중국 도시 노인의 노후 상황에 따른 주거 선호 변화 연구

As China has the largest number of elderly people in the world, the issue of the aged people has been a serious matter of concern in Chinese government and society and many studies have been done so far. However, the studies about the dwellings of the aged people that support their basic life are still insufficient. For this reason this study intends to identify the differences in elderly people's preferences according to their situations in aged life. This study surveyed 152 elderly residents aged 50 and over including early aged people in Beijing China about their residential preferences (types of residence, location of residence, size of residence, types of ownership) according to the four types of their situations in aged life, healthy couple, sick couple, healthy single and sick single. The survey conducted from 2013 April 10th to 15th. The results were as follows: Firstly, as the elderly situation became worse, preference for the independent residence decreased very rapidly while the preference for the elderly welfare facilities dramatically increased from the 0 point of the healthy couple and the preference for the elderly welfare facilities marked the highest point in case of the worst situation of sick single. Secondly, among the four different situations preferences for the urban residence were the highest and as the aged people's situation becomes worse, their preferences for urban life increased. Thirdly, healthy couple preferred a large size residence but as their elderly situation becomes worse, their preferences for the large size decreased and their preferences for small size increased dramatically, and in case of elderly singles, preferences for small size residence exceeded their preferences for large size residence. Fourthly, as elderly situation became worse preference for owning residence decreased and preference for rental residence increased and in case of the worst situation of sick single, preference for rental residence was higher than their preferences for their own residence. With this view of point, the residential preference of elderly people changes along with their aging situations. Thus, the government should consider the variable aging market, and develop a variety of aging residence which, can satisfy the different groups of elderly.

We designed and fabricated the planar graded-gap injector GaAs Gm diodes with $1.6{\mu}m$ active length for operation at 94 GHz. The fabrication of the Gunn diode is based on MESA etching, Ohmic metalization, and overlay metalization. The measured negative resistance characteristics of the graded-gap injector GaAs Gunn diodes are examined for two different device structures changing the distance between the cathode and the anode electrodes. Also, we discuss the DC results under the forward and the reverse biases concerning the role of the graded-gap injector. It is shown that the structure having the shorter distance between the cathode and the anode electrode has higher peak current, higher breakdown voltage, and lower threshold voltage than those of the larger distance. [ $1.6{\mu}m$ ]의 활성층을 가지는 planar형태의 94 GHz graded-gap injector GaAs 건 다이오드를 설계, 제작하였다. 이 다이오드는 반 절연 기판에 성장된 에피 구조를 바탕으로 메사 식각, 오믹 금속 접촉형성 및 overlay metalization의 주요 공정을 통하여 두가지 형태의 planar 구조로 제작되었다. 제작된 건 다이오드의 부성저항 특성을 anode와 cathode 금속전극들의 배치를 달리 한 두 소자 구조에서 고찰하였고 graded-gap injector의 역할을 순방향과 역방향에서의 직류거동으로부터 살펴보았다. 결과적으로, 금속전극의 배치에 있어서, cathode와 anode 전극사이의 거리가 감소된 소자 구조에서 증가된 peak 전류와 breakdown 전압, 그리고 감소된 문턱전압을 얻었다.

Solid-state dye-sensitized solar cells were fabricated using a polymer matrix in electrolyte in the purpose of the improvement of the durability in the dye-sensitized solar cell. In these dye-sensitized solar cells, the polymer electrolyte consisting of I₂, LiI, ionic liquid, ethylene carbonate/propylene carbonate and polymer matrix was casted onto TiO₂ electrode impregnated Ruthenium complex dye as a photosensitizer. Photovoltaic properties of solid-state dye-sensitized solar cells using polymer matrix (PMMA, PEG, or PAN) were investigated. Comparing photovoltaic effects of cells using hole conducting polymers (BE or 6P) instead of polymer matrix, we investigated the availability of the solid-state polymer electrolyte in dye-sensitized solar cells.
논문 : 부부가 건강한 상황에서의 중국 노인 주거선호 연구 -북경시 거주자를 중심으로-

