Purpose: To report and review 2 cases of Klebsiella Pneumoniae endogenous endophthalmitis showing multi drug resistance that were treated with sulperazone. Methods: Sulperazone was administered to two patients with Klebsiella Pneumoniae endogenous endophthalmitis: a 51-year-old male with orbital cellulitis who showed no response to vancomycin, ceftazidime, and amikacin for 6days; and a 67-year-old female who showed no response to cefotaxime, and amikacin. Results: Proptosis and inflammation began to improve after changing to sulperazone. Therefore, enucleation and debridement could be avoided. Conclusions: Good results were obtained by use of Sulperazone which inactivates beta-lactamase irreversibly and which showed bactericidal effect to multi drug resistant Klebsiella Pneumoniae endogenous endophthalmitis.

This case report described a 31-year-old female patient diagnosed with primary hyperhidrosis and had symptoms of excessive sweating on her hands and feet. The patient showed significant improvement in symptoms and quality of life after receiving only acupuncture treatment. From May 4th, 2022 to May 20th, 2022, during 8 outpatient treatments, the patient received acupuncture treatment. The symptoms were assessed using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Hyperhidrosis Quality of Life Index(HidroQOL) was used to assess quality of life scales. Following treatment, the patient's VAS decreased from 7 to 0, and the HidroQOL decreased from 18 to 2. Two weeks after the end of treatment, the effect of treatment was maintained
양극산화를 이용한 Titania Nanotube(TNT) 박막 제조

Titania nanotube(TNT), which is a tube shaped thin film manufactured by anodizing titanium under F ion electrolyte, has photo activity. Distilled water and formamide were used as solvent, and HF, NaF, NH4F were used as main r ions for the electrolyte. The length and the diameter of TNT increased as the voltage and anodizing time increased. TNT prepared by anodizing was a very ordered tube, and had a maximum length of 13.7 μm depending on the conditions of manufacturing. Titania prepared by anodizing was amorphous, and became an anatase crystal after heat treatment.

Thin film of titania nanotubes(TNT) and titania nanofilms(TNF) was fabricated by anodizing for the study of the photo-catalytic reaction(PC) and photoelectrocatalytic reaction(PEC). Removal efficiency of methylene blue was investigated by UV radiation on the TNT coated titanium plate. Removal efficiency was increased with longer TNT length. Degradation efficiency of the PEC reaction was less sensitive than that of PC reaction. And Effect of TNT length is relatively small. Titania nanofilms(TNF) showed low efficiency than TNT. The efficiency drop of PC was larger than that of PEC.
부분최소자승법과 변수선택을 이용한 코팅두께 예측모델 개발

산업체 공정과정에서 타겟품질변수의 실시간 예측과 관리는 품질제고, 수익율 향상에 중요한 관건이 된다. 본 연구는 내지문강판의 코팅두께를 비파괴적이고 신속한 방법으로 예측하여 균일한 품질의 강판을 생산하기 위해 UV스펙트럼데이터를 이용한 최적예측모델을 개발하고자 한다. 부분최소자승법에서 변수중요도척도를 이용한 변수선택방법은 노이즈성 영역의 독립변수를 줄임으로써 예측정확도는 높일 수 있으며, 스펙트럼데이터의 경우 원데이터보다 적절한 데이터전처리가 예측정확도를 높이는 정보를 제공하기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 부분최소자승법 예측모텔에서 변수선택방법과 데이터전처리효과가 내지문강판 코팅두께 예측정확도 향상에 기여하는 결과를 제공하고, 스펙트럼 데이터를 이용한 품질변수 예측모델 개발 시 적용할 수 있는 일반적인 변수선택방법과정을 제안한다. Coating thickness is one of target variables in quality control process in steel industry. To predict coating thickness and to control quality of anti-fingerprint steel coils, ultraviolet-visible spectra are measured. We propose a variable-interval selection procedure based on the variable importance in projection in partial least square model. Using the proposed variable interval selection method, prediction performance gets better in the reduced model than the full model with full spectra absorbance. It is also shown that the first differencing as a data preprocessing technique does work well for the prediction of coating thickness.
