        이온교환체 이온선택성 전극을 이용한 염기성의약품 정량

        Many poly (vinyl chloride: PVC) membrane electrodes were investigated for the determination of basic drugs, chlorpromazine, amitriptyline, nortriptyline, etc. These electrodes are based on the use of the ion-association complexes of the basic drugs with eriochrome cyanine R, chromoxane cyanine, chrome azurol S and picric acid as ion-exchange sites in a plasticized PVC matrix. All ion-exchangers except picrate complex were not proper for use, because those complexes in plasticized membrane were excluded into aqueous working solution. These drug electodes show excellent Nernstian responses in the concentration range 10-2~10-6. Their selectivity with respect to each other, as well as their workable pH range have been investigated. The major advantages of the proposed methods are their simplicity and speed.

        어린이집 교사의 정서노동과 소진 간 관계에서 행복플로리시의 조절 및 매개효과

        Objective: This study investigated the moderating and mediating effects of flourishing among child-care teacher``s emotional labor and burnout. Methods: The participants included 243 child-care teachers in daycare centers in Jeju. To verify moderating effect of flourishing in relation between surface acting and burnout, 2-way ANOVA was used. To verify mediating effect of flourishing in relation between deep acting and burnout, the hierarchical regression and bootstrapping analyses were used. Results: First, the surface acting of emotional labors showed significantly positive effect with burnout and the deep acting of emotional labors shows significantly negative effect with burnout. And the surface acting of emotional labors shows significantly negative effect with flourishing and the deep acting of emotional labors shows significantly positive effect with flourishing. Also the flourishing shows significantly negative effect with burnout. Second, it was revealed that the flourishing plays a role as moderator in relation between surface acting and burnout. Finally, it was revealed that the flourishing plays a role as mediator in relation between deeping acting and burnout. Conclusion: This study illustrates that flourishing acts as differently in relation to emotional labor (surface acting/deep acting) and burnout.

        체간 근육 안정화 운동이 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 균형에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 만성 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 하여 체간 안정화운동과 체간 저항운동이 균형능력 향상에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아보고자 한다. 이 연구의 대상자는 만성 뇌졸중 환자 30명(남: 15, 여: 15)를 무작위로 배분하여 주 3회 12주 동안 실시하였다. 균형증진 운동은 선행 연구를 참조하여 수정 보완한 것으로 6가지의 운동으로 구성하였 다. 대상자들의 균형능력의 측정은 기능적 기립 균형 검사, 기능적 전방 팔 뻗기 검사, 실행능력 지향형 운동성 평가, 버그균형척도를 이용하였다. 기능적 기립 균형검사와 실행능력 지향형 운동성 평가에서는 체간 저항 운동군과 체간 안정화운동군 두 군에서 향상되었다. 기능적 전방 팔 뻗기 검사에서는 체간 안정화 운동군에서 조금 더 유의하게 향 상되었다. 따라서, 체간 저항 운동도 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 균형능력 향상을 시키지만 체간 안정화운동이 균형 능력 향상에 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. This study was to investigate the balancing and clinical abilities trunk muscle stabilization exercise and trunk muscle resistive exercise of stroke patients having surface changes in balance of body. The subjects of this study were 30 stroke patients(15 males and 15 females) that three times a week for 12 weeks at the same time point and with the same amount of exercise. They were separated into two groups and did reinforcing exercise on trunk muscle stabilization exercise and trunk muscle resistive exercise for three times a week for twelve weeks. It were measured balancing ability, they performed functional standing balance test, functional forward arm stretching test. performance-oriented mobility assessment, berg balance scale. The balancing exercises were modified from preceding studies and consisted of 6 difference exercises. The functional standing test with open and close eyes and performance-oriented mobility assessment, the trunk muscle stabilization exercise group and the trunk muscle resistive exercise group improved significantly. The forward arm stretching was test the trunk muscle stabilization exercise group more improved. This study found that the balancing exercise on trunk muscle stabilization exercise was more effective than trunk muscle resistive exercise for stroke patients. Thus, trunk muscle stabilization exercise has more positive effects on the improvement of balancing abilities of stroke patients.

