To establish the operating conditions of molten carbonate fuel cells, the relationship between operating variables and the performance of the single cell with the active electrode area of 100 ㎠ was investigated. The single cell showed the open circuit voltage of 1.13 V and the cell voltage over 0.9 V at the current density of 150 mA/㎠. The performance decreased with the increase of the hydrogen utilization, while the effect of the oxygen utilization turned out to be negligible. The performance increased proportionally to the hydrogen partial pressure of the anode gas, but the highest performance was obtained at the cathode gas composition of 33% oxygen and 67% carbon dioxide which is the stoichiometric condition. Humidification of the anode stream to prevent carbon deposition dropped the cell voltage as much as the voltage loss estimated from the Nernst equation, and the oxygen gain was 50 mV and 90 mV at the condition of the open circuit voltage and at the current density of 150 mA/㎠, respectively. The cell voltage at the given conditions tended to increase with the increase of the operating temperature, but the increasing rate became smaller above 650℃

Purpose: Relapsing polychondritis is an uncommon systemic autoimmune disorder which is characterized by recurrent and often progressive inflammatory episodes involving multiple organ systems, including the ophthalmic, otorhinolaryngeal, respiratory, musculoskeletal, renal, cardiovascular, and dermatologic systems. The most common ocular manifestations are episcleritis and scleritis. Uveitis, especially the nongranulomatous type, has been reported in 3% to 22% of relapsing polychondritis cases. We report uncommon hypopyon uveitis as an ophthalmic finding associated with relapsing polychondritis. Case summary: A 56-year-old woman with known relapsing polychondritis presented with ocular pain and redness in the right eye which had developed two months before and was managed for scleritis. However, she developed blurred vision, and hypopyon and vitreous opacity was found. The patient presented to our clinic and we diagnosed her with hypopyon uveitis associated with relapsing polychondritis. The patient was started on systemic steroid therapy consisting of 1% prednisolone acetate, 0.5% moxifloxacin, and 0.5% tobramycin in the right eye. Hypopyon disappeared 8 days following the initiation of treatment, and all symptoms had resolved after 14 days.

본 연구는 정보시스템의 운영 효율성과 관리 비용 절감을 도모하고자 불필요한 데이터를 폐기할 수 있는 기준과 근거를 탐색해 보았다. 국내외 법령 및 정책을 문헌조사하여 데이터 폐기 지침에 응용할 수 있는 내용을 도출하였으며, 이를 기초로 데이터 폐기를 위한 기초안을 마련하였다. 공공기관과 지자체 실무자를 대상으로 데이터 폐기 현황에 대한 면담조사와 데이터 폐기 지침 초안에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였고, 관련 이슈사항에 대해 의견을 수렴하였다. 그 결과, 데이터 폐기의 대상 유형과 절차, 폐기 방법 등을 포함한 지침을 마련할 수 있었다. 연구 결과로 마련된 데이터 폐기 지침을 시범 적용해 본 결과, 폐기 대상의 선정, 폐기 절차별 역할 담당자의 선정, 폐기 요청과 심의 등에 누락되거나 보완해야 할 사항은 나타나지 않아 지침이 실효성이 있는 것으로 파악되었다. This study aims to suggest the basis and criterion for the data deletion guideline to make the information systems effective and reduce the cost of system management. To make a frame of the guideline, we researched the laws and policies of USA, UK and Australia and the domestic laws and regulations related with the deletion of records. From this paper research, we prepared the draft guideline and gathered the opinion about it. Through this research and survey, we produced out the guideline including the criteria, the process and the way of data deletion. Adopting the guideline to a sample organization, we couldn't find any problem in deleting the unused data.

Characteristics of the hydrogenated amorphous silicon(a-Si:H) films prepared by the electron cyclotron resonance plasma chemical vapor deposition(ECRP CVD) method at low pressure(10^(-3)Torr) were studied. Deposition rate, hydrogen content and surface roughness were investigated under various deposition conditions such as substrate temperature, partial pressure of SiH₄ and microwave power. The hydrogen content in the deposited films decreased with the increase of the microwave power and SiH₄ partial pressure, but increased with the substrate temperature. The deposition rate depended greatly upon the microwave power and partial pressure of SiH₄, but slightly upon substrate temperature. The roughness of the deposited film surface was improved as substrate temperature and microwave power increased.

This study researched how far the Korean e-governance is from the e-government. The purpose of e-government is not only to process the public works efficiently but also to communicate with people electronically. In this study, it is considered how much the function of the communication realized in Korean e-government project. For this, the e-governance functions differentiated from the e-government were derived, and categorized as the three stages-one-way information, two-way transaction, participatory collaboration. Then, the Korean e-government project were examined where it is in these three stages. As a result of this study, almost the Korean e-government projects remained in the stage of the one-way information. It is hard to say the Korean e-government becomes e-governance.
