This case report describes the pregnancy following the transfer of embryos generated from intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) using frozen-thawed sperms obtained by testicular sperm extraction (TESE) in patient with hypoplasia of vas deferens.

서울시 측량 기준점 관리 개선방안에 관한 연구

측량 기준점은 국민의 재산권 설정과 밀접한 연관이 있는 국가 중요시설물로 국가 또는 지자체에서 관리하고 있다. 따라서 이와 같은 측량 기준점은 측량성과는 물론 데이터베이스 및 표지의 관리에 이르기까지 중요한 국가 자료임에도 그동안 방대한 물량에 따른 인력, 시스템, 관련 제도 등 관리적 측면에서 각종 문제점들이 지속적으로 제기되어 왔다. 현재, 지자체마다 지리정보시스템이 개별적으로 구축 및 운영되고 있으나, 통합, 연계 및 활용 측면에서는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지리정보시스템을 기반으로 한 측량 기준점 관련 정보 제공 및 관리를 위한 관리시스템의 기능 개선 방안과 기준점 이전 경비의 선납부제도 정착방안을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 관리자와 사용자 중심의 One-stop 기준점 관리 통합 시스템 구축의 근간을 마련하고, 기준점 망실 원인자 불명에 따른 기준점 복구비 부과 문제를 해결할 수 있을 것이다. Survey control points managed by national and local governments are associated with civilian's property and they are very important national facilities. Despite the importance of surveying results, Database and mark of survey control points, there are many problems noticed of the management aspects such as manpower, systems, and related law. Currently, each local government has built and operated Geographic Information System(GIS) independently by National Geographic Information Systems(NGIS) results. but it is still difficult to have the integration, linking and utilizing. Therefore, In this study proposed the functional improvement of GIS based control points integrated system for providing information and management and the establishment of first-payment system due to the moving of control points. Through this studies will be able to solve the problem of recovery charges according to unknown contractor and establish the basis of manager and user-centric one-stop integration system.

시각화 지표 및 좌표식 정보분류체계에 의한 공정.공사비 통합관리시스템 개발

건설공사 공정 공사비 통합관리시스템(EVMS, Earned Value Management System)에서 대부분의 정보들은 공사정보 분류체계(WBS, Work Breakdown Structure)를 중심으로 활용된다. 즉, 공정편차와 비용편차 등의 EVM 성과정보 역시 WBS에서 선택된 공종을 중심으로 결과물이 분석되므로, EVMS에서 WBS는 정보중심 역할을 하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 WBS 정보가 4상한의 좌표방식으로 표현되어 프로젝트의 대 중 소 공종이 용이하게 표현될 수 있는 좌표식 공사정보분류체계(WBS Map) 표현기법을 구축하였다. 또한 연구에서는 WBS Map에 근거한 EVMS를 개발하였으며, 개발된 EVMS에서는 각종 속성 지표값들을 색상기호 등으로 시각화하는 방법론을 구축하여 EVMS 정보의 실무 활용성을 높일 수 있도록 하였다. Work breakdown structure (WBS) can be used as an information center in earned value management system (EVMS) for the construction project. Because EVMS results, such as schedule variance and cost variance, are analyzed for the selected WBS code, the role of WBS code is important in EVMS. This study suggests a methodology for organizing WBS map with a quadrant. It can represent the project organization collectively by work level in a coordinate system. And the study developed an EVMS tool based on the WBS map and this tool can visualize various attribute indexes of EVMS by color symbols. Those methodologies can be used for improving practical application of EVMS.