        Community centers in Japan function as concrete space that independently satisfies such various needs of the residents as welfare, culture and education. Community centers in Japan have locality in their design, diversity in their characters according to their locality, comprehensiveness comprising all the lifestyles of the residents and the tasks of their community, and autonomy on the principle of residents’ participation and residents’ autonomous administration, and the outstanding functions of these centers have been developed well so far in comparison with those centers in other countries. This study aims not only to identify the key points that can be applied to the community centers in Korea by researching the design characteristics of Japanese community centers which have much diversity and better developed than Korean ones, but also to back up both theoretically and practically the planning, management and operation of domestic community centers in the process of planning their design. In order to find out the design characteristics of Japanese community centers, this study carried out literature study on related documents, theses and papers, and analyzed the data to identify the design characteristics. The result of this study that was obtained through studying and analyzing the design characteristics of Japanese community centers would provide ideas for setting up design characteristics of Korean community centers and would be able to be used as basic data in planning community centers.

        부목과 목발을 이용한 보행이 20대 여성의 에너지대사량에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 부목과 목발을 이용한 보행 시 에너지 소모 정도를 알아보고자 건강한 20대 여성 10명을 대상으 로 4주간 정상보행, 부목보행, 부목⋅목발보행 시 각각의 운동강도, 환기량, 산소소모량, 호흡교환율, 칼로리 그리고 환기당량을 측정하였다. 부목의 무게는 평균 1.2 kg이었으며, 보행은 연구대상자들이 부목을 착용하고 가장 편안하다 고 느낀 2.74 ㎞/h의 속도로 30분간 실시하였다. 실험결과 부목⋅목발보행이 정상보행과 부목보행에 비해 운동강도가 높았으며, 환기량과 산소소모량에서도 부목⋅목발보행이 정상보행과 부목보행에 비해 더 많았고 통계학적으로도 유의 하였다(p<0.05). 칼로리는 부목⋅목발보행이 정상보행과 부목보행에 비해 더 높았으나 통계학적으로 유의하지 않았으 며, 호흡교환율과 환기당량에서도 세 조건 간에 통계학적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. In this study, we selected ten normal women in their 20's and 4 weeks measured Exercise Intensity, Voluntary Ventilation, Respiratory Exchange Ratio, Oxygen and Calorie Consumption and Ventilation Equivalent of them during Normal Gait, Splint-equipped Gait and Crutch Gait With Splint in order to find out whether the movement limitation and the weight of orthosis could have an effect on energy consumption. Each gait was conducted at a comfortable speed, 2.74 km/h for 30 minutes equipped with splint whose average weight is 1.2 kg. In the result of the study, The Crutch Gait With Splint showed high Exercise Intensity compaired to Normal Gait and Splint-equipped Gait. In addtion, in The Voluntary Ventilation and Oxygen Consumption, The Crutch Gait showed higher figures than two the others and the difference was significant as well(p<0.05). As for The Calorie Consumption, it also showed higher figures than two the others but the difference was not statistically significant. Finally, in The Respiratory Exchange Ratio and The Ventilation Equivalent, there was no significant difference among three conditional variables.

