Recently, in the seismic design focused on the Displacement- based design but it has not systematized because of insufficient its study. Especially, the shear wall as lateral-resistant system play an important part in the structure design due to efficiently withstand earthquake loading. The objective of this study is to suggest a suitable nonlinear analysis method to predict the structural behavior of high-rise RC wall structures that can not be tested on account of the difficulty of experiment and economical efficiency estimating. As a result of the static analysis to exist structures, the RWS-N specimen without opening was higher than the specimen with opening in ultimate strength. In addition, the strength was lower and the displacement was more higher especially in the low floor when the opening locate farther from the center of section. In result of the dynamic analysis to exist structures, the specimen without opening indicated that the higher strength and the lower displacement. The displacement also increased when the opening locate farther from the center of section. As previously discussed. the results of static and dynamic analysis showed the similar behavior in the ultimate strength and displacement.

본 연구의 목적은 초등교사를 중심으로 교사의 업무수행에 필요한 중요 직무역량은 무엇이며 이러한 역량이 직무성과와 어떠한 관계가 있는지 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위해 경기도 초등학교에서 재직 중인 310명의 초등교사를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 회수된 291개(93.8%)의 설문을 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 교사들은 `태도`역량을 가장 중요한 역량으로 인식하고 있는 반면, `학교학급 경영지원`과 관련된 역량은 다소 중요하지 않게 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 경력이 많을수록 교사가 인식하는 직무역량은 높았다. 셋째, 마지막으로 석사 이상 고학력 교사의 외적 직무성과(연구대회 수상, 일반대회 수상, 지도학생 수상 등)는 다른 집단에 비해 월등히 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 기초로 초등교사교육의 직무역량 향상에 관한 시사점을 제안하였다. This study aims to discover what kind of the job competence required to execute various jobs of teachers have impacted on the job performance of them. In order to find the study hypothesis, a survey questionnaire was distributed to the elementary school teachers working in Gyeonggi province currently. The total of 310 surveys had been collected for two weeks. Among the received questionnaire, finally, 291samples were selected and used for analysis except for uncomplicated questionnaire. The major findings of study are as followed : (1) the elementary school teachers perceived the attitude competency as most important factor, whereas classroom support competency was lowest; (2) the past teaching experience presented the more experienced as a teacher had the higher level of competence. The academic achievements showed significant differences some competence groups; and (3) The teachers with higher level of academic degree had higher external performance. We also suggested some implications for education and training of elementary school teachers.

Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) have the ability to differentiate into multiple cell types. It has been reported that MSCs ameliorate functional deficits after transplantation into various neurologic disease models. In this study, to demonstrate the effect of human umbilical cord blood-derived MSCs(hUCB-MSCs) on stroke models, we transplanted the PKH-26 labeled hUCB-MSCs into the contralateral region of injured rat brain at 7 days after injury, and then examined the behavioral test, migration ability of transplanted hUCB-MSCs to injury site, and differentiation potentiality of transplanted hUCB-MSCs into neural cells. The results were: (1) a behavioral test(adhesive- removal and rotarod test) showed a significant improvement in the MSCs transplanted group as compared to the PBS injected group, (2) PKH-26 labeled MSCs were detected in the boundary zone of injured site at 4 weeks after transplantation, and (3) a few of transplanted MSCs exhibited a labeling for mature neural linage markers NeuN and GFAP. We suggest that hUCB-MSCs could be an effective cell source for treating ischemic brain injury.

IP망을 이용한 IPTV 방송 서비스가 새로운 수익 모델로 인정받고 현재 국내의 KT, SKT 등이 IPTV 시범서비스를 준비하거나 진행 중에 있다. 이 IPTV 서비스는 이전의 단방향 방송과는 달리 사용자와의 인터렉션을 중시하는 양방향 방송을 표방하기 때문에 지금까지의 방송과는 다른 혁신적인 방송서비스가 기대된다. 하지만 IPTV 서비스에 있어서 여러 통신사와 방송사가 참여할 수 있을 것으로 보여지는 것과는 달리 실상은 몇몇 거대 통신기업이 자신들의 망을 이용하는 가입자들을 상대로 한정된 사업을 벌이고 있다. 이는 IPTV 서비스를 위한 인프라가 구축되어 있지 않고 방통융합망의 개념을 만족시키기 위해 서비스 개발자가 알아야 할 프로토콜들이 너무나 많기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 상황을 타개할 수 있는 수단을 Open API로 제안한다. 맞춤형 방송을 위한 시나리오를 TV-Anytime의 벤치마킹과 유저 시나리오를 참고하여 재구성하고 이 시나리오로부터 IPTV 방송 서비스를 위한 방통융합망의 기본적이고 강력한 기능들을 Open API 함수로 정의하였다. 여기에서의 방송 서비스는 NDR, EPG, 개인 맞춤형 광고 서비스를 말하며 각 서비스를 위한 서버는 통합망 위에 존재하고 이 서버들이 개방하는 API들은 다른 응용프로그램에 의해 사용되는 것이기 때문에 가장 기본적인 기능을 정의하게 된다. 또한, 제안한 Open API 함수를 이용하여 개인 맞춤형 방송 응용 서비스를 구현함으로써 서비스 검증을 하였다. Open API는 웹서비스를 통해 공개된 기능들로써 게이트웨이를 통해 다른 망에서 사용할 수 있게 된다. Open API 함수의 정의는 함수 이름, 기능, 입ㆍ출력 파라메터로 이루어져 있다. 사용자 맞춤 서비스를 위해 전달되는 사용자 상세 정보와 콘텐츠 상세 정보는 TV-Anytime 포럼에서 정의한 메타데이터 스키마를 이용하여 정의하였다.
흰쥐의 척수손상 모델에 제대혈유래 중간엽줄기세포의 이식부위에 대한 행동학적 움직임에 관한 연구

Multipotential mesenchyman stem cells (MSCs) can differentiate into the neural cells in vitro and they have been shown to promote neuronal survival and functional recovery after implantation into various neurological disease models such as cerebral infarction, brain trauma, spinal cord injury and Parkinson disease. In this study, we examined the effect of human umbilical cord blood-derived MSCs (hUCB-MSCs) on spinal cord injury (SCI) model saccording to the transplantation site through functional recovery test, cavity volume and migration to injury site. The spinal cord was injured by contusion using a weight-drop at the level of T9. The seven days after injury, the hUCB-MSCs (5 × 105 cells/?l) labeled with PKH26 were transplanted into rostral, caudal, epicenter sites of SCI. The results were: (1) a behavioral test (BBB score) showed a significant functional improvement in groups that had transplanted MSCs into rostral site as compared to transplanted group into caudal or epicenter site, (2) the cavity volume was the smallest in MSCs transplanted groups into rostral site, and (3) PKH26-labeled cells observed around the injury site were a greater in MSCs transplanted group into rostral site than other groups. Taken together, rostral site would be a valuable when performing stem cell transplantation therapy for treating SCI.
