Objective and Background: Laryngeal stroboscope is an useful equipment in evaluation of vocal cord vibration and in early detection of mucosal lesion including invasive cancer of the vocal cord. Recently Lee et al. (2006) developed portable stroboscope using voice as synchronization signal. It has been frequently impaired ability to synchronize the flashes even in normal female. Authors tried to investigate various methods including vibration pick-up, microphone, laryngeal microphone, and contact microphone for development of simple and accurate method like electroglottograph signal. The purpose of this study was to estimate wheher the vibration pick-up is available and is consistent with the signal of EGG. Subjects and Methods: Authors compared the signals between EGG and noncontact method such as voice, contact methods including vibration pick-up, laryngeal microphone, and contact microphone in normal twenty adults (male 10 and female 10). The number of peak in one cycle was compared with the number of the peak in EGG, and the percent of phase difference in the peak was compared with EGG Also, authors tried to investigate which site of vibration pick-up was most effective for synchronization of stobo flashes. Three site including anterior neck below the cricoid cartilage, thyroid ala, and suprahyoid region were analysed. Results: Among various methods for synchronization of strobo flashes, vibration pick-up was most effective method in peak detection. And anterior neck below cricoid cartilage was the most available site of the vibration pick-up. Conclusion: Authors suggest that vibration pick-up is most available and effective method for synchronization of strobo flashes.

Human vocal cords vibrate as quickly as 100-250 times per second, so it is impossible to observe them with normal endoscopic diagnostic equipment. High-speed videolaryngoscopy (HSV) allows the visualization of non-periodic vibratory motion of vocal fold beyond the limitation of videostroboscopy. New developed post-processing methods that converts HSV to two-dimensional videokymography (2D VKG) using U-medical image-processing software can provide quantitative information on vocal fold mucosa vibration. Multifunctional laryngeal examination system is composed of 3 kinds of examinations such as HSV, 2D scanning digital kymography (2D DKG) and line scanning digital kymography (DKG). Evaluation of entire vocal cord vibratory pattern in each cord is possible using 2D DKG and a faster and more reliable quantitative information can be obtained. As this system is used in clinical and research, it is expected to bring much advances to the diagnosis of voice disorders. In this review, I will introduce the principles and advantages on examination of the vocal fold vibration, which is in the spotlight recently, and proceed with the literature review.

본 연구는 제품에 대한 개인의 주관적 이미지를 평가하기 위해 감성공학에서 사용하는 의미변별법을 이용하여 스마트폰의 이미지를 평가한다. 최근 스마트폰의 판매량은 제품의 성능에 의해 영향을 받는 것이 아니라 제품 디자인에 의해 영향을 받음에 따라 스마트폰의 이미지는 제품의 판매량에 큰 영향을 끼치는 중요한 요인이 되었다. 본 연구에서는 스마트폰의 이미지를 평가하기 위해서, 전문가 패널들이 도출한 형용사 집합으로부터 이미지를 구성하는 요인들을 추출하기 위해 요인분석법을 이용하였다. 요인분석법의 결과로 얻은 요인점수를 이용하여 형용사집합들이 규정하는 이미지 공간에서의 좌표를 평가한다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 평가한 스마트폰의 이미지는 일반적인 목표 스마트폰의 판매량과 일치하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 사용한 의미변별법을 이용한 평가가 스마트폰의 판매량에 영향을 주는 요인변화를 설명함을 알 수 있다. This tried to analyze the image of smarphones using a semantic differential method which is used in the sensory engineering in order to evaluate the personal subjective image of a product. Recently as sales volume of smarphones is not influenced by functional performance but by product design, smartphone images become to be an important factor that has a tremendous effect to the sales volume. In this study, in order to evaluate the smartphone image, factor analysis is adapted in order to extract the image components from the adjective sets derived by expert panels. From the output of factor analysis, factor score is used to assess the coordinate of the object smartphones in the image space specified by the adjective sets. Concludingly, the images of smarphnones evaluated in this study is, generally, coincided with the sales volumes of tageted smartphones. Therefore, the evaluation by the semantic differential method used in this study can explain the described changes in the factors that affect the sales volume of the smart phone.
휴대통신 서비스품질이 고객만족에 미치는 영향의 매개과정에 관한 분석

본 연구는 한국이동통신시장에서 이동통신서비스품질이 용이성, 유용성, 전환장벽, 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 매개 영향을 분석하는데 초점을 두었다. 본 연구는 이동통신서비스품질을 외생변인으로 하고, 용이성, 유용성, 전환장벽, 고객만족과 고객충성도를 내생변인으로 하고, 변인 간의 매개영향 관계를 파악하기 위해 구조방정식모형을 이용하였다. 이동통신서비스품질이 서비스관리에서 가장 중요한 요인이므로 그 필요성은 논의할 필요가 없을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 기술수용모형에서 유래한 용이성과 유용성을 도입하여 품질과 고객만족 관계를 연결하여 그 영향관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 9개의 가설을 설정하고, 설문을 작성하였으며, 693명의 응답을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 검정결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이동통신서비스품질은 전환장벽에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 통신기술 세대 간에도 유의한 차이가 있었다. 특히 2세대 단말기 이용자들은 강력한 전환장벽이 구축되어 있었으며, 3세대 이용자들 간에는 2세대에 비해 낮은 장벽 구축을 보였다. 둘째, 용이성은 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 반면에 유용성은 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않고 있었다. 결국, 서비스품질의 용이성, 유용성, 전환장벽, 고객만족에 대한 영향력은 스마트폰이 2세대 및 3세대 폰에 비해 높은 유의성을 보였다. This study focused on analyzing the effects of service quality to ease of use, usefulness, switching barrier and of customer satisfaction and loyalty in the Korean telecommunication market. Also this study provided a momentum to investigate changes induced by introduction of a new product and service, i.e., smart phone. This study formulated a structural equational model, in which service quality was adapted as an exogenous variable and in which ease of use, usefulness, switching barrier were included as intermediate variables, having influences to the endogenous variable such as customer satisfaction and loyalty. First of all, since service quality of telecommunication terminals was looked upon as an essential factor in managing the service operation, it was unnecessary to consider its necessity in the model. In this study, ease of use and usefulness. In this study had adapted ease of use and usefulness of telecommunication terminals to link the service quality with customer satisfaction. As a result, the conclusions are as follows: First, the service quality of telecommunication had significant effects on the switching barrier and showed the prominent difference between the technology generations. The users of generation 2 terminals had shown the highest switching barriers compared with the generation 3 and smart phone users. Also switching barriers played a significant role to link the service quality with customer satisfaction. Secondly, ease of use had a significant effect on the usefulness of customers, by which customers’satisfaction was influenced at low significant level. After all, the effects of service quality on ease of use, usefulness, switching barrier and satisfaction of the users of smart phones had shown at the highest level compared with the users of G2 and G3 users.
