        평준화도입이 학교브랜드 이미지, 교육품질과 학교성과에 미치는 영향: 포항시 인문계 고교에 대한 종단적 분석

        본 연구는 고교 평준화제도 도입이 학교브랜드 이미지와 교육품질과 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 초점을 두고 있다. 이진춘(2009)과 이진춘과 최황(2008)의 연구에서 교육품질이 학교브랜드 이미지와 학교성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석을 실시하여, 교육품질이 학교브랜드 이미지를 결정하는 주요 요인이 아님을 밝혔다. 실제로 상위권 고등학교와 명문 고등학교의 브랜드 이미지가 고착되어 있으므로 입시 평준화제도의 도입이 학교브랜드 이미지에 영향을 주는가를 분석할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 이를 검정하기 위한 일환으로, 포항시 인문계 고등학교를 평준화 도입 전과 후로 나누어 실증분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 평준화제도가 도입이 상위권고등학교의 브랜드 이미지에 부정적인 영향을 주지 않았으며 오히려 강화시키고 있음을 밝혀내었다. In this study, we approach, in the perspective of management, one of the issues that had been most seriously debated time after time in Korea for the last decades or so. Is there any propensity for the scholastic achievement of high school students to decline, because they attend a high school without an entrance examination. This study focused on the issues that the change of admission policy in high school could have significant impact on the school brand image, education quality and scholastic performance. Some of previous researches, such as Lee(2009), Lee and Choi(2008), analyzed the relationship and influence of educational quality on the school brand image and scholastic performance, by empirical studies. They did not find any significant relationship between educational quality and school brand image. They found that the schools with high academic reputations had the established school brand image compared with schools with low academic reputations. However, the previous researches did not include the factor of admission policy whether the entrance exam was prohibited or not. So this study performed a longitudinal survey in the high schools of Pohang city, where the new admission policy had been introduced several years ago. We could guess that introduction of new admission policy would change the school brand image. This study found that the new admission policy of without-exam did not make significant changes in the school brand image and dit not influence the education quality and scholastic performance.

        DEA에 의한 다속성 품질의 평가방법에 관한 연구 -전기보온솥의 사례를 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is concerned with suggesting a new a, pp.oach to evaluating the overall product quality in the sense of the relative efficiency of products, whose quality is measured with 8-dimensional attributes, suggested by Garvin. The attributes included 8 quality measures, that is, performance, features, reliability, conformance, durability, serviceabilit, aesthetics, and perceived quality. This study, also, introduced DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) as an evaluation tool to tackle the problem of how to measure one product against another when each product can be measured along a number of dimensions, and given that there exists no a priori satisfactory weighting scheme to combine these dimensions into an overall rating for each products. In order to a, pp.y the DEA to evaluating the products, we must define two concepts, such as DMU(Decision Making Units) and input-output relationship. Finally, the suggested method in this study was validated through a case study of the electric jar, and this DEA a, pp.oach can be used in evaluating the other products with multi-attrribute quality.

      • 大邱地域, 化纖織業에 對한 實際的 分析

        This paper deals with issues on the chemical fiber & textile industry in Daegu region. The methods used in this survey are a questionare research and the reference to sundry relevent records with respect to this subject. First of all, the reality is diagnosed and understood to point out its bottle-necks, so that the direction of their counter-measures can be established. This paper is composed of four chapters. Chapter Ⅰ specifies the purpose of this study, and chapter Ⅱ explains the general reality about the chemical fiber & textile industry on the nation-wide and the Daegu region scale. Capter Ⅲ analyses the subjects from the departmental viewpoints, such as business organization, production system, finance, personnel administration, marketing, and so on. Lastly the conclusion and direction to solutions is presented in chapter Ⅳ.

        후두암에서의 AI(Artificial Intelligence) 적용

        The application of artificial intelligence (AI) in laryngeal cancer (LC) has the potential to improve accuracy and efficiency in diagnosis and treatment, as well as aid in predicting patient prognosis and personalized therapy. The application of AI in LC has expanded to include various data modalities, enabling support for screening, diagnosis, therapeutic decision-making, and prognosis. This multidimensional approach utilizes the following data modalities: 1) Videomics: AI algorithms can analyze video recordings of laryngeal endoscopy or surgical procedures to aid in LC diagnosis and treatment planning. 2) Radiomics: AI algorithms can extract and analyze quantitative features from medical imaging data, such as computed tomography (CT ) scans and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), to assist in LC screening and diagnosis. 3) Acoustics: AI-based acoustic analysis techniques can assess vocal characteristics and patterns in LC patients. 4) Clinical data: AI algorithms can integrate clinical data, including patient demographics, medical history, and laboratory results, to support LC diagnosis, staging, and treatment decision-making. 5) Genomics: by integrating genomic data, such as gene expression profiles or DNA sequencing results, with AI algorithms, researchers can identify molecular markers associated with LC. By considering various factors, such as tumor characteristics, stage, and individual patient factors, AI algorithms can provide insights to optimize treatment strategies and improve patient outcomes. However, it is crucial to emphasize that AI should not replace healthcare professionals but rather serve as a supportive tool. Here, published papers on AI applied to the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of laryngeal cancer are reviewed and useful information is provided to readers.

        인두피부누공(Pharyngocutaneous Fistula)의 임상적 고찰

        Background and Objectives:Pharyngocutaneous fistula is a comon serious complication folowing laryngectomy and pharyn-gectomy. However, the etiology or predisposing factors of pharyngocutaneous fistula are still unclear. The authors investigated Subjects and Method:Two hundred ninety six of 340 cases who had been performed laryngeal and hypopharyngeal surgery were investigated. Forty nine of 296 cases (15.6%) developed pharyngocutaneous fistula. We analyzed clinical parameters such as age, gender, primary site, radiotherapy, interval betwen radiotherapy and surgery, neck disection, DM (diabetes mellitus), preoperative albumin, hemog-lobin etc. Results:Reconstruction on surgery and peroperative albumin concentration were statistically significant factors associated with pharyngocutaneous fistula (p<0.05). Conclusion:Pharyngocutaneous fistula may be preventable by correcting the predisposing factors.

        시뮬레이션에 의한 복합형 흐름라인 간의 성과 비교

        There has been a great deal of interest in the area of group technology recently. They suggest that group technology's formation of cells of machines which are dedicated to production of families of parts will bring many of the advantages of cellular layout of job shops. In this context, Yoon [2] designed and suggested 3 types of the layout structure for a small firm, by introducing the cellular layout into the traditional flow line of an existing factory. Also he found that P5C, i.e. process layout /5 cells layout, outperformed the rest types. However, he performed the experiments in the standpoint of the existing factory operation and did not consider other operating methods including changing the dispatching and sequencing rules. Therefore, in this paper, we compared the performance of 3 different layout by the simulation technique using the real data from the existing factory, considering a newly suggested dispatching and machine selection rule.
