붉은덕다리버섯 균사체로 발효한 홍삼 배양액의 cell migration 및 항염 효능에 관한 연구

홍삼(Red Ginseng; RG)은 인삼보다 더 높은 생체 흡수율과 다양한 약리효과를 갖는 특이한 진세노사이드 (Rg2, Rg3)를 함유하고 있다. 따라서 오랫동안 많은 사람들의 건강을 위해 이용되어 왔다. 또한 발효는 유효한 생리활성을 갖는 저분자의 물질들을 생성하기 때문에 많은 연구자들이 생물학적 활성에 대해 오랫동안 연구해오고 있다. 본 연구에서는 홍삼을 붉은덕다리버섯 균사체로 7일 동안 발효하였다. HPLC 분석 결과 진세노사이드 Rg1, Re 및 Rb2가 각각 0.24, 0.25, 0.16 mg/g에서 0.12, 0.1, 0.03 mg/g으로 함량 감소를 확인하였고, 홍삼 붉은덕다리 균사체배양액(Fermented Red Ginseng; FRG)의 항염, 세포 이동, 항산화, 콜라겐 타입 I 합성과 MMP-1 억제효능에 대한 생물학적 효능을 확인하였다. 그 결과, FRG는 RG보다 항염 및 cell migration 촉진효과가 더 우수하였다. FRG는 LPS로 유도된 RAW 264.7 대식세포의 NO 생성을 억제하였으며, iNOS와 IL-6의 발현을 mRNA 수준에서 억제하였다. 이 결과로 FRG는 새로운 항염소재로서 제안이 가능하다고 사료된다. Red ginseng (RG) contains specific ginsenosides (Rg2, Rg3) which show various pharmacological effects and absorption rate in the body better than panax ginseng. Therefore many people have been used it for health for a long time. Furthermore, many researchers have been studying its biological activities for a long times because fermentation generates lots of beneficial small molecules good for health. In this study, we fermented red ginseng with mycelium of Leatiporus sulphures var. miniatus for 7 days. As a result, we found that three ginsenosides Rg1, Re and Rb2 were decreased from 0.24, 0.25, 0.16 mg/g to 0.12, 0.1, 0.03 mg/g respectively HPLC analysis. In addition, we studied biological activities of fermented red ginseng (FRG) about skin ageing such as anti-inflammation, cell migration, anti-oxidation, collagen type 1 synthesis, and MMP-1 inhibition activities. As a result, FRG were shown higher anti-inflammatory and cell migration promoting activities than RG. FRG inhibited production of nitric oxide (NO) and mRNA expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and decreased interleukin (IL)-6 induced by LPS stimulation in RAW 264.7 cells. In conclusion, this study suggest that FRG could be a potential source as a new natural anti-inflammatory agent.

Power supplying capacity of the distribution feeder should be maintained within thermal capacity of the wire. This paper presents the minimum spanning tree based load balancing technique to release multiple overloading of distribution feeders. In order to minimize number of involved backup feeders, Dijkstra and Prim algorithm are adopted to construct minimum spanning tree. Simulation testing result based on part of KEPCO’s commercial distribution systems shows effectiveness of proposed scheme.
여수 연안에서 자망에 어획된 어류의 종조성 및 양적변동

Monthly variation in abundance and species composition of the fishes were investigated based on specimens collected by gill net in coastal water of Yeosu from October, 2009 and February, May, August, 2010. The collected fishes were 1,529 individuals (183,840g) of the total, identified into 6 orders, 16 families and 24 species. The most dominant order fish was Perciformes comprised 9 species, 7 families, and followed Pleuronectiformes comprised 5 species, 3 families, Scorpaeniformes comprised 5 species, 2 families. These 3 orders constituted 81.1% of the total collected fish. During the study, most dominant species was Hexagrammos otakii accounted for 189 individuals (12.4%) of the total, followed by Lateolabrax japonicus 165 individuals (10.8%), Hexagrammos agrammus 154 individuals (10.0%). The fish was collected by a gill net in coastal water of Yeosu from October, 2009 and February, May, August, 2010, the diversity index of the fishes was 2.09~2.66, which was the highest in August, 2010 and the lowest in February, 2010. The evenness index of them was 0.84~0.89, which was the highest in August, 2010 and the lowest in February, 2010 and the richness index of them was 2.02~3.14, which was the highest in October, 2009 and the lowest in February, 2010. The analyzed species diversity index by the each stations was 2.47~2.66 and the evenness index was 0.84~0.90 and the richness index 2.99~3.37. The similarity of community structure per season was very high which was the least in spring and fall. In addition, the community structure was very similar in state 3 and 2 out of each stations.
산악철도 개발을 위한 법령검토 및 사업추진 방안에 관한 연구

