기능적 전기자극을 적용한 트레드밀 보행 훈련이 편마비 환자의 보행 속도와 보행 지구력, 에너지 소모지수에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Treadmill Training with FES(TTF) on walking velocity, gait endurance, and energy expenditure index(EEI) of hemiplegia patients with foot drop. Two subjects with hemiplegia participated in this study. They took walking excercise 5 times per week for 8 weeks. One time excercise spent 30minutes. The theraputic effect was evaluated by how many seconds they needed to walk 10 meters, how far they could walk for 12 minutes, and how much they spent energy in walking for 12 minutes. Two cases were examined before, after 4 week, and after 8 week, walking training. The results of this study are as follows; 1) Walking velocity : Case 1 increased from 0.52m/sec before walking training to 0.83m/sec after 8 weeks. Case 2 increased from 0.58m/sec to 0.92m/sec. 2) Gait endurance : Case 1 increased from 383.23m to 625.53m. Case 2 increased from 410.19m to 693.47m. 3) EEI : For comfortable walking condition, Case 1 decreased from 0.98beats/min to 0.71beats/min, and Case 2 decreased from 0.93beats/min to 0.68beats/min. For maximum walking condition, Case 1 decreased from 0.93beats/min to 0.67beats/min, and Case 2 decreased from 0.91beats/min to 0.61beats/min. The findings suggest that hemiplegia patients can improve their walking velocity, gait endurance and energy expenditure index through TTF.
트레드밀을 이용한 불완전 척수손상자 보행훈련의 사전 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Treadmill Training on WISCI level, walking velocity, walking endurance, motor score and gait cycle of spinal cord injury patient with incomplete. Four subjects with spinal cord injury participated in this study. They took walking excercise 5 times per week for 8 weeks. One time excercise spent 30minutes. The theraputic effect was evaluated by WISCI level, walk 10 meters test, walk for 12 minutes test, motor score and gait cycle. Four subjects were examined before, after 8 week, walking training. Collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS PC for Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of this study are as follows; 1) In WISCI level, walking velocity, walking endurance and motor score, post - treatment score were higher compared to pre-treatment score with statistical significance(p<0.05). 2) In Rt SLS, DLSII and Lt SLS, post-treatment percentage were higher compared to pre-treatment percentage with statistical significance(p<0.05). but DLSI were not statistical significance(p>0.05). The findings suggest that spinal cord injury patients with incomplete can improve their WISCI level, walking velocity, walking endurance, motor score and gait cycle through Treadmill gait training.

본 연구는 전문대학 학생들의 기초적 학습능력을 높이기 위한 방법을 모색하기 위하여 학습전략과 학습효과를 측정하는 방법을 찾는 전단계로서 교수학습센터에서 사용할 수 있는 학습태도검사를 개발하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 전문대학 신입생 984 명을 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과 학습태도검사로 33문항이 선정되었는데, 다섯 가지 요인으로 명명된 효과적인 내용정리, 우선순위와 자기관리, 학습습관 점검 및 개선, 목표 설정과 실행, 학습계획은 서로 높은 정적 상관관계(.53~.72)를 보이며 특히 학과적성에 긍정적인 학생일수록 다섯 요인의 점수가 높게 나타났다. 또한 일반적 특성에 따라 다섯 요인에 유의한 차이를 보였으므로, 대상에 따라 차별화된 교수학습방법을 운영하는 방안도 고려한다면, 더욱 효과적인 학습전략이 될 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study was to find a way to improve the basic learning ability of vocational college students and to develop the examination of learning attitude. This examination can be used at Center for Teaching and Learning as a previous step to find the strategy and effectiveness of learning. The examination of learning attitude which consisted of 33 questions was surveyed by 984 college freshmen. The survey revealed that five factors; effective content arrangement, priority and self-management, Check and improve of study habits, goal setting and implementation, learning plans have high interrelation(.53~.72). Especially, the more positive aptitude for their majors students had, the higher score they achieved in those five factors. According to general characteristics, there was significant difference among five factors. Therefore, if it is considered to run a differentiated Teaching and Learning method individually, it is expected to be more effective learning strategies.
고유수용성 신경근 촉진법의 통합 패턴에 따른 정적 균형의 변화

고유수용성 신경근 촉진법의 통합 패턴이 정적 균형에 미치는지, 여자 대학생 20명을 대상으로 6주간 실험하였다. 고유수용성 통합패턴은 Dietz에 의해 고안된 스프린터와 스케이트 패턴을 이용하였으며, 훈련은 주3회 일 1회 실시하였다. Good Balance system을 이용하여 정상적인 기립자세, 눈을 감고 한발 들고 좌,우 기립자세, 눈을 뜨고 한발 들고 좌,우 기립자세에서 X축 속도, Y축 속도와 속도 모멘트 3항목의 변수를 측정한 결과 눈뜨고 서기자세, 눈감고 서기자세, 눈감고 우측외발서기 자세에서 X, Y 축의 평균속도, 압력중심의 속도 모멘트 영역 모두에서 운동 전ㆍ후 감소하여 통계학적으로 유의하게 감소하였으며, 눈뜨고 좌측외발서기 자세에서는 X축의 평균 속도만 운동 전ㆍ후 감소하여 통계학적으로 감소하였다. 이러한 결과 고유수용성 신경근 촉진법의 통합패턴이 정적 균형 능력에 영향을 미치며, 향후 본 연구의 운동방법을 임상에서 환자에게 적용할 수 있도록 더 쉽고, 다양한 형태의 기술이 포함된 연구가 진행 되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. This study was to investigate the effects of the combined patterns of PNF(proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) on the static balance ability by 20 subjects for 6 weeks. The combined patterns of PNF were carried out by Sprinter and Skater suggested by Dietz which were practiced once a day, 3 times a week. This study were measured normal standing, one leg left and one leg right standing when eye open and close on GOOD BALANCE system. These result lead us to the conclusion that mean velocity of X,Y direction, COP velocity moment were showed a statically decrease applying post-exercise on Normal Standing Eye Open(NSEO), Normal Standing Eye Close(NSEC), One Leg Right Standing Eye Close(OLRSEC) and Just velocity of X direction were showed a statically decrease applying post-exercise on One Leg Right Standing Eye Close(OLRSEC). The above results from this study indicated that combined patterns of PNF have improved the static balance ability. However the used self-exercise ca be applied to normal people, i.e., the exercise is difficult to apply into clinical patients. The further study should be focused at development of various modified forms of the combined patterns of PNF in keeping up the improvement effect of the exercise.

The purpose of this study is to find out factors(shoulder level, acromion-occipital length, spine alignment, spine-scapula inferior angle length) of pain of neck & shoulder by 3 Dimensional Moire Scanner. 50 female student s aged 20 to 25 years old participated who lived in Sun-cheon si Jeonnam. They were examined with three measurement methods(Visual Analogue Scale : VAS, Algometer, 3 Dimensional Moire Scanner(IBS-2000). According to the results of multiple regression analysis. 1) There was a significant difference with shoulder level and spine-scapula inferior angle based on VAS. 2) There was a significant difference with shoulder level based of Algometer measurement value in Rhomboid muscles.