세계에서 제일 많은 고령인구를 보유하고 있는 중국의 고령화 문제는 현재 중국 정부와 사회의 고도의 관심을 받고 있으며 이에 대한 연구도 많이 진행되고 있다. 하지만 노인의 기본적인 삶을 지지하는 주거에 대한 연구는 아직도 부족한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 부부가 동거하고 건강한 가상의 상황에서의 중국인의 주거선호를 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구는 중국에 거주하는 예비노인을 포함한 50세 이상 주민 152명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 그 결과 부부가 건강할 때, 독립거주에 대한 선호가 가장 높았고, 노인복지시설에 대한 선호는 없었으며, 응답자의 대부분이 도시에 거주하기를 원하며, 중간규모와 큰 규모의 주택에 거주하기를 원하고, 자가를 선호하였다. 또한 이러한 주거선호는 성별, 연령, 배우자 유무, 자녀수, 자녀와의 거주거리, 주 수입원, 총 월수입 등 변인에 따라 차이가 존재하였다. As a result, in case of healthy couples preferences for independent residence were the highest and nobody preferred the elderly welfare facilities. Most respondents wanted to live in urban area at a large size residence, preferring their own residence. And the residential preference was different according to gender, age, spouse, the number of children, the residential distance with children, source of income, monthly income.

본 논문에서는 음극 및 양극으로 동시에 열 방출을 수행할 수 있는 이중 방열 구조의 Gunn 다이오드를 제작하고 음극 방열 구조를 갖는 Gunn 다이오드와 그 특성 차이를 비교하였다. 제작된 다이오드의 DC 특성 측정 결과, 단일 방열 구조의 경우에는 3 V의 문턱전압과 744 ㎃의 최대 전류 및 4.8 V의 항복 전압 특성을 나타내었고, 이중 방열 구조 다이오드는 2.5 V의 문턱전압, 778 ㎃A의 최대 전류 및 5 V 이상의 항복전압 특성을 나타내었다. We fabricated Gunn diodes with a double heat sink which has anode heat sink as well as cathode heat sink for efficient heat dissipation. We compared the DC characteristics of a double heat sink diode with a conventional cathode heat sink Gunn diode. It was shown that the Gunn diode with a single heat sink has the threshold voltage of 3 V, the peak current of 744 ㎃, and the breakdown voltage of 4.8 V. Also, the Gunn diode with a double heat sink showed the threshold voltage of 2.5 V, the peak current of 778 ㎃, and the breakdown voltage over 5 V.
이침(耳鍼)의 신문혈자극(神門穴刺戟)이 치매환자(痴매患者)의 뇌파(腦波)에 미치는 영향(影響)

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of auricular acupuncture at the Shinmun on patients with dementia by using power spectrum analysis. Electroencephalogram(EEG) power spectrum show site-specific and state-related differences in various frequency bands. Methods: Study was carried out in 38 subjects.(31 patients with dementia and 7 normal people, 27 females and 11 males; mean age=75.9 years old). To know the effect of auricular acupuncture at the Shinmun in patients with dementia, we measured electroencephalogram(EEG) of normal people and patients with dementia about ``before``, ``after`` and ``after 15 minutes`` giving auricular acupuncture at the Shinmun, and compared the brain wave(α, β, δ, θ) of EEG 30 channels. Results: In the case of patients with dementia, in the power values of α(alpha) band at F4, FP2, FCZ, F8, FC4 channels (p<0.05) during the Shinmun-auricular acupuncture treatment increased significantly. In β(beta) band, the power values at T8 channel(p<0.05) during the Shinmun-auricular acupuncture treatment increased significantly. In δ (delta) band, the power values at F7, FP1, FZ, FP2, FCZ, C4, FC4, CP4, T8, P7, P3, O1, OZ, O2, P4, P8 channels(p<0.05) during the Shinmun-auricular acupuncture treatment decreased significantly. In θ(theta) band, the power values at O1, OZ, O2channel(p<0.05) during the Shinmun-auricular acupuncture treatment decreased significantly. Conclusions: Through these results, we concluded that auricular acupuncture at the Shinmun on patients with dementia could have effect the functional mechanism of the cerebral cortex.

The retroperitoneal space of the posterior abdomen and the pelvic retroperitoneum contain the major neural, vascular and lymphatic supply to the pelvic viscera, the urinary system and colorectal system. A pain or mass in the pelvis may arise primarily from the reproductive organs, but it may just as easily arise from the retroperitoneal space, include the urinary tract and the gastrointestinal tract. Therefore, the gynecologic surgeon should be aware of the various conditions associated with retroperitoneal mass and the correct management of these disorders. Hydroureter may misdiagnose as a pelvic mass or retroperitoneal mass. The cause of hydroureter is mainly secondary obstruction such as malignancy, idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis and pelvic disease but primary obstructive megaureter should be considered. This report describes a case of marked hydroureter, misdiagnosed as a hydrosalpinx by ultrasound.
