The steel-concrete composite column (i.e., the SC composite column) supports large-gravity loads and simplifies the installation and removal of the work in pouring the concrete. The column takes advantage of the in-plant prefabrication of steel, the speed of erection of a steel structure, and the fire resistance of steel. This paper presents the results of a parametric study using heat transfer analysis and a P-M interaction curve, and compares these results with the experimental results to check the accuracy of the proposed parametric studies. The parametric studies, such as the study of the concrete ratio of an area and the fire protection thickness, provide information on the fire resistance of SC composite columns. 기존 합성기둥의 장점을 유지하면서 콘크리트 충전 시 거푸집 공사의 절감과 충전상태의 육안 확인이 가능한 철골 콘크리트 합성기둥(이하 SC 합성기둥)에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. SC 합성기둥은 콘크리트가 철골의 웨브를 둘러싸고 있어 화재 발생시 높은 열이 웨브까지 전달되는 시간을 지연시켜 뛰어난 내화성능을 가질 것으로 예상할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 SC 합성기둥에 대해 열전달 해석을 수행하였고, 이를 바탕으로 P-M 상관 곡선을 이용하여 내화성능을 평가를 하였고, 이때의 해석변수는 콘크리트 면적비와 내화피복두께로 하였다. 또한 열전달 해석 방법을 검증하기 위해서 실제 수행된 실험 결과와 비교하여 이의 적절성을 검증하였다.

The purpose of thisanalytical study of an iTECH composite beam subjected to fire conditions is to determine the beam's fire resistance performance using its load ratio and fire protection as parameters. A composite structural system is expected to have a safer and more economical fire safety design than a mere collection of isolated members.heat transfer analysis was performed on the basis of the finite element program ANSYS 10.0 using an ISO834 standard fire, following the main guidelines proposed by EC1 Part 2.2 and EC4 Part 1.2. To validate the analytical simulation of the iTECH composite beam, comparison of the experimental tests was proposed. 본 연구는 하중비, 피복유무의 주요변수를 고려한 iTECH 합성보의 내화성능을 해석적 연구를 통해서 규명한 것이다. 합성보 구조는 개별적인 구조부재보다 내화성능이 우수할 것으로 기대되므로 해석적 연구에 의해서 안전하고 경제적인 내화설계를 제시할 수 있다. 열전달 해석은 범용 유한요소 프로그램인 ANSYS 10.0을 이용하여 ISO표준화재에 대해서 수행하였으며, EC1 Part 2.2와 EC4 Part1.2에서 제시된 모멘트 능력식과 강재와 콘크리트의 열적특성에 근거하여 내력해석을 수행하였다. 해석의 적절성을 검증하기 위해 실제적으로 수행된 실험결과와 비교를 통해서 그 적절성을 검증하였다.

The primary objective of this study was tested the baking properties of Korean wheat. In test results, the wheat which was harvested from all over the Korea, not suitable for making bread and cake products. However, some of possibilities to make bread were found by using vital gluten as well as additives. Out of Korean wheat classes, the Tapdong wheat showed good properties for bread making, and it is recommended to develope it as bread making wheat by segregating from other classes in seeding and harvesting.
CBD법으로 제작된 Cd₁-xZnxS 박막의 전기적 및 물리적 특성 분석

Cd1_-xZn_xS films were grown by chemical bath deposition (CBD), which is a very attractive method for low-cost and large-area solar cells. To improve the electrical conductivity of Cd1_-xZn_xS films, thin indium films(10-40nm thickness) were evaporated on the surface of Cd1_-xZn_xS films. Experimental parpmeters such as indium film thickness, Zn mole fraction, and the annealing temperature in terms of structural and electrical properties of Cd1_-xZn_xS films were investigated. The diffusion process was carried out by heating the sample in air at 150-550℃ for 20 minute. X-ray diffraction patterns of Cd1_-xZn_xS films indicate that the minimum thickness and annealing temperature for the formation of an In2O3 surface layer, which act as a barrier preventing the outdiffusion of indium, are 20nm and 350℃, respectively. This layer allows indium diffusion into the Cd1_-xZn_xS films and results in an indium-doped Cd1_-xZn_xS films. As the indium film thickness is increased, the resistivity decreases and the lowest value(0.3Ω-㎝) is obtained for Cd1_-xZn_xS films annealed at 450℃ with 40nm of the thickness.

Phonocardiography is the graphic registration of various bands of the vibratory spectrum. We used the phonocardiogram as a monitoring apparatus. A 62-year-old man was scheduled for mitral valve replacement. After induction of general anesthesia and tracheal intubation, we inserted an esophageal stethoscope attached with a wireless microphone, amplifier, galvanometer and transcription system. The resulting phonocardiogram revealed a pan-systolic murmur. After successful replacement of the mitral valve, the phonocardiogram showed no sign of heart murmur. So we are convinced that the application of the phonocardiogram can be a useful monitoring device for valvular surgery.