        유아동기 부모의 과보호와 학교폭력 피해경험의 관계에서 우울의 매개효과

        본 연구에서는 중학생을 대상으로 부모의 과보호와 청소년의 학교폭력 피해경험과의 관련성을 규명 하고, 부모의 과보호와 학교폭력 피해경험 간의 관계에서 우울의 매개변인의 역할을 확인하고자 하였 다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 부모의 과보호와 학교폭력 피해경험을 각각 독립변인과 종속변인으로 상정하였으며, 우울을 매개변인으로 상정하여 연구를 실시하였다. 대구지역에 거주하는 남자 중학생 453명을 대상으로 진행된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 과보호 하위변인들 중 자율성저해를 제외한 과잉기대, 과잉통제, 과보호/불안, 과잉애정은 학교폭력 피해경험과 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상 관을 보였다. 둘째, 부모로부터 과보호를 받았다고 지각하는 청소년일수록 우울이 높은 것으로 나타났 다. 셋째, 우울이 높은 개인일수록 학교폭력 피해경험이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 부모의 과보호와 학교폭력 피해경험 간의 관계에서 우울의 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 최근 청소년들의 학교폭력 문제가 사회적 이슈가 되고 있는 현실에서 부모의 과보호적 양육태도가 청 소년의 학교폭력 피해경험의 한 요인이 될 수 있음을 조명하였다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the roles of depression as mediators in relationships between the parents’ overprotection and the victimization of school violence. In this study, the parents’ overprotection and the victimization of school violence are selected as independent and dependent variables, respectively. Depression is selected as mediator. For data collection, 453 adolescents attending the second/third grade of middle school in Daegu are involved. The major findings are as follows: First, 4 of 5 factors of parents’ overprotection, namely excessive expectation, excessive control, overprotection/anxiety and excessive affection except obstruction of autonomy, are significantly associated with the victimization of school violence. Second, all 5 factors of parents’ overprotection are significantly associated with depression. Third, the depression is significantly associated with victimization of school violence. Finally, it is revealed that depression plays a role as mediator in relationship between the parents’ overprotection and the victimization of school violence. This study is important in that parents’ overprotection is one factor in the causes of victimization of school violence.

        보육교사의 CCTV 인식 척도 개발 연구

        The purpose of this study was to develop CCTV perception scale for child care teachers. For collecting data, child care teachers from day care center in Jeju island were participated. The major findings were as follows: First, the child care teachers were asked to describe positive and negative sentences about CCTV. The positive and negative sentences described by the child care teachers were analyzed for extracting the structuring factor of CCTV perception. The contents analysis resulted in 38 items consisted of 4 positive factors and 4 negative factors. For fulfilling exploratory factor analysis, the survey of the 38 items was consisted of 5 point Likert scales and child care teachers responded to the survey. The exploratory factor analysis resulted in 27 items of 3 positive factors and 3 negative factors. Second, to verify the construct validity and authorized validity of CCTV perception scale of 27 items, the survey consisted of the CCTV perception scale of 27 items, turnover and job stress was made and child care teachers responded to the survey. The confirmatory factor analysis reached the same results as exploratory factor analysis. The construct validity of CCTV perception scale was verified now that the KMO value was appropriate as .91 and the reliability was proper as .82-.92. In addition, the authorized validity of CCTV perception scale was verified now that the CCTV perception scale was significantly associated with the turnover and job stress. This study will contribute to theoretical expansion of the field of CCTV study.

        유아기 창의성 교육이 초등학교 입학 후 아동의 창의성과 학교적응에 미치는 영향에 대한 단기종단적 연구

        본 연구에서는 유아 창의성 교육 프로그램이 초등학교 입학 이후 아동의 창의성과 학교적응력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구자가 개발한 유아 창의성 교육프로그램을 Y연구소에 다니는 유아들에게 적용하여 이들 중 6개월 이상 프로그램을 이수한 유아를 추적하여 2011년 초등학교 3, 4, 5학년에 재학 중인 97명의 아동들을 창의수업집단으로 선정하였다. 이들과의 비교를 위해 창의수업 집단과 사회경제적으로 유사한 지역에 위치한 2개 초등학교에서 3, 4, 5학년 각 1학급, 총 6개 학급 아동 중 98명의 아동을 비교집단으로 선정하였다. 연구결과, 창의수업집단이 비교집단에 비해 창의성과 창의적 성향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 창의수업집단이 비교집단에 비해 학교일반생활적응, 학업수행적응, 또래적응 및 교사적응이 높았으며 국어, 수학 및 과학 등의 학업성적이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 유아기 창의성 교육이 초등학교 입학 이후 아동의 창의성과 학교적응에 미치는 영향을 조명한 본 연구의 결과는 유아기 창의성 교육의 중요성을 입증한 것으로 창의성 교육에서 소외가능성이 있는 저소득계층 유아에 대한 사회적, 경제적 지원을 제도적으로 마련해야 해야 할 필요성을 제시하는 연구이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the long-term effects of creativity educational program for preschooler. For this study, 97 elementary students(the third, fourth, and fifth year student: experimental group) who had been trained creativity educational program for more than 6 months from 2005 to 2007 were compared with 98 elementary students(the third, fourth and fifth year student: control group) who had not been trained creativity educational program. The results of the study were as follows: First, the creativity(creative process of thinking, creative trait of thinking) is higher in the experimental group than in the control group. Second, the experimental group demonstrated a significant greater degree of school life adjustment, peer adjustment, teacher adjustment and academic achievement than the control group. This study is valuable in that it showed not only the importance of a connection between early childhood education and elementary student adjustment, but also suggestion of effective creativity education program improving an elementary school adjustment for children.

