In many cases the regression effects of OC on job satisfaction, organization commitment and intention to leave tested to be in existence. Also, for the moderating effects of personal and organizational factors, 2 out of 12 hypothesis cases were accepted. Based on the findings, the stronger organizational culture is, the more effective in job satisfaction, organization commitment and intention to leave. Man was found to have more moderating effects in the relation between OC and JS. In affiliative culture(AC), clerk employee appeared to be more sensitive to JS and OC than workers. Generally married and senior employee were found to be more sensitive to dependent variables than unmarried and junior employee respectivelly. For the moderating effects of organizational factors, the higher the level of communication flow, formalization and abilitism, the more JS level and OC level are in AC and PC. And private company is found to be more sensitive to JS and OC in AC and PC.
