        高昌國․唐代 西州 시기 吐魯番 지역의 葡萄 재배

        During the period of Gaochang(高昌) and Tang Dynasty, the owners of vineyards in Turpan area are largely divided into government and private sectors. Civilian owners are again subdivided into government officials, temples and ordinary farmers. The size of the vineyard varied according to its owner’s status and wealth. The vineyard was cultivated by the owner himself, or grape grown through tenant farming. In Turpan area, grapes were planted in the third month of the lunar calendar, and a rack was installed to support the vines. A fence was installed around the vineyard for boundary compartments, but it was not installed largely so as not to interfere with the growth of grapes. In winter, the vines were rolled up and arranged and buried in the ground, and the ground was covered with soil to prevent freezing.

        Chemical Contamination and Toxicity of Sediments from the Gunsan Coast, Korea

        Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), butyltins (BTs), nonylphenol (NP), and fecal sterols concentrations in sediments were investigated from Gunsan coast of Korea to evaluate organic pollution from anthropogenic activities. Sediment toxicity was also examined by bacterial bioluminescence toxicity test (Vibrio fischeri). The concentrations of 16 PAHs in sediments ranged from 67.9 to 425 ng/g dry wt; BTs ranged from 2.79 to 14.1 ng Sn/g dry wt; NP ranged from 20.7 to 2171 ng/g dry wt; and coprostanol,a fecal sterol, ranged from 7.60 to 245 ng/g dry wt. Effective concentration 50% (EC50) of sediments ranged from 0.38 to 23.8 mg/mL. Most of the chemicals were present at levels lower than or comparable to the previously reported values from Korea. However,NP levels in the present study were in the high range of levels reported from the Korean coast, and 40% of the measured samples exceeded screening and ecotoxicological values of NP suggested by the Netherlands and Canada. This suggests that an ongoing source of NP is a serious concern in the Gunsan coast. High levels of contaminants were found in the proximity of potential sources, such as the outfall of a wastewater treatment plant for NP, an anthracite-fired power plant for PAHs, and ports for BTs, fecal sterols, and sediment toxicity. This indicates that Gunsan coast has various potential sources of marine sediment contaminants.

        唐代 王言 문서의 생산과 유통 ― 唐 公式令을 중심으로 ―

        In this article, we look at the procedures of the production and distribution of the Wangyan(王言) Document in Tang Dynasty. The draft document drafted by the Central Secretariat(中書省) will be officially completed after deliberation by the Chancellery(門下省). The documents are not distributed individually but are transmitted to the Department of State Affairs(尙書省), which oversees all the documents and government ordinances of the whole country, and Six Ministries(六部) made the form of Fu(符) containing the contents of the document and went down to the province. In addition, we studied the legal system set up by Tang Dynasty by examining the rules for making the procedures of document administration accurate and prompt. Since there is no punishment rule in the ordinance itself, it has been possible to establish the related provisions and to enforce the document administration. Especially, in case of illegal acts related to the Wangyan(王言) Document, the punishment was heavily punished, so that the authority of the emperor was protected and the intention of the government was thoroughly carried out.

