중‧고령자의 노후 준비도가 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 중·고령 노인의 노후 준비도 관련 변인 분석을 위하여 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향 관계를 검증하고, 가족 탄력성과 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 성공적 노화의 효율적 방안을 마련하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 설정한 연구문제의 가설을 검증한 결과 아래와 같다. 첫째, 노후 준비도가 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 결과, 하위요인별 관련 검증 결과, 신체적인 준비도, 정서적인 준비도, 경제적인 준비도, 사회적인 준비도는 성공적 노화와 정(+)의 영향 관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 노후 준비도가 매개 변인인 가족 탄력성과 사회적 지지에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석 결과, 가족 탄력성, 사회적 지지와 정(+)의 영향 관계가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 노후 준비도가 높을수록 가족 탄력성과 사회적 지지가 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 매개 변인인 가족 탄력성과 사회적 지지요인과 종속변수인 성공적 노화와의 영향 관계에 대한 회귀 분석 결과, 매개 변인 모두 성공적 노화와(+)의 영향 관계가 입증되었다. 즉, 가족 탄력성과 사회적 지지가 높은 경우 성공적 노화가 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 마지막으로 매개효과의 검증으로 독립변수인 노후 준비도와 종속변수인 성공적 노화와의 관계에서 매개 변인인 가족 탄력성과 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 가족 탄력성과 사회적 지지 요인 모두 매개효과가 입증되었다. The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship of the influence of the sub-variables of retirement readiness of middle-aged and elderly people on successful aging, and to increase the improvement of successful aging by verifying the mediating effect of family resilience and social support in the process of affecting them. s The main research results according to the research questions et in this study are summarized as follows. First, in the relationship of the effects of retirement readiness on successful aging, it was found that physical readiness, emotional readiness, economic readiness, and social readiness, which are sub-factors of the retirement readiness, had a significant effect on all sub-variables. These results can be seen that successful aging increases when the retirement readiness is high. Second, in the effects of retirement readiness on family resilience and social support, retirement readiness had a significant effect on family resilience and social support. These results show that the higher the retirement readiness, the higher the family resilience and social support. Third, in the effects of family resilience and social support on successful aging, it was found that family resilience and social support had a significant effect on successful aging. These results indicate that successful aging increases when family resilience and social support are high. Finally, it was found that family resilience and social support had mediating effects in the relationship between retirement readiness and successful aging.

스마트 폰을 활용한 반려동물 관리 시스템 개발

본 논문에서는 반려동물에 관한 다양한 컨텐츠를 개발한 후 기존 컨텐츠들과 통합함으로서 어플리케이션의 활 용분야의 폭을 넓히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 정보관리, 일정관리, 건강관리, QR코드, SNS, 쇼핑, 위치정보서비스 등 반 려동물에 관련된 다양한 컨텐츠를 추가한 반려동물 관리 시스템(PET-IN)을 스마트폰에서 사용할 수 있게 개발하였다. PET-IN 사용 접근성과 만족도 실험결과를 보면, 각 컨텐츠 간 통합으로 인하여 새로운 시너지 효과가 발생하였고, 연 계성이 증가하여 컨텐츠의 활용분야가 넓어지게 되었다는 것을 알게 되었다. 이는 반려동물 어플리케이션에 대하여 종 합적인 컨텐츠 구성이 필요하다는 것을 말해주며, 본 연구는 향후 새로운 반려동물 어플리케이션의 컨텐츠를 개발할 때 중요한 데이터가 될 수 있을 것이다. In this paper, we tried to broaden a width of practical use field for applications through combining to existing contents after constructing various contents for companion animals. For this, we designed and developed our new companion animal management system(PET-IN) by adding various contents such as information management, schedule management, health management, QR code, SNS, shopping, map service for companion animals to smartphone applications. By PET-IN accessibility and satisfactory level tests, we found out that new synergy effect have appeared through combining each contents, and connectivity is increased. So, practical use field is broaden. These tests show us that comprehensive content composition is necessary for companion animal applications, and this study can be used as important data when new companion animal application contents are constructed in the future.