        유아 스마트폰 과의존이 언어발달에 미치는 영향과 놀이성의 매개효과

        본 연구에서는 유아 스마트폰 과의존이 언어발달에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 유아 스마트폰 과의존과 언어발달 간 관계에서 놀이성의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 J지역 유아 학부모를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 최종 327명의 자료가 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아 스마트폰 과의존은 평균보다 낮은 수준이고, 놀이성과 언어발달은 평균보다 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아 스마트폰 과의존, 놀이성 및 언어발달 간 상관 분석에서 먼저, 유아 스마트폰 과의존과 유아 언어발달 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 부적 상관이 나타나 스마트폰에 과의존하는 유아일수록 낮은 언어발달 수준을 보였다. 또한 유아 스마트폰 과의존과 유아 놀이성 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 부적 상관이 나타나 스마트폰에 과의존하는 유아일수록 낮은 놀이성 수준을 보였다. 마지막으로 유아 놀이성과 유아 언어발달 간 관계에서 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타나 놀이성 수준이 높은 유아일수록 언어발달 수준도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아 스마트폰 과의존과 언어발달 간의 관계에서 놀이성의 매개효과가 확인되어, 스마트폰에 과의존하는 유아일수록 놀이성 수준이 떨어짐으로서 언어발달에 간접적인 영향을 미치게 되는 일련의 과정이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 유아 스마트폰 과의존이 언어발달에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 탐색적으로 확인하고, 이 과정에서 유아의 놀이성이 관여함을 보여주었다는 점에 의의가 있다. 본 연구는 유아 스마트폰 사용과 관련된 부모 교육 및 교사 교육 프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서도 시사하는 바가 크다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effects of playfulness between the smartphone overdependence and the language development in young children. The data of 327 participants in J area was finally analyzed. The major findings were as follows: First, the level of smartphone overdependence was lower than the average and the level of playfulness and language development was higher than the average. Second, in correlation analysis among measured variables, there was a significantly negative relation between smartphone overdependence and language development. In addition, there was a significantly negative relation between smartphone overdependence and playfulness. Finally, there was a significantly positive relation between playfulness and language development in young children. Third, the playfulness played a role as mediator between smartphone overdependence and language development. This study is meaningful in that it provides basic data on the development of parent and teacher education programs.

        어린이집 교사의 완벽주의 성향이 역할수행능력에 미치는 영향: 셀프리더십의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effects of self-leadership between the child care teacher’s perfectionism and the role performing ability. For data collecting, 235 child care teachers who are working for day care center in J area were involved. The SPSS 20.0 was used for statistical analysis. The perfectionism scale was used for independent variable, self-leadership scale for mediator, and role performing ability scale for dependent variable. The major findings were as follows: First, among the three subfactors of the child care teacher’s perfectionism, the self-oriented and other-oriented perfectionism showed significantly positive effect on the role performing ability and the self-leadership. However, the socially-prescribed perfectionism was not significant. Second, the pure self-oriented perfectionism that eliminated the other-oriented perfectionism predicted the role performing ability. However, the pure other-oriented perfectionism that eliminated the effect of the self-oriented perfectionism did not predict the role performing ability. Third, there was mediating effect of the self-leadership between the self/other-oriented perfectionism and the role performing ability. This study was important in illuminating the facts that the child care teacher’s perfectionism had an effects on role performing ability and the self-leadership acted as mediator between the child care teacher’s perfectionism and the role performing ability.