도로표지 관리 효율성 향상을 위한 Web GIS기반 통합시스템 개발

도로표지는 도로이용자의 편의제공을 목적으로 설치된 도로부속시설물 중의 하나이다. 도로표지의 타 시설물과 차이점은 관련규정에 의거한 표지 위치정보의 설정과 표지내 안내지명, 노선번호, 상징그림, 방위표기, 이정거리 등 다양한 속성정보를 포함하고 있어 정보화에 상대적으로 유리하다는 장점이 있다. 현재, 전국의 각급 도로상에 13만 여개의 도로표지가 설치되어 있으며, 280여개의 도로관리청이 각각 독립적으로 도로표지를 관리해 오고 있으나, 일관성, 시인성, 연계성, 위치적합성 등이 결여된 채 비효율적으로 관리되어 왔다. 이는 도로이용자로 하여금 많은 민원사항을 발생시키고 편의제공보다는 오히려 혼돈을 야기시킨 주요 원인으로 작용하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 전국 도로표지에 대한 정보를 DB화하여 Web GIS 기반의 도로표지 관리시스템을 구축하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 시스템에서는 도로표지 담당자 및 이용자들의 요구사항을 고려하여 시스템 설계에 반영하였으며, 본 시스템은 관리자측면에서의 업무 효율성 증진은 물론 대국민 도로표지 불편사항을 효과적으로 개선할 수 있을 것이다. Road sign is one of the road attached facilities to provide conveniences to motor drivers. The setup of location information according to the related regulation and the inclusion of various attributes such as place names, route numbers, symbols, bearings, distances to the place of interest distinguish the road sign from other facilities. These features give advantages to the informationization of road sign. Presently there established about 130,000 road signs on each class of roads, and about 280 road management offices have controlled these road signs independently, but there are plethora of ineffectiveness such as the lack of consistency, recognition, connectivity, and location suitability etc. These are the major factor of confusions rather than providing conveniences, and arisen a lot of public grievances. Accordingly, in this research the road signs throughout the nation were databased and the web-GIS based road sign management system was established to ameliorate the problems reveled. Since the road sign management system we developed reflected the demands of the persons in charge and users, the management effectiveness might be enhanced and the public inconveniences will be reduced.

건설분야에 적용가능한 IT 서비스 모델 구축방안 연구 - 빌딩시설물을 대상으로 -

본 연구는 최근 급속도로 발전하고 있는 IT기술을 건술 분야와 융합하여 얻을 수 있는 서비스 모델을 구축함을 목적으로 한다. 기존의 전통적인 건설 산업에 첨단 IT기술을 선택적으로 융합시켜 건설산업을 단순 노동집약적 산업에서 고부가가치 기술집약적인 산업으로 전환시킴으로써, 생산성 제고는 물론 새로운 시장 창출을 도모하고자 하였다. 건설과 IT기술이 융합될 수 있는 가장 이상적인 분야는 최근 국내외적으로 부각되고 있는 U-City 산업분야이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 현재 건설 산업 또는 U-City 산업에 활용되고 있는 각종 IT기술에 대한 현황을 조사 분석하고 향후 건설 분야에서 유망한 IT기술에 대하여 수요자 요구분석을 통해 우선순위를 도출하였다. 또한, 이를 기반으로 U-City산업과 IT산업에 대한 환경과 전망분석을 통해 이를 융합한 U-City 서비스 모델을 구축하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. The object of this study is to build service model that combines developing IT technology with construction filed. It combines existing traditional construction project with high-tech IT choosingly, diverting construction project from labour-intensive to value-added technology-intensive industry. By doing so, it plans improving productivity and creation of new market. Now most ideal field of combining construction with IT technology is U-City industry that is being emphasized recently. Therefore, For this study, We analyze present condition of several IT technology used in construction and U-City project. Also, determining priority of promising IT technology for requirement analysis of consumer. And it proposes plan for construction of U-City service model through prospect and environment analysis of U-City and IT industry.

