HS-SPME-GC/MS에 의한 혈액중 17종 유기인계 농약의 동시분석법

HS-SPME-GC/MS was studied and optimized for the determination of 17 orgarnophosphorous pesiticides (OPPs: chlorpyrifos, chlorpyrifos-methyl, demeton-s-methyl, diazinon, dimethoate, EPN, fenitrothion, fenthion, malathion, methidathion, monocrotophos, parathion, phenthoate, phosphamidon, sulfotep, terbufos, triazophos) in blood. Optimum SPME parameters were selected: choice of SPME fiber (85 ${\mu}m$ polyacrylate), pH effect (0.5 N HCl), salt effect ($Na_2SO_4$, 0.2 g; 20%), headspace incubation temperature ($80^{\circ}C$), headspace incubation time (1 min), headspace adsorption time (30 min) and GC desorption time (2 min). These parameters were optimized using HS-SPME autosampler coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Method validation was carried out in terms of linearity, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantitation (LOQ) and recovery in blood. The assay was linear over 0.5~5.0 mg/l ($r^2$=0.955~1.000). Limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantitation (LOQ) in blood were determined 0.03~0.3 mg/l (S/N=3) and 0.1~1.1 mg/l (S/N=10), respectively. Relative recovery with 0.5, 1 and 5 mg/l (in blood) were 90.8%, 98.5% and 94.1%, respectively. This method will be applied to the determination of the orgarnophosphorous pesticides in postmortem blood. The proposed protocol can be an attractive alternative to be used in routine toxicological analysis.

Methidathion is one of the organophosphorus pesticides commonly used for stamping out hanuul pests in farming areas. This paper presents a fatality due to methidathion intoxication and describes the distribution of methidathion in postmortem blood and tissues obtained at autopsy. Qualitative identification of methidathion was achieved by TLC, GC and GC/MS, and quantitative analysis was performed by GC with thermionic specific detector (TSD). The analytes in postmortem specimens were extracted by liquid- liquid extraction (LLE) with ethylether. After the ethylether layer was evap- orated, the residue was partitioned into hexane and acetonitrile, and the acetonitrile layer was used for analysis. Tissue specimens were homogenized with 4% perchloric acid and applied for LLE. After extraction, the extracts were reconstituted 100μg pyraclofos (IS,100μg/ml in methanol) for GC and GC/MS analysis. On analysis of Postmortem specimens, methidathion was identified and quantitated. The methidathion concentrations were 2.0μl/ml In blood,24.4μg/g in liver 13.9μg/g in lung, 21.8 μg/g in kidney respectively.

Stable isotope ratio of carbon and nitrogen ($\delta^{13}C$ & $\delta^{15}N$), and $\Delta^{9}$-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) contents were measured on 37 Korean cannabis and 10 commercial grade marijuana seized in Korea. Factors influencing on the measured values and their variations were investigated. $\delta^{13}C$ value of cannabis is specified mainly by water availability. Korean cannabis showed relatively low $\delta^{13}C$ values ranging -33.29$\sim$-27.01% (mean=-31.01%), which reflect geographic conditions of Korea where is rainy, especially during summer. $\delta^{15}N$ values, which reflect individual planting conditions, were relatively high up to -0.5$\sim$18.0% (mean=6.44%). It reflects characteristics of Korean cannabis growing wild in forest or cultivated in fertile soil. Tetrahydrocannabinol is the major hallucinogenic compound of cannabis. Ethanol extracts of cannabis leaves were derivatized by N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide (BSTFA), and the derivatives were analyzed by GC-MS in selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode. THC contents of Korean cannabis ranged 0.11$\sim$4.34% (mean=1.47%), which were relatively low compared with commercial grade marijuana.

Systematic study on the extraction of ion pair by the use of picric acid (PCA) as an ion pair forming reagent to the aliphatic amines has not be done by spectrophotometric method. The extraction of ion pair by the use of PCA and 23 kinds of the aliphatic amines was examined. The procedure is as follows; Elving''s buffer solution (pH 1.3-10, ionic strength 0.5) each amine solution, and PCA solution were taken into a test tube. The mixture was shaken mechanically with chlorform. The organic phase was filtered through a filter paper to remove water droplets. The absorbance was examined at lambdamax against a reagent blank. Primary and secondary whose carbon number were more than 7 or 6, respectively, are extractable as ion pairs with PCA, while tertiary amines and quaternary ammonium salts are also extractable without the correlation of carbon number. It was considered that the ion pair extraction of primary and secondary amines was affected by the number of carbon of amines, but its extraction of tertiary amines or quaternary ammonium salts was affected by kind of aliphatic amines rather than pKa values or carbon number of amines.

The present study researched the development of a mixed-age after school program with a focus on the facilitation of emotional intelligence for low SES children. The model program was based on the Mayer and Salovey (1997) theory of emotional intelligence. Activities for 17 sessions were constructed on the basis of 43 objectives. The program was implemented with 53 children in the after school program classes of one elementary school in Kyuggi Province for 6 months. Participants were from low SES families, grouped into 3 mixed-age (K-3rd grade level) classes. Evaluation of the program showed positive effects on the development of children`s emotional intelligence. Validity and appropriateness were discussed.

HPLC/fluorescence detection method for the analysis of pancuronium bromide in biological fluids was developed. The method depends on the formation of insoluble red complex between pancuronium bromide and rose bengal in aqueous layer. This complex is quantitatively extracted from aqueous layer into chloroform layer. The complex is stable for 1 day in chloroform layer at room temperature. It was possible to analyze pancuronium bromide in the range of 0.05-0.5 mcg/ml without the effect of co-prescribed drugs.