공동주택 내 지하 EV 충전시설의 화재안전 설계 제안 및 FDS를 활용한 소화 시스템 검증

In order to quickly and completely extinguish fires in electric vehicles (EVs) that occur at underground charging stations in apartment houses, the EV undercarriage equipped with the battery is submerged in water or large amounts of water are used to waterproof and suppress the fire. However, in order to implement this, existing facilities have design limitations, such as assembling a prefabricated water tank on site or installing a water shield to collect fire extinguishing water from a fire truck and flood the vehicle. In this study, a new design method called a suppression water tank (automatic up and down system) fire extinguishing system was proposed to overcome these limitations. Four scenarios (after the detection of the fire alarm, ① sprinklers are activated, ② sprinkler operation and automatic up and down system, ③ sprinkler operation, automatic up and down system and water outlet operation, and ④ reduced flow rate of the water outlet, identical to scenario 3) were verified using PyroSim, an interface program developed based on fire dynamics simulator (FDS). The proposed design method (scenario 3) was found to maintain the lowest maximum and average temperatures in the front, middle, and back of the EV undercarriage.

여성리더십과 어린이집의 조직문화, 직무만족도의 관계 연구

본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 원장의 여성 리더십과 조직문화, 보육 교직원의 직무만족도와의 관계를 실증 분석하는 것이며, 이를 통해 바람직한 여성리더십의 형성으로 어린이집의 보육의 질을 높임으로써 궁극적으로 우리 사회가 직면하고 있는 저출산의 정책적 대안을 수립하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 경기 구리 지역의 어린이집 교사를 대상으로 회수한 324부의 설문지를 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 어린이집의 원장의 어성리더십, 조직문화와 직무만족도는 유의한 상관관계를 가지고 있으며 여성리더십은 다른 두 요인에 정(+)의 인과관계를 가 지는 것으로 나타났다. 주목할 연구결과는 세 가지 요인을 포함할 경우에는 여 성리더십은 조직문화를 매개변수로 하여 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 직무만족도 가운데 ‘집단적 문화’요인이 직무만족도에 가장 높은 인과관계를 가지는 반면, ‘위계적 문화는 유의한 관계가 나타나지 않았다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relations among feminine leadership of CEO, organizational culture and job satisfaction of staff in the child day-care center, through this, we aim to establish a desirable policy alternative of low birth rate which is ultimately faced by our society by raising the quality of day-care for day care centers by the formation of desirable female leadership. In order to achieve these, 324 questionnaires were collected from staff engaging at child daycare center located Kyunggi- do Guri city and analyzed. The research results on the empirical analysis are as follows: the leadership of the day care center, the organizational culture and the job satisfaction have a significant correlation and the female leadership has a positive causal relationship with the other two factors. Noteworthy finding is that when three factors are included, female leadership affects job satisfaction with organizational culture as a parameter. And among the job satisfaction, 'collective culture' factor had the highest causality with job satisfaction, whereas 'hierarchical culture' did not show any significant relationship.

NGO 활동이 국방정책과정에 미친 영향

A Nongovernment organization(NGO) is an association which has nongovernmental status or function and is not created , nor are its agenda implemented by government. Some function of nongovernment organization are aid and relief at national level. They may work cooperatively with the government. This thesis attempts to find the effect of NGOs on the national policy process. We deal with three cases: national defence budget reduction, SOFA amendment and mysterious death in the military. The result of our case studies show that the NGO activities have influence changes in two of the three. The activities had little influence on the defence budget process. But in the SOFA amendment process, the agenda set by the NGOs played an important role. The amended SOFA contained the legal authority of Korean Court for the US military personnel who commits crime. The NGO activities on the mysterious death in barrack resulted in a great success. They forced the government to from a special investigation committee in the Ministry of Defence, to organize a fact-finding team attached to the office of the president, and to create a special law that allows a special investigation on each and every death case. And the National Assembly adopted the petition for the law.

