        세계시민교육 관점에서 본 탈북청소년 교육방법적용과 방향성 고찰

        This paper aims to provide the possibility and implication that North Korean youths of refugee will be able to adapt to the global community as a global citizen through considering the educational direction and application method. North Korean defectors have long been regarded as the underprivileged in a special, social and cultural background. This viewpoint can be regarded as an active social subject of a society member or a person who needs social support. The global citizen education suggests educational possibility to help the development of national identity as a voluntary and active subject of North Korean defectors in terms of dynamic education that emphasizes the role of citizens of the world. Therefore, we adopted four learning methods of TOE (Through Other Eyes), a global citizen education learning program, and suggested the direction of North Korean youth education. The proposal is as follows. First, a global citizen education support system should be established in order to cultivate the ability to be equipped as a global citizen. Second, as a member of the global community, they should be encouraged to recognize and actively participate as the global citizen in global issues. Third, various teaching models and techniques should be utilized in understanding new cultures and spaces, developing new perspectives and perspectives, and teaching new systems. First of all, it is necessary to change the perception of viewers from as a member of North Korean citizens to a new member of citizens of the world.

        4차 산업혁명 시대에 따른 평생교육 프로그램 개발 방향

        In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, it is emphasized to acquire knowledge and information in accordance with rapid change of social structure and development of IT technology. Nonetheless, the field of lifelong education lacks a discussion on the infrastructure and direction of lifelong education in the fourth industrial revolution era. Therefore, the relevance of lifelong education was searched through literature research and theoretical exploration in order to present the direction of development of lifelong education program in accordance with social change in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. Through this, it is possible to enhance the capacity of adult learners in the direction of the development of lifelong education programs in the 4th Industrial Revolution era. Development of lifelong education programs, professional development of lifelong education program developers, integration of sharing and sharing lifelong education programs and establishment of community learning Respectively. However, this study has limitations in presenting empirical grounds for categorizing the constitution and capacity of lifelong education program development. Therefore, it is required to add the items of actual research according to social change, such as program demand analysis and institutional dimension recognition. This study is expected to contribute to the development of effective lifelong education programs and to the development of lifelong education.

        중국어 쓰기 과정에서의 피드백이 한국인 학습자의 쓰기 능력에 미치는 영향

        This study investigates the effects of different types of feedback on learners’ Chinese writing ability and affective domain in order to ascertain the most effective feedback type. Also this study is to identify what types of feedback and how students perceive the effectiveness of feedback types and ways of providing feedback on their Chinese writing. The subjects of this experiment consist of 90 2st graders who attend a university in Busan. At this school, four classes are leveled into three subclasses according to the students’ Chinese proficiency. The experiment took place from may, 2014 to november, 2014. A survey was given out in order to have a more in?depth understanding on how students perceive writing in general. To measure the improvement of Chinese writing, writing tests were conducted before and after the experiment. The errors from the tests were categorized by the types of errors suggested by Ferris. et al(2000). Then the number of errors in each linguistic category were compared by using T test on i?Statistics. First, the students completed a piece of writing. Second, they received a different type of feedback at a different time. Different types of feedback were provided. Lastly, the students had time to study the feedback and applied it to their second draft. The effect of different types of feedback was measured by comparing the number of errors produced and corrected between the first and revised draft. The results were evaluated by repeated measured ANOVA to ensure that the results show any meaningful difference. Finally, another survey was conducted to see any changes in students’ attitudes towards error correction and feedback. Additional openended questions were supplemented to inquire more about students’ opinions about error correction and the reasons for their preference.

        지역사회 경찰공무원의 조직지원인식과 조직시민행동, 셀프리더십 간의 관계 연구 : 셀프리더십 매개효과를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of police officers' recognition of organizational support for organizational citizenship behaviors and whether self-leadership has a mediating effect between the two variables. The subjects included in this study were 232 police officers working at National Police Agency, Police stations, and District Units. Through this study the correlation between their recognition of organizational support, organizational citizenship behaviors, and self-leadership was analyzed. All data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program, and the correlation between research variables was confirmed by Pearson's correlation analysis method. To demonstrate the mediating effect of self-leadership, a hierarchical regression analysis was conducted. Additionally, to prove that emotional support, instrumental support, and the sub-variables of the recognition of organizational support have a significant influence on sub-variables of organizational citizenship behaviors by mediating the sub-variables of self-leadership, the bootstrap was verified using the SPSS Process macro. As a result of research analysis, first, it was demonstrated that the recognition of organizational supports had a significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviors. Also, it was demonstrated that the emotional support of the recognition of organizational support directly affected the legitimate behaviors, and the instrumental support directly affected the participatory behaviors. Second, it was found that the recognition of organizational support had a positive (+) effect on self-leadership, and it was confirmed that there was a significant correlation between organizational support recognition and the sub-factors of self-leadership. Third, concerning the effect of the mediating role of self-leadership between the recognition of organizational support and organizational citizenship behaviors, it was found that the recognition of organizational support had a direct effect on organizational citizenship behaviors and self-leadership had a partial mediating role between the recognition organizational support and organizational citizenship behaviors. In this regard, other implications were discussed based on the results of this study.

        ‘미국 우선주의’(America First)통상정책의 국제통상질서에 대한 함의

        The recently launched U.S. Trump Administration is expected to further frustrate the stability of the international trade order as ‘America First’ trade policies appear to be consistently showing characteristics of trade protectionism and neo-isolationism. Despite the fact that the fundamental reason of the U.S. trade deficits lie in the prolonged lackluster growth trends in world production output and trade, the U.S. government has been placing the blame on its trade agreements as being ‘unfair’, stealing jobs and undermining its manufacturing base. This article provides an overview of the Trump Administration s trade policies as they are formulated so far in a number of official reports and a series of administrative orders, and analyzes its contents to foresee the implications on the global trading system that has been maintaining its governance through the WTO system. This Article suggests that the denial and distrust that the Trump Administration shows against the dispute settlement system of the WTO is not for the progressive benefit of the global trading system but for mere self-seeking national interests. In order to seek stability in the world trade order in this new ‘Trump era’, all WTO member countries should join hands to advance the multilateral trading system, by initiating momentum in starting multilateral talks on such new trade issues as digital trade for instance. As a beneficiary of the multilateral trading system during the past 50 years, it is now high time for Korea to pursue a more leading role in resuscitating the legislative function of the WTO.

        모바일 SNS 기반 e-탄뎀 활동의 중국어 학습 효과와 상호작용 분석

        This study examined the effect of Chinese learning using e-tandem activity based on mobile SNS on Chinese learning overall for Korean learners learning Chinese in Korea. In addition, Korean learners who had to learn Chinese as a foreign language examined the interactions with native speakers. Also, this paper attempts to summarize some examples of communication strategies used. The results of this study demonstrate that mobile-based e-tandem activity is a universal tool for current learners of various ages, especially mobile. In addition, it can be seen that it can be relatively effective when combined with Chinese learning. However, it can be seen that the environment for learning Chinese must be properly designed so that the e-tandem activity can be used as a more effective tool for the learner's individual characteristics. In addition, the application plan should be specifically designed and applied to effectively improve the language skills of learners.
