Currently the unofficial health care system is growing in North Korea as the socialist public free medical treatment system is not working properly due to the prolonged economic recession. In the Kim Jong-Un era, the North Korean government has been making investments in the medical sector recommending policies for the development of the health care system. Suggestions such as the establishment of a health care system and large scale hospitals have been discussed, but the public and private systems are unbalanced in all the medical segments where the private sector seems to be growing at a faster pace. Such examples would be the pharmaceutical supply and medical delivery systems. A survey of in-depth interviews with 53 North Korean defectors who resided at Hanawon, South Korea in 2020 revealed that dentistry, particularly the prosthetic sector, is recognized mostly as private paying care and is rapidly growing. Overall oral healthcare, including dental care, is provided in private facilities of dental care providers outside the current public healthcare system. The growth and demand for dental care is supported in that it is observed very few patients who had missing teeth had received prosthetic treatment before 2010, while nearly half of those with lost teeth received prosthetic treatments at a personal private cost after 2018. Through this research, it is evaluated there is a strong growing demand for dental care in North Korea, and unofficial private dental care is filling the need as the current government system is inadequate.

This paper aims to develop a holistic model for Translation Quality Assessment (TQA) and examine its reliability. Compared to an analytic method which focuses on translation errors and mistakes, a holistic method allows the assessors to evaluate a translation at text level, and make assessment easier with its high applicability. The holistic model this paper proposes, consists of 7 questions based on important concepts in translation studies; readability, coherence, cohesion, and functionality. The assessors who have over 7 years of translation experience, applied this model to estimate the quality of 30 translations rendered by students. In the reliability measurement of this model, the correlation coefficient among the assessment results of the assessors is verified as over 0.85. Also the correlation coefficient between the results of this model and the results of a comprehensive method which combines an analytic method and a holistic method, is confirmed to be over 0.6. These results suggest that the holistic model of this study is highly reliable and could be applied in TQA practice.
노인의 연령에 따른 노인복지관 여가시설의 이용 만족도 평가

Demands of the senior welfare centers grows rapidly with a pivotal role in community welfare of the seniors as the leading service agencies that meet various needs of the seniors. In this study, the evaluation of the elderly welfare centers satisfaction was analyzed through the satisfaction of the elderly welfare centers in accordance with various ages of the seniors to provide a space that corresponds a various needs of the elder generation. The study conducted case studies on 7 senior welfare centers, located in Seoul Metropolitan Area. The results of analysis in this study are as follows: First, researching overall satisfaction about senior welfare centers, the highest satisfaction was the eighties. Researching the most satisfying facilities, sixties and seventies were satisfied with an education facility, the eighties were satisfied with entertainment facilities. Second, satisfaction about the spatial characteristics of the senior welfare center appears intimacy, comfort and functionality were higher. Third, the spatial characteristics of senior welfare centers was impacting on satisfaction, In the case of the sixties, the comfort was the most influential factor. Senior of seventies was the intimacy, senior of eighties was the most influential about affordance. 급속하게 진행되는 고령화와 다양성이 요구되는 시대적 상황에서 지역 노인복지의 중심역할을 담당하는 노인복지관은 지역주민의 다양한 욕구를 충족시키는 대표적인 서비스 기관으로 그 수요가 급증하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 노인복지관이 노인세대의 다양한 욕구수준에 부합하는 공간을 제공하기 위해 노인복지관 여가시설을 학습, 예능, 건강, 편의시설로 분류하고, 노인의 연령에 따른 만족도 평가를 통하여 이용관점의 만족요인을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 수도권에 위치한 7곳의 노인복지관 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과 첫째, 노인의 연령에 따른 노인복지관 여가시설에 대한 만족도는 연령에 따라 다른 것으로 나타났다. 가장 만족하는 여가시설로는 60대와 70대는 학습시설, 80대는 예능시설에 대한 만족도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 노인복지관 여가시설의 공간특성에 대한 만족도는 친밀성, 쾌적성, 기능성에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 노인복지관 여가시설의 공간특성이 노인의 만족도에 미치는 영향으로는 60대 노인의 경우 쾌적성이 가장 큰 영향력을 미치고 있으며, 70대의 노인은 친밀성, 80대의 노인은 지원성이 가장 큰 영향력이 있는 것으로 조사되었다.

본 연구의 목적은 신규간호사가 인식한 이직의도 영향요인에 대한 내용분석을 통해 전문인력 양성 및 이직률 감소 를 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 B시에 소재한 일개 상급종합병원의 근무기간이 12개월 이하의 신규간 호사 80명을 대상으로 2020년 11월 20일부터 2021년 2월 10일까지 개방식 질문지 형태의 자가 기입식 설문조사를 실시 하였다. 자료분석은 질적연구 중 내용분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 신규간호사가 인식하는 이직의도 영향요인으로 업무, 조직문화, 교육, 개인적 성향, 인간관계, 태움, 처우의 7개 범주가 도출되었으며, 효과적인 인력관리 및 신규간호사의 이직 감소방안에 대한 근거자료를 제시하였다는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다. 본 연구를 토대로 각 도출된 이직의도 영향요인 에 따라 구체적인 제도개선을 위한 연구를 제언한다. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for training professionals and reducing turnover through content analysis of the intended factors of turnover intension recognized by new nurses. For data collection, the study surveyed 80 nurses who have less than 12 months working experiences in the advanced hospital of B city, and conducted a self-filled questionnaire survey with open questionnaire form from Nov 20 2020 to Feb 10 2021. The content analysis method is used for the research, as a result, the study found 7 cateogories of reason for leave as work, organizational culture, training, personal tendency, relationships, bullying, dissatisfied benefit. It is meaningful to present evidence data on effective human resource management and measures to reduce the turnover of new nurses. Based on this study, we propose a study for specific institutional improvement according to the factors influencing each derived turnover intension.
