        선별이적처리를 통한 운영 중인 매립지의 재이용 방안

        In this study, the amount of landfill by on-site excavation landfill waste was calculated, and. the density was corrected to calculate the reuse capacity of the landfill. The amount of landfill waste that has been brought in is expected to be 6,647,056 ton. In addition the reuse and waste produced by the sorting transfer method was plastic, and throughput of 910,312 ton. The density-corrected reclaimed landfill capacity was estimated to be 2,276,000 m<sup>3</sup>. The landfill amount calculated by excavation was 841,201 ton, and the reclaimable landfill capacity was predicted to be 2,103,000 m<sup>3</sup>. Assuming that 930,312 ton of plastic are sorted and 30 % of 273,094 ton are processed in relation to the SRF power facility, that will produce 0.96 kW/ton(SRF standard) of electricity at 40,000 won/kW and profit of 17,477,990,400 won is expected. Currently, there are problems in securing the site of a new landfill and stabilizing the natural landfill, so if is useful for the early stabilization and efficient operation of the landfill that is being operated by introducing the selective transfer method.

        서울시 저영향개발(LID) 시범 시설에 대한 편익 특성 연구

        서울시는 ‘건강한 물순환 도시’ 조성을 비전으로 선포하고 도시 물환경 악화에 따른 문제를 해결하기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이를 위해 서울시는 빗물의 침투 및 저류 기능 등을 이용하는 저영향개발(LID) 시설의 설치를 확산시키기 위한 정책 및 제도 개선을 추진하고 있다. 이러한 저영향개발 시설은 공공이 선도하는 물순환 도시 조성과 이를 위한 빗물의 표면유출 억제와 물이용 효율화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 또 악화된 물순환과 물환경을 회복하기 위해 다양한 저영향개발 시설이 설치 및 운영되고 있다. 그러나 이에 대한 체계적인 경제성 평가를 위한 편익 분석 방안은 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 저영향개발 시설의 경제적․환경적․사회적 편익을 다각적으로 분석하기 위해 저영향개발 시설별로 물․에너지․대기질 개선․기후변화 대응의 4개 카테고리별로 편익 분석항목을 선정하였다. 이러한 카테고리별 분류에 따른 직간접인 편익효과의 정량화 및 가치 평가 결과, 각 시설별로 연간 1,191원의 단위면적 당 편익이 발생하는 것으로 산정되었다. 분석 항목별 편익 분포 특성은 시설의 특성에 따라 다양한 것으로 나타났다(물: 30~90%, 에너지: 4~44%, 대기질 개선: <1~2%, 기후변화 대응: 5~22%). TBL 분석 결과, 시설별로 경제적 편익의 비중이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났으며(75~90%), 환경적 편익(<1~2%) 및 사회적 편익(9~24%)이 산정되었다. 향후, 현재의 개별 저영향개발 시설에 대한 편익 분석 방안을 기반으로 단지 및 지구 단위의 물순환 연계 시스템이 적용될 경우, 도시 열섬 현상 및 홍수 재해 예방 등 저영향개발 시설 운영의 편익에 대한 시너지 효과 등을 평가할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Seoul metropolitan has established a vision as ‘Healthy water-cycle city’ to resolve urban water-environmental deterioration. And it established administrative structure to expand Low Impact Development (LID) facilities to recover aggravated water-cycle and water-environment. Therefore, various LID facilities are constructed and operated, however, benefit analytic plans for systematic valuation are insufficient. In this study, to analyze economic, environmental and social benefits of LID facilities, contents for benefit analysis were selected and categorized as water, energy, air quality and climate changes. As a result of quantification and valuation to the beneficial effects, LID facilities showed the total benefit as 1,191~3,292 won/yr. Characteristics of benefit distribution by analysis contents were various reflecting functional characteristics of each LID facility (Water: 30~90%, Energy: 4~44%, Air quality: <1~2%, Climate change: 5~22%). As a result of Triple Bottom Line analysis, economic benefit showed the greatest portion as 75~90%. As further studies, suggested benefit assessment plans for each LID facility should be applied to inter-connected LID systems on complex-scaled area, and synergy effects by various LID systems would be evaluated such as prevention of heat island and flood disasters.

        건조방법에 따른 하수슬러지 건조속도 비교 및 경제성 평가

        In this study investigated the effect of the chemical injection ratio on the drying rate of sewage sludge. Then the economic efficiency was evaluated by comparing the results of the NIR(near infrared ray) and microwave drying rate test. The near infrared ray device showed drying speed of 31.9 %, 28.1 %, and 27.1 % at polymer dose ratio of 8 %, 10 %, and 12 %, respectively. Compared to 8 % polymer dose ratio, polymer dose ratio of 10 % and 12 % showed differences of 8.0 % and 13.6 % respectively, suggesting that drying efficiency decreased as polymer dose ratio increased. The microwave device showed drying speed of 26.2 %, 24.3 %, 21.3 % at polymer dose ratio of 8 %, 10 %, and 12 %, respectively. Compared to 8 % polymer dose ratio, polymer dose ratio of 10 % and 12 % showed differences of 5.2 % and 13.4 % respectively, suggesting that drying efficiency decreased as polymer dose ratio increased. Drying evaluation estimated the treatment cost of near infrared ray device at optimal dose ratio(6 %) was 35,591 won/ton while that of actual dose ratio(8 %) was 38,928 won/ton. Drying evaluation estimated treatment cost of microwave device at optimal polymer dose ratio(6 %) and at 8 % to be 16,683 won/ton and 18,352 won/ton, respectively.

