Ag 도금 Cu 입자의 제조에서 암모늄 기반 혼합 용매를 사용한 Cu 입자의 전처리 조건과 이의 영향

To achieve the fabrication of high-quality Ag-coated Cu particles through a wet chemical process, we reported herein pretreatment conditions using an ammonium-based mixed solvent for the removal of a $Cu_2O$ layer on Cu particles that were oxidized in air for 1 hr at $200^{\circ}C$ or for 3 days at room temperature. Furthermore, we discussed the results of post-Ag plating with respect to removal level of the oxide layer. X-ray diffraction results revealed that the removal rate of the oxide layer is directly proportional to the concentration of the pretreatment solvent. With the results of Auger electron spectroscopy using oxidized Cu plates, the concentrations required to completely remove 50-nm-thick and 2-nm-thick oxides within 5 min were determined to be X2.5 and X0.13. However, the optimal concentrations in an actual Ag plating process using Cu powder increased to X0.4 and X0.5, respectively, because the oxidation in powder may be accelerated and the complete removal of oxide should be tuned to the thickest oxide layer among all the particles. Back-scattered electron images showed the formation of pure fine Ag particles instead of a uniform and smooth Ag coating in the Ag plating performed after incomplete removal of the oxide layer, indicating that the remaining oxide layer obstructs heterogeneous nucleation and plating by reduced Ag atoms.

Recently, thanks to advanced computational power and numerical techniques, it is made possible to analyze the flow around moving bodies using computational fluid dynamics techniques. In those simulations, moving mesh techniques should be able to represent both the body motion and boundary deformation, which are frequently encounterd in fluid-structure interaction and/or six degree-of-freedom problems. There are several moving mesh techniques, such as the Laplacian operator based, tension spring based and elastic deformation based methods. In the present study, the Laplacian operator based method was utilized and the results were validated. For the validation, the flow around an oscillating two-dimensional cylinder was simulated and analyzed.

The purpose of this study was to observe present situations and thoughts of elderly for developing recreation program in Korea. Also, for understanding concepts of Older adults who have enough time to enjoy their life with self-satisfaction as a human being. To develop recreation program for older adults could be increase their quality of life. In order to this study, researchers made a questionnaire themselve`s and 200 educated students who involved in recreation course at Hong-Ik university interviewed directly to older adults. One student intervewed and reported ten older adults during one month. 1826 older adults who aged over 60 were sampled by students. All subjects were lived in near Seoul or Seoul city. In summary, most older adults did not have enough experience for enjoying their leisure time. Also, they were never educated about methods of spend time more efficiently. Most subject did not recognise and understand about recreation program and leaders for them. For the future recreation program, facilitation, oppotunities for them could be developed by us because we will be older adult sooner or later. It is a our socio-economic problem in any country especially developing country as a Korea.
여가 및 레크리에이션 프로그램으로서의 Tchouk Ball 의 가치와 타당성 연구

Brant, a Swedish, presented Tchouk Ball Which is a complex physical movement using physiological function which he himself developed for F.I.E.P., He was given Thulin prize for the work. This paper describes the ways how to operate the Ball game in detail including its rules and judging criteria.

The purpose of the study was to stress tire need of preparing and educating about physical activities and leisure activities at least age 35 to 40 through maturation, health condition, physical and mental property. People would be recogniged new attitude toward aging population and fitness industry, changing needs, activity program for there. So, this study overviewed that exercise science and aged-related changes in functional ability, such as, exercise physiology and aging system, physical conditions, requiring special consideration, and psychological and social aspects of aging and the benefits of exercise. In summary, meeting the special needs needy of a senior exercise group requires attention to many details. It must be considered the general components of individual classes and carefully exemine the safety issues of programing for older adults. In addition, it must be strived to develop a well-rounded programs that addresses both the physical and social and emotional components so important to a senior exercise program.

This study amies at leading adolescents to grow up healthfully and wholesomely by examining general contents including organization of new recreation program, management of facilities and systems. And, it is achieved by referring various documents and fundamental research. Since adolescents try various actovities covering a vast renge, the leisure life plan should be organized in order to help them to show their creativity and individuality. And, the leisure program for adolescents must be planned to provide participants with various experience and to connect with the stages of growth and development. The creative leisure life program aids adolescents to develop their self-confidence and self-esteem.
노인들을 위한 바람직한 여가프로그램 구성에 대한 기초 연구

The purpose of this study is to understand the present conditions of recreation program in each ward office and to submit the fundarnent;l data for developing new leisurce program oI the old. As the result of this study, the operation of recreation program by each ward office is done without rational connecting structure ther the object and the institution. Adcl to it. there is no creative leisuro recreation program to bt used the urstitution and the Tmracteristic by regional groups. Therefore, the oeceration of recreation program by advanced nations is verb different from the one by korea which gives first consideration tc life physical program. In the side of organizing of leisure program for the old, especially, it is very necessary to organize creative recreation program to be considerated enough to physiological and psychological characteristic of the oll. And these should be develop sisternatically to varity- program, charge of consciousness for leisure activity and education of recreation leathers.
실험 계획법과 유한 요소 해석을 이용한 초정밀 대면적 미세 그루빙 머신의 변위 오차 예측

In this study, to minimize trial and error in the design and manufacturing processes of a high-precision large-surface micro-grooving machine which is able to fabricate the molds for 42 inch LCD light guide panels, the effects of the structural deformation of the micro-grooving machine according to the positions of the X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis feed systems were examined on the tool tip displacement errors associated with the machining accuracy. The virtual prototype (finite element model) of the micro-grooving machine was constructed to include the joint stiffnesses of the hydrostatic bearings, hydrostatic guideways and linear motors, and then the tool tip displacement errors were measured from the virtual prototype. Especially, to establish the prediction model of the tool tip displacement errors, which was constructed using the positions of the X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis feed systems as independent variables, the response surface method based on the central composite design was introduced. The reliability of the prediction model was verified by the fact that the tool tip displacement errors obtained from the prediction model coincided well those measured from the virtual prototype. And the causes of the tool tip displacement errors were identified through the analysis of interactions between the positions of the X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis feed systems.