        성장기 아동 및 청소년기의 난시유병률 분석과 난시굴절력이 교정시력에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        목 적: 성장기 아동 및 청소년기에 있어 난시유병률과 굴절이상도 분석을 통해 안보건 및 눈 관리의 필 요성을 인식시키고자 한다. 방 법: 보건복지부 산하 질병관리본부에서 시행한 2010 국민건강영양조사 자료를 통해 만 5세에서 만 18 세의 성장기 아동 및 청소년 총 280명을 대상으로 난시 유병률, 난시굴절력, 난시축, 구면굴절력을 분석하 고 난시교정굴절력이 교정시력에 미치는 상관성을 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 유의 수준 p<0.05로 처리하였다. 결 과: 연령별 난시 유병률은 5-6세 50.0%, 7-9세 33.8%, 10-12세 48.8%, 13-15세 67.7%, 16-18세 63.4%를 나타내었고, 연령대가 증가할수록 난시 유병률은 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, C-1.00D 이하일 때 구면굴절력이 큰 경우 교정시력은 0.93, 난시굴절력이 큰 경우 교정시력은 0.83으로 유의한 결과를 나타내 었으며 교정시력에는 난시굴절이상도가 더 많은 영향을 주었다. 결 론: 난시는 교정시력에 영향을 주어 약시를 유발할 수 있기에 난시유병률 증가에 대한 중요성을 인식 하여 국민의 안보건과 시력저하 방지를 위한 제도적 장치와 사회적 관심이 더욱 필요할 것으로 판단된다. Purpose: This study was conducted to recognize the necessity of a eye healthcare and eye care management through the prevalence of astigmatism and astigmatic refractive power in growing children and youth. Methods: Study subjects were 5 to 18 years old 280 persons of the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey document 2010. The data were analyzed with comparative analysis on correlation of prevalence of astigmatism, astigmatism power, astigmatism axis, spherical refractive power and cylinder refractive power by SPSS ver18.0. Results: According to classification of age group, the prevalence of astigmatism was 50.0% in 5-6ages, 33.8% in 7-9ages, 48.8% in 10-12ages, 67.7% in 13-15ages, 63.4% in 16-18ages, Corrected vision was 0.93 when spherical refractive was bigger than astigmatic refractive power and corrected vision was 0.83 when astigmatic refractive power was bigger than spherical refractive in less than C-1.00D. Astigmatic refractive power influenced more than spherical refractive power with corrected vision. Conclusions: It is needed to recognize the importance of the increase and prevalence of astigmatism, it is necessary for preventing worsen visual acuity and promoting eye health welfare to have more social interests and provide systematic devices.

        복합미생물제재를 이용한 염소화 페놀계 폐수의 생물학적 처리

        복합미생물제재를 사용하여 인공폐수에서 염소화 페놀화합물의 생물학적 분해를 조사하기 위하여 다양한 염소화 페놀화합물로 오염된 토양에서 8종의 미생물을 분리하였다. 복합미생물제재의 주된 미생물인 Pseudomonas sp. BM은 Gram-negative, catalase- 그리고 oxidase-positive, rod 형이며 41℃이상에서는 성장하지 않았다. Pseudomonas sp. BM은 단일 탄소원으로서 PCP(pentachlorophenol) 500 mg/l의 농도로 첨가된 최소배지에서 배양 3일 후에 99%의 분해효율을 보였다. 복합미생물제재에 여러가지 종류의 유기탄소 및 질소원을 첨가한 후 PCP의 분해효율을 관찰하였을 때 큰 차이를 나타내지 못하였다. Pseudomonas sp. BM은 pH 5에서 8까지 넓은 적용범위를 가지고 있었으나 pH 7에서 가장 좋은 활성을 나타내었으며, 2,000mg/l의 높은 농도에서도 활성을 나타내었다. 종류가 다른 염소화 페놀을 함유한 인공폐수에서 염소화 페놀화합물의 분해시험은 7일간 배양후 최저 분해효율 73%(2,4-DCP)에서 최대 96%(2-CP)까지 비교적 높은 활성을 보였다. 연속배양 실험에서, 활성 슬러지와 복합미생물제재를 첨가한 것의 PCP 분해효율을 비교해 보았을 때 활성 슬러지만을 첨가한 대조구에 비해 복합 미생물제재를 첨가하였을 때는 약 2배의 효과를 나타내었다. 이와 같은 결과는 다양한 염소화 페놀이 함유된 폐수에 복합미생물제재의 적용이 가능함을 나타낸다. The biodegradation of chlorinated phenols in an artificial wastewater was investigated using a mixed culture. The mixed culture was composed of 8 microorganisms isolated from the soil contaminated with various chlorinated phenols. Pseudomonas sp. BM as a main constituent of a mixed culture was Gram-negative, catalase- and oxidase-positive, and rod-shaped, and did not grow at 41℃. It degraded 99% of initial 500mg/l of pentachlorophenol (PCP) in the minimal salts medium as a sole source of carbon and energy within 3 days. The degradation efficiency of Pseudomonas sp. BM was not affected by the other organic carbon and nitrogen compounds. Pseudomonas sp. BM was able to grow in a broad range of pH 5-8, and degrade 2,000mg/l PCP. In the experiment with an artificial wastewater containing chlorinated phenols, the degradation efficiency of the mixed culture was the range of 73% (2,4-dichlorophenol)-96% (2-chlorophenol) during an sludge was about 2 times higher than that of the control containing only activated sludge. These results indicate that it is possible to apply the mixed culture to other wastewaters containing chlorinated phenols.