노인의 사회참여활동이 생활만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 노년기에 접어든 노인들의 사회참여 활동이 사회적 지지와 적응유연성을 매개로 생활만족의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가정 하에 사회 참여활동을 독립변인으로, 생활만족을 종속변인으로 설정하고, 사회적 지지와 적응유연성을 생활만족에 중요한 영향을 미치는 매개변인으로 인식하여 구조적인 영향관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 사회참여활동(여가활동, 경제활동, 자원봉사활동)은 생활만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 사회참여활동(여가활동, 경제활동, 자원봉사활동)은 사회적 지지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인의 사회참여활동(여가활동, 경제활동, 자원봉사활동)은 적응유연성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 노인의 사회적 지지는 생활만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 노인의 적응유연성은 생활만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 노인의 사회참여활동(여가활동, 경제활동, 자원봉사활동)이 생활만족에 영향을 미칠 때 사회적 지지는 매개효과를 나타났지만 경제활동이 생활만족에 영향을 미칠 때 사회적 지지는 매개 효과를 나타나지 못하였다. 일곱째, 노인의 사회참여활동(여가활동, 경제활동, 자원봉사활동)이 생활만족에 영향을 미칠 때 적응유연성은 매개효과를 나타냈다. This study sought to establish a structural impact relationship between variables by recognizing social participation of senior citizens as an independent variable, life satisfaction as an independent variable, social support and adaptability resilience as mediator variables that have an important impact on life satisfaction, based on the assumption that the social participation of senior citizens in their old age affects life satisfaction through the medium of social support and adaptability resilience. The results of this study are as follows. First, the social participation activities of the citizens (leisure activities, economic activities, volunteer activities) have been shown to affect life satisfaction. Second, the social participation activities of the senior citizens (leisure activities, economic activities, volunteer activities) have been shown to affect social support. Third, the social participation activities of the senior citizens (leisure activities, economic activities, volunteer activities) have been shown to affect adaptability resilience. Fourth, the social support of the senior citizens has been shown to affect life satisfaction. Fifth, the adaptability resilience of the senior citizens has been shown to affects life satisfaction. Sixth, social support showed a mediated effect when the social participation activities of the senior citizens (leisure activities, volunteer activities) affect life satisfaction, but social support did not show a mediated effect when economic activities affect life satisfaction. Seventh, When social participation activities (leisure activities, economic activities, volunteer activities) of the senior citizens affect life satisfaction, adaptability resilience has shown a mediated effect.

보육시설 종사자의 감정노동과 이직 및 잔류의도 관계에서 직무스트레스의 매개효과

보육시설 종사자는 영·유아의 발달과 성장 과정에 있어 보육전문가로서 기본생활, 신체운동, 의사소통, 예술경험, 사회관계, 자연탐구 등을 균형 있게 가르치는 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 보육시설 종사자들의 감정노동에 대한 기본인식과 직무스트레스를 개선함으로써 잔류의도를 높이며 그들의 복지를 증진하는 데 도 움을 주어 보육시설 종사자들의 이직을 낮추고 이용자들에게 수준 높은 서비스를 제공하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. Child care teachers play an important role in teaching basic life, physical exercise, communication, art experience, social relations, and natural inquiry as child care professionals in the development and growth process of infants and young children. The purpose of this study is to lower the turnover of childcare teachers and provide high-quality services to users by helping them to improve their welfare by improving their basic awareness and job stress of emotional labor.

요양보호사의 긍정심리자본이 요양서비스에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 요양보호사들의 긍정심리자본과 요양서비스의 관계에서 사회적지지의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 요양보호사의 긍정심리자본 과 사회적지지의 증진으로 요양서비스의 질을 향상시키기 위한 실천적 방안마련과 실증적 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 요양보호사의 요양서비스를 향상시키기 위해 제언을 하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 긍정심리자본의 자아탄력성 증진을 위한 교육프로그램의 개발이 필요하다. 둘째, 요양보호사의 고용안정과 처우개선을 위하여 제도의 지원이 필요하다. 셋째, 요양보호사의 전문화를 위한 근무환경개선이 필요하다. 넷째, 요양보호사들의 낙관성을 보완하기 위한 문화 활동 지원이 필요하다. 다섯째, 요양보호사에 대한 긍정심리자본 향상 교육이 요구된다. 여섯째, 친사회적인 행동에 대한 교육시스템 구축이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to provide practical and empirical basic data to improve the quality of care services by improving positive psychological capital and social support of care workers by verifying the mediating effect of social support in the relationship between positive psychological capital and care services of care workers.,Based on the results of this study, the following suggestions are made to improve the care service of care workers. First, it is necessary to develop an educational program to improve the ego-resilience of positive psychological capital. Second, it is necessary to support the system for the employment stability and treatment improvement of care workers. Third, it is necessary to improve the working environment for specialization of care workers.,Fourth, it is necessary to support cultural activities to supplement the optimism of care workers. Fifth, education for improving positive psychological capital for care workers is required.,Sixth, it is necessary to establish an education system for pro-social behavior.
