지고 있다 하여 이를 무조건 따라하는 것은 바람직하지 않을 수도 있으며, 여학생의 수업효과를 끌어올리려 한다면 강의식 수업보다는 플립러닝 수업이 효과적일 수 있다는 것을 제안한다. This study examines the effectiveness of flipped learning in university class which has been widely diffused recently. Four hypotheses about the effectiveness of flipped learning were designated through the review of previous research. To test each hypothesis, several information including gender, academic year, grade, student satisfaction of the students who participated in the different types of teaching method (flipped learning vs traditional lecture) which a professor in Baekseok University gave. The flipped learning and the traditional lecture were analyzed comparatively by using t-test and average analysis. Four results were found as follows through the research. First, the learning effect between the traditional lecture class and the flipped learning class was not different. Second, the learning effect of female students was higher than the learning effect of male students in the flipped learning class. Third, there was no difference in learning effectiveness between the lower academic year students and the upper academic year students in the flipped learning class. Finally, the student satisfaction of the traditional lecture class was higher than the student satisfaction of the flipped learning class. These results suggest that it may not be desirable to select flipped learning as a teaching method unconditionally although flipped learning is spreading like a fashion and flipped learning class can be more effective than traditional lecture class to raise the learning effect of the female students.

회복적 경찰활동(회복적 대화 프로그램) 평가 : 사건 담당 수사관을 중심으로

이 연구는 경찰청에서 시범운영한 회복적 경찰활동(회복적 대화 프로그램)을 평가한다. 특히 이 연구는 회복적 대화로 사건을 연계한 사건 담당 수사관을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 이를 분석함으로써 과정평가와 효과평가가 진행되었다. 과정평가 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 회복적 대화 경험과 관련하여, 설문대상자들 모두 1건 내지 2건의 회복적 대화 의뢰 경험을 갖고 있었다. 둘째, 회복적 대화로 진행된 계기와 관련하여, 대다수의 경우는 회복적 대화 담당자(담당경찰관)의 요구 또는 회복적 대화에 적합하다는 사건 담당 수사관의 판단에 의해서였다. 셋째, 회복적 대화 이후 사건 처리와 관련하여, 대다수의 경우 기소 의견으로 사건송치 또는 내사종결로 진행되었다. 반면 일부 사건은 가정보호사건, 훈방 등으로 처리되었다. 넷째, 가·피해자의 회복적 대화 만족도와 관련하여, 대다수 설문대상자들은 가·피해자가 회복적 대화 프로그램에 만족하고 있다고 인식하고 있었다. 다섯째, 회복적 대화 프로그램 필요성과 관련하여, 설문대상자의 다수는 회복적 대화 프로그램의 필요성에 대해 공감하고 있었다. 여섯째, 회복적 대화 프로그램으로 인한 업무부담과 관련하여, 설문대상자의 다수는 회복적 대화 프로그램으로의 연계가 자신의 업무에 지장을 초래하는 것은 아니라고 인식하고 있었다. 다음으로, 효과평가 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 회복적 대화의 피해회복에 대한 효과성과 관련하여, 다수의 설문대상자들은 회복적 대화가 기존 수사절차에 비해 피해회복에 효과적이라고 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 회복적 대화의 재범방지에 대한 효과성과 관련하여, 다수의 설문대상자들은 회복적 대화가 기존 수사절차에 비해 재범방지에 효과적이라고 생각하고 있었다. 마지막으로, 회복적 대화 프로그램의 국민신뢰 제고 효과와 관련하여, 대다수의 설문대상자들은 회복적 대화 프로그램이 경찰에 대한 국민의 신뢰를 제고하는 데 도움이 된다고 생각하고 있었다. This study evaluates the restorative policing (restorative dialogue program) piloted by the National Police Agency. In particular, this study conducted a questionnaire survey for investigators who connected their incidents with restorative dialogues and analyzed them, thereby conducting process evaluation and effect evaluation. The process evaluation results are as follows. First, in relation to the experience of restorative dialogue, all of the survey subjects had one or two requests for restorative dialogue. Second, with regard to the momentum of the restoration dialogue, in most cases, it was at the request of the person in charge of the restorative dialogue (the police officer in charge) or the judgment of the investigator in charge of the case. Third, regarding the handling of the case after the restorative dialogue, in most cases, the case was sent to the prosecution or the investigation of the case was stopped. On the other hand, some cases were dealt with as family protection cases and training. Fourth, with regard to the satisfaction level of the offenders and victims restorative dialogue, most of the survey subjects recognized that the offenders and victims were satisfied with the restorative dialogue program. Fifth, with regard to the need for a restorative dialogue program, many of the survey subjects agreed on the need for a restorative dialogue program. Sixth, regarding the burden of work due to the restorative dialogue program, many of the survey subjects recognized that the connection to the restorative dialogue program did not interfere with their work. Next, the effect evaluation results are as follows. First, with regard to the effect of restorative dialogue on damage recovery, a number of survey subjects recognized that restorative dialogue is more effective in recovering damage than existing investigation procedures. Second, with regard to the effect of restorative dialogue in preventing recidivism, a number of survey subjects thought that restorative dialogue was more effective in preventing recidivism than existing investigation procedures. Lastly, with regard to the effect of the restorative dialogue program in enhancing public confidence, most of the survey participants thought that the restorative dialogue program helped to increase public confidence in the police.

전자 금융 거래 환경의 인증 기술 동향 분석

인터넷의 보편화와 사용자 증가는 현실 생활들의 대부분에 활동을 인터넷에서 가능토록하고 있다. 특히, 인터넷 뱅킹은 자금이 전자적으로 이동하는 중요 행위로서, 지속적으로 증가하는 보안위협으로부터 대응하기 위해 수많은 인증방법이 고안되어 사용되고 있다. 인터넷 뱅킹의 전체적인 보안성을 향상하기 위해서 사용자 인증 방법으로부터, 안전한 전송방법에 이르기까지 다양한 보안 솔루션들이 종단간 유기적으로 구성되어 제공되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기술들 중 국내외에서 사용되는 다양한 인증 기법들을 조사하여 분석하고, 지속적으로 증가하는 보안위협에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 대응 기술에 대한 사례를 제시한다.
