소아의 급성 인두염에서 연쇄구균 신속항원검사의 유용성

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the utility of rapid antigen detection test for group A streptococci in children with acute pharyngitis. Methods : Seventy children with acute pharyngitis enrolled the study, who visited the Department of Pediatrics, Kangdong Sacred Heart Hospital, Hallym Medical Center from September 2004 to August 2005. The presence of clinical features such as tonsillar exudates, fever, scarletiniform rash and previous antibiotic use were evaluated and throat swab culture, rapid antigen detection test for group A Streptococci, CBC, ASO, and CRP were performed. Results : Among 70 children with acute pharyngitis, the prevalence of group A beta- hemolytic Streptococcus by throat swab culture and rapid antigen detection test was 14(20.0 %) and 22(31.4%), respectively. The sensitivity of the rapid antigen detection test was 78.6 %, specificity was 80.4%, the positive predictive value was 50.0% and the negative predictive value was 93.8%. The positivity of the throat swab culture and rapid antigen detection test showed no signigicant differences according to the presence of the clinical symptoms except scarletiniform rash. Laboratory data such as CBC, ASO or CRP proved not valuable to predict the positivity of the throat swab culture and/or rapid antigen detection test for group A Streptococcus. There was a tendency of negative throat swab culture and positive rapid antigen detection test in cases of previous antibiotic use. Conclusion : The rapid antigen detection test can be a useful diagnostic tool for early detection of the group A Streptococcus in children with acute pharyngitis and can be helpful for the clinician to reduce the inappropriate use of antibiotics. 목 적 : 최근 소아 급성 인두염에서 부적절한 항생제 투여가 문제시 되고 있으나 증상만으로 항생제 사용 여부를 결정하기는 어려우며 인두배양검사가 확진 방법이다. 그러나 검사에 시간이 요구되므로 미국소아과학회에서는 배양검사와 신속항원검사를 시행하여 신속항원검사가 음성이면 항생제 사용을 보류하도록 권하고 있다. 저자들은 이와 같은 지침을 국내에서도 적용할 수 있는지 알아보고자 연쇄구균 신속항원검사의 유용성을 조사하였다.방 법 : 2004년 9월부터 2005년 8월까지 한림대학교 강동성심병원 소아과를 방문하여 급성 인두염으로 진단받은 70명을 대상으로 하였다. 편도 삼출, 발열, 피부 발진 등의 임상적 특징과 내원 전 항생제 투여 여부를 조사하고, CBC, ASO, CRP 등의 혈액 검사와 인두에서 연쇄구균 신속항원검사와 배양검사를 시행하였다.