        인용문헌 분석을 통한 정보 이용 행태 연구 - 화학분야 박사학위논문을 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 박사학위논문연구 수행과정에서 연구자들이 어떤 형태의 문헌을 가장 많이 이용하고 있으며, 가장 빈번하게 인용된 학술잡지는 어떤 형태인가, 인용문헌의 연령 즉 학술잡지의 노화율을 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 확인하기 위해서 서울시 'K'대학교의 화학분야 박사학위논문의 참고문헌을 계량적으로 분석하였다. 서울에 소재한 'K'대학교가 2000년부터 2008년까지 9년간에 걸쳐서 수여한 42개의 박사학위논문을 대상으로 분석이 이루어졌다. 총 3,258개의 인용문헌들의 분석을 통해서 얻어진 결과들을 살펴보면, 가장 많이 이용된 문헌이 학술저널이며, 총 인용문헌 중에 91%에 달한다. 이용자 정보요구의 50%를 충족시키는데 필요한 학술잡지 수는 27종이였으며, 인용문헌의 50%에 해당되는 연령은 7.6년이다. 이 박사학위논문의 인용문헌분석을 통해서 얻은 결과로 특정이용집단의 정보 이용 행태를 파악하여 도서관의 장서관리를 위한 도구로 이용될 수 있을 것이다. This study was carried out on the citations within the chemistry field Ph.D. dissertations to ascertain what types of documents are the most frequently used in the research process, the most frequently consulted journals and obsolescence rate of the journals. The analysis covered 42 doctoral theses presented at 'K' university in Seoul from 2000 to 2008. The results obtained from the 3,258 citations revealed that the most frequently used documents were Academic Journal, which accounted for 91 percent of the total; 27 journals met 50 percent of the information needs; and the age of 50 percent of the citations was no older than 9 years. Finally, the results can be used as a tool for the collection management of the library. and Researcher with the chemistry field Ph.D. dissertation.

        Functional dysphonia is a specific voice disorder refers to dysphonia without abnormal anatomical vocal fold findings at larynx. The proportions of this disorder are estimated up to 40% of dysphonia patients at ENT clinics. In this article, we will discuss about other functional dysphonia and neurological dysphonia except for muslce tension dysphonia and spasmodic dysphonia. For details, will describe about phonatory charateristics and treatment options about paradoxical vocal fold motion disorder, mutational dysphonia, essential vocal tremor, conversion dysphonia, and vocal tremor related with parkinson's disease.

        OPD based laryngeal procedures offers a new avenue to the modern laryngologist, incorporating new technology in the office setting. With the development of flexible fiberoptic endoscopes, compact video system, and short acting anesthetics and sedatives allow these procedures. The success or failure of procedures are depend on excellent topical anesthesia. An inadequately anesthetized patient is apt to be uncomfortable, anxious and hyperresponsive and therefore unlikely to tolerate the procedure. On the other hand, a patient who is well informed, reassured, and thoroughly anesthetized can complete procedures. Therefore, optimal anesthesia is obligatory for excellent surgical results. The phonosurgeon should choose the anesthetic and sedative agents based on duration of action, time of onset of action, and any medical contraindications that the patient may have. And should be familiar with the properties and interaction of the agents used, as well as the signs of toxicity.

        해상풍력단지 J-Tube 내부 해저케이블의 절연 특성 평가

        Demand and necessity for eco-friendly offshore wind farms have been increasing. Research on submarine cables is constantly being considered for a reliable and stable power transmission. This study aimed to evaluate the thermal aging characteristic of submarine cables inside the J-tube of offshore wind farms. In this study, a submarine cable was set in three sections: The first is the part exposed to the air above the sea level at high temperature. The second is the section exposed to repeated temperature fluctuation as the sea level rises and falls. The third is the part submerged at low temperature below the sea level. Aged samples were tested by using the method of electrical evaluation to obtain insulation characteristics. The experimental results show that the dielectric breakdown of the sample with temperature fluctuation was 7% lower than the sample with a constant temperature; thereby, demonstrating that the section where the temperature fluctuation occurred in the submarine cables was weaker than the other. The sections of submarine cable with temperature fluctuations are believed as a weak point during operation; therefore, this part should be monitored preferentially.