With the global adoption of the reduction policy on greenhouse gas and environmental pollution, that is 'low carbon green growth', the central and local governments strive to increase their investments in railways in an effort to replace fossil fuels, and seek the ways to diversify and vitalize the tourism resources taking full advantage of the railway systems. Seoul metro has therefore launched 'A research on the development of the Bukhan mountain railway' for the establishment of the environmentally friendly tourism belt making good use of Mt. Bukhan, the only national park in the Seoul metropolitan area, with its picturesque scenery. This paper pursues the basic directions for the application scope of the relevant laws and regulations for the development of the mountain railways as part of our continuing effort to further 'A study on the development of the Bukhan mountain railway' along with the review on the project implementation policy pursuant to the applicable laws on private investment for social infrastructures.

Genomic breeding value (GEBV) has recently become available in the beef cattle industry. Genomic selection methods are exceptionally valuable for selecting traits, such as marbling, that are difficult to measure until later in life. One method to utilize information from sparse marker panels is the Bayesian model selection method with RJMCMC. The accuracy of prediction varies between a multiple SNP model with RJMCMC (0.47 to 0.73) and a least squares method (0.11 to 0.41) when using SNP information, while the accuracy of prediction increases in the multiple SNP (0.56 to 0.90) and least square methods (0.21 to 0.63) when including a polygenic effect. In the multiple SNP model with RJMCMC model selection method, the accuracy (r²) of GEBV for marbling predicted based only on SNP effects was 0.47, while the r² of GEBV predicted by SNP plus polygenic effect was 0.56. The accuracies of GEBV predicted using only SNP information were 0.62, 0.68 and 0.73 for CWT, EMA and BF, respectively. However, when polygenic effects were included, the accuracies of GEBV were increased to 0.89, 0.90 and 0.89 for CWT, EMA and BF, respectively. Our data demonstrate that SNP information alone is missing genetic variation information that contributes to phenotypes for carcass traits, and that polygenic effects compensate genetic variation that whole genome SNP data do not explain. Overall, the multiple SNP model with the RJMCMC model selection method provides a better prediction of GEBV than does the least squares method (single marker regression).
노지 스마트 팜을 위한 UAV 근적외영상기반 식생지수와 엽록소 실측 데이터 시계열 비교

최근, 융복합 센서기반의 스마트 영농 요소기술을 활용하여 국내 농업문제 즉, 노동인구 감소 및 고령화 등 당면한 문제를 극복하기 위한 스마트 팜 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특히, 다양한 응용분야에서 그 효용성이 입증되고 있는 무인항공기(unmanned aerial vehicle, UAV)의 스마트 센서 기술을 노지 식생 모니터링에 적용한 사례가 다수 발표되고 있다. 본 연구는 국가 주 식량인 벼의 농지를 대상으로 UAV를 활용하여 근적외 영상을 획득, 엽록소와 관련된 정보를 추정할 수 있는 식생지수를 저가형 3-band 영상센서에 종속하여 산출한다. 또한, 질소시비 검토를 위한 SPAD(soil plant analysis development) 엽록소 농도 표본측정값과 근적외 영상기반 식생지수 간의 시계열 비교 분석을 통해 노지 스마트 팜을 위한 UAV의 효용성을 검토하는 것이다. 연구 결과, UAV 근적외영상 기반 식생지수 중, CVI 지수가 직접적인 표본조사를 통해 실측한 SPAD에 가장 유사한 분포경향을 나타내었다. 이를 통해, 식생지수 비교 분석으로 질소시비 검토가 가능하여 벼 농지의 스마트 팜을 위한 식생 모니터링에 UAV의 효용성이 기대된다. Recently, smart farm research has been actively conducted to overcome problems facing domestic agricultural problems, such as a decrease in the working population and aging population, by utilizing smart farming element technology based on convergence sensors. In particular, a number of cases have been announced in which smart sensor technology of UAV(unmanned aerial vehicles), which is currently proven to be effective in various applications, is applied to outdoors vegetation monitoring. This study calculates the vegetation indices, which can estimate chlorophyll-related information by acquiring near-infrared images using UAV for farmland of rice, the national main food, depending on the low-cost 3-band image sensor. In addition, it is to examine the effectiveness of UAV application for field smart farms through time series comparison analysis between SPAD(Soil Plant Analysis Development) chlorophyll concentration sample measurement values and near-infrared image-based vegetation indices to review the nitrogen fertilization. As a result of the study, among the UAV near-infrared imaging-based vegetation indices, the CVI showed the most similar distribution tendency to SPAD measured through direct sample surveys. Through this, it is possible to review whether nitrogen fertilization are necessary through vegetation index analysis, and the effectiveness of UAV is expected for vegetation monitoring for smart farms in rice farmland.