『한씨연대기』의 연극화 과정 연구 - 각색 과정을 중심으로 -

Drama based on the novel of that Hwang Seok-yeong, "HanChronicles" has received a lot of attention to the special work dealswith overcoming the division after the show in 1985. But there wasno study noted that the novel is successful theater productionsthrough any process. There is a full-fledged lack of interest can besaid because we proceed with the complex adaptation process. Iwould like to start from the original work of fiction, "HanChronicles" to scrutinize the process to be successful as a theaterproductions. Under these conditions, the novelist Hwang Seok-yeong hasadapted his novel "Han Chronicles" primary. Follows the plot of thenovel. In addition, the move to reduce the incidents drama form,and it may also create a new character. ‘Han Yeongdeok’ In theprocess, is emerging as a more obvious protagonist. Theconsciousness of the hostile North Korea reduced. Based on this, the second adaptation is guided by ‘Yeon-u stage’. Secondary adaptation, we switched to a more open, reflecting theepic drama dramatic elements. Reduce the screenplay adaptation ofthe first appearance of the characters and events. And insert a newchapter documentary instead. This allows to explore the causes ofdivision. In particular, the United States has focused on the role ofwar in Korea. This work is also being tried this method and use of a variety of epic playful elements. Through this play, "HanChronicles" were able to actively communicate with the audience. Play ‘Han Chronicles’ 황석영의 원작소설에 바탕을 두고 있는 ..한씨연대기..는 1985년 연극으로 공연된 이후 분단극복을 다룬 작품으로 주목을 받아왔다. 하지만 원작의 중편소설이 어떠한 과정을 거쳐 연극으로 성공했는지 주목한 연구는 없었다. 본격적인관심이 부족했던 데는 이 작품이 복잡한 각색과정을 거쳤기 때문이라고 할 수있다. 이에 필자는 ..한씨연대기..의 원작소설에서 출발하여 연극으로 성공을 거두기까지의 과정을 면밀히 살피고자 한다. 황석영은 자신의 소설을 극 장르로 1차 각색한다. 1차 각색은 소설에 충실한사실주의극 양식을 따르고 있다. 2차 각색은 황석영의 1차 각색본을 바탕으로연우무대에 의해 공동창작의 성격을 띠고 진행된다. 주인공 한영덕의 삶과 직접적으로 관련되는 부분은 그대로 살려두되 곁가지 사건들은 과감히 삭제했다. 대신, 분단을 둘러싼 대외적 사건을 서사극의 이름을 빌려 수용한다. 2차 각색본은서사극을 활용하여 분단의 원인에 대한 고찰, 미국의 역할 등을 문제 삼음으로써 분단에 대해 새롭게 조명할 수 있는 길을 터놓았다. 또한 극장주의의 놀이적장치를 수용하여 역동적인 희곡을 만듦으로써 관객의 주목을 받도록 했다. 우리는 각색의 면밀한 추적을 통해 원작소설에서 관객의 반응을 수용하는 연극 장르로의 성공적인 정착과정을 확인할 수 있으며, 우리 희곡사에서 분단 서사극으로서 크게 성공을 거둔 ..한씨 한씨연대기..의 문학사 기술을 위한 토대를 마련할수 있을 것이다.

우리나라 해양스포츠산업 현황과 발전방안

The purpose of this study is to propose a plan for revitalizing the local economy and raising the brand value through analyzing the status of the marine sports industry. The research methods used are literature review and qualitative research based on expert opinions. For literature review, was conducted by analyzing the status of the marine sports industry based on theses, journals, policy reports and related books. In addition, in order to investigate the actual condition of the marine sports industry, the study conducted in-depth questionnaires to 6 academics and field experts. Through these activities, the following suggestions for the development of the marine sports industry are presented in detail. The first, as the expansion of marine sports facilities, is the selection of safe places, the harmonious design of land and maritime spaces, and the specialized marina. The second, as the development of marine sports equipment, is fostering professional companies, improving the system, and holding professional fairs. Finally, in the marine sports service, it is the training of professionals, the compilation of regular curriculum in schools, the strengthening of water safety education, the development and distribution of various marine sports events, the development of specialized marine sports tour products, and the development of facility-oriented seasonal overcoming programs. 본 연구는 우리나라 해양스포츠산업 현황 분석을 통해 지역의 경제 활성화 및 브랜드 가치 상승 방안을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 연구방법은 문헌조사와 전문가 질적 설문조사이다. 문헌조사방법으로 학위논문, 학술지, 정책보고서, 관련서적을 토대로 해양스포츠산업 현황을 분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 해양스포츠산업 실태를 조사하기 위해 전문가 (학자, 현장, 공무원)조사는 심층 설문조사를 실사하였다. 이를 통해 다음과 같은 해양스포츠산업 영역별 발전방안을 세부적으로 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 해양스포츠 시설확충으로는 안전한 장소 선정, 육・해상공간의 조화로운 디자인, 전문성이 강조되는 마리나이다. 둘째, 해양스포츠장비 개발로는 전문기업육성, 제도개선, 전문박람회 개최이다. 마지막으로, 해양스포츠 서비스에서는 전문인력 양성, 학교 내 정규교과과정 편성, 수상안전교육 강화, 다양한 해양스포츠이벤트 개발 및 보급, 특화된 해양스포츠 관광 상품 개발, 시설 중심의 계절성 극복 프로그램 개발이다.