국내 핀테크 산업이 성장함에 따라 해외 진출을 모색하는 기업이 늘고 있다. 이들이 주목하는 국가 중 하나는 베트남이다. 베트남은 2015년~2019년까지 5년간 6~7%의 높은 경제성장률을 보였으며, 2020년에는 팬데믹에도 불구하고 2.91%로 다른 국가와 비교하여 양호한 성장세를 나타냈다. 이처럼 고무적인 경제지표는 포스트 코로나 시대에도 베트남이 안정적이고 지속적인 경제성장을 실현할 수 있다는 기대감으로 이어지고 있다. 베트남의 경제성장에는 외국인 투자기업이 큰 몫을 차지하고 있으며 외자 도입을 기반으로 정부에서는 신기술 습득, 첨단산업 육성 등의 정책을 펴고 있다. 아울러 핀테크를 활용하여 자국의 디지털 경쟁력을 높이려는 노력도 엿보인다. 이처럼 베트남은 자국 산업 발전을 위해 외국인 투자를 적극적으로 유인함과 동시에 외국인 투자자가 자본을 앞세워 미래의 먹거리, 성장 산업을 장악하는 것은 경계한다. 베트남의 성장과 더불어 디지털 기술 기반의 여러 기업이 베트남 진출을 위한 구체적인 관심을 표명하고 있다. 해외에 진출할 기업들이 필수적으로 갖추어야 할 요소들이 많이 있겠으나 가장 중요한 것 중 하나는 상대방을 이해하는 것이다. 그러한 이해를 바탕으로 사업환경, 정책, 문화 등을 세심하게 살피는 노력도 필요하다고 하겠다. 또한, 핀테크처럼 베트남에서 막 태동기를 벗어난 산업의 경우에는 더욱 신중한 접근 방법이 요구되며 그 기초는 투자법을 비롯한 각종 법령을 이해하는 것부터 시작하는 것이 바람직하다. 이 글에서는 베트남의 법령 체계 및 핀테크와 관련한 법령에 대해서 알아보고 핀테크 산업의 현황과 관련 정책을 통해 그 산업의 발전 가능성을 들여다보았다. 그리고 베트남 핀테크 시장 진출을 모색하는 우리나라 금융기관이나 핀테크 기업의 진출방안에 대해서도 살펴보았다. 베트남에서 핀테크 사업을 성공적으로 뿌리내리기 위해서는 최근 정책 동향과 핀테크 산업에 대한 법제화 과정을 놓쳐서도 안 된다는 것도 강조하였다. As domestic fintech companies grow, more and more companies are seeking to expand overseas. One of the countries they are paying attention to is Vietnam. Vietnam had a high economic growth rate of 6-7% over the five years from 2015 to 2019, and in 2020, despite the pandemic, it showed a good growth compared to other countries at 2.91%. Such encouraging economic indicators lead to expectations that Vietnam can realize stable and sustained economic growth even in the post-corona era. Foreign-invested companies play a large portion in Vietnam s economic growth, and the government is implementing policies such as acquiring new technologies and fostering high-tech industries based on the introduction of foreign capital. In addition, efforts to increase the digital competitiveness of their country by utilizing fintech are also seen. As such, Vietnam actively attracts foreign investment for the development of its own industry, and at the same time, it is wary that foreign investors dominate the food and growth industries of the future with capital. Along with the growth of Vietnam, several companies based on digital technology are expressing specific interest in entering Vietnam. There are many essential elements that companies that are going to expand overseas must have, but one of the most important things is to understand the other party. Based on that understanding, it is necessary to make an effort to carefully examine the business environment, policies, and culture. In addition, more careful approaches are required for industries that are just out of their origins in Vietnam, such as fintech, and it is desirable to start by understanding various laws and regulations, including investment laws. In this article, I examined the legal system and of Vietnam and the laws and regulations related to fintech, and looked into the state of the fintech industry and the possibility of its development through related policies. Also, it looked at the entry plans of Korean financial institutions and fintech companies seeking to enter the Vietnamese fintech market. In order to successfully take root in the fintech business in Vietnam, it was also emphasized that recent policy trends and the legislation process for the fintech industry should not be missed.

Microgrid (MG) has emerged as an effective way of distributed generations (DGs) integration. MGs can be operated as a grid-connected or islanded mode. During the fault situation, fault current magnitudes will vary depending on the MG operating mode. Consequently, protecting the MG using conventional methods is a challenging problem. Also, the Fault Ride Through (FRT) concept has not been introduced in the Korean distribution system. FRT is a grid code to maintain the connection of the DG for a while and to support the distribution system by injecting a reactive power when the fault occurs in the power system. Therefore, in this paper, the relay setting values of the MG connected to the DG is proposed considering the FRT. Moreover, using the Hilbert-Transform (HT) of operation mode about the energy of power flow, and adaptive dual setting method is proposed. Finally, the proposed method is validated using the Electro-Magnetic Transients Program (EMTP).