근대 계몽기 작가 육정수 연구

In the age of Korean modern enlightenment, Yuk Jeong-Su wrote the outstanding new-novel Song Roe Gum. However, it is afraid that there haven't been enough studies which can specifically identify his life. Unlike his contemporary writers' works, the characteristic of his works is based on realism because he more actively reflected his personal experiences in his novels without being obsessed by enlightenment thoughts prevailed at that time. The existing theoretical studies on Yuk Jeong-Su, the novelist, have identified his life focused on his activities at the YMCA, but his novels mention nothing related to Christianity. Therefore, this study enables us to believe that he lived a faithful life as an educator and businessman based on a skill-cultivation theory. Especially, he was much interested in business fields and carried out that interest. He believed that economic development rather than political activities could be a solid foundation for a rich, powerful, and independent country. As a nationalist capitalist, he personally participated in banking, mining, agriculture, reclamation, etc. in order to stand against the industrial plunder by Japanese imperialism. These social activities of the writer are much similar to the lives of characters in his novels. In this respect, it is possible to believe that his novels intactly reflected his personal intense worries and challenges. Likewise, it is safe to say that these personal backgrounds gave birth to his excellent industrial-theme novels, which were written in the age of modern enlightenment. 육정수는 계몽기에 『송뢰금』과 같은 주목할 만한 작품을 남긴 남겼다. 그의 작품은 여타 신소설들과 달리 추상적 개화논리에 사로잡히지 않고 리얼리티를 확보했다는 특징을 가지고 있다. 이는 작품에 작가의 원체험을 충분히 반영하고 있기 때문이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 필자는 자료발굴을 통해 육정수의 연보를 최대한 촘촘히 복원하여 그의 소설을 제대로 읽을 수 있는 토대를 마련하고자 했다. 기존 논의들은 육정수의 기독교청년회(YMCA) 활동에 주목하여 왔다. 하지만, 그의 소설에는 기독교가 반영되어 있지 않다. 육정수는 종교인으로서보다는 실업과 교육에 남다른 관심을 가지고 실천했던 실력양성론자의 삶을 살았다고 할 수 있다. 특히 토착·민족 자본에 대한 관심을 포기하지 않은, 민족 부르주아지의 면모를 확실히 드러내고 있다. 그는 정치보다는 실업부흥과 경제발전이 부강한 국가와 국가독립의 기틀이 된다고 믿었던 重商主義者이기도 했다. 배재학당에서부터 받아들인 ‘자조론’을 바탕으로 일제의 산업침탈에 맞설 수 있는 민족자본의 성장을 위해 부단한 노력을 경주했던 것이다. 육정수의 교육과 실업에 대한 체험과 고민은 그의 작품에 적극적으로 투영되어 있으며, 소설 속 등장인물이 구상했던 사업들을 육정수는 구체적으로 실천에 옮기고자 했다. 따라서 그의 작품에는 민족 부르주아지 육정수의 고뇌와 신념이 고스란히 반영되어 있다고 할 수 있다. 덕분에 그는 여타 신소설들과 구별되는, 리얼리티가 확보된 그만의 실업소설, 『송뢰금』을 쓸 수 있었다고 할 수 있다.

해방공간에서의 잔류 일본인 귀환 문제 - 「잔등」, 「압록강」, 『요코이야기』, 『흐르는 별은 살아있다』를 중심으로

As The Second World war ended in victory of The United Nations, Japan became the loser and Korea was liberated. We need to know that unlike the National situation, the delectation of liberation and affliction of defeat, there is a variation to accept the liberation for the individual. We could read these novels to compare to understand the upheaval period in various opinions. These are 『The Faint Lamplight』 of Heo Jun, 『Aprok River』 of Kim Man-seon in Korea, 『So far from the bamboo grove』 of Yoko Kawashima Watkins, 『The Stars are Streaming is Alive』 of Fujiwara in Japan. These are based on the National history, the restoration of independence, of August 15. Also, These have same background of Manchuria, the Korean Northern Peninsula (North Korea). Above all, these works are Narrative Structure focused on 'railroad'. Accordingly, these are interconnected with one another. Through these actives, we can understand the circumstance of liberation in diverse perspectives. Also, clues of 『So far from the bamboo grove』 causing a lot of controversy to explain will be found.
