        생태계교란식물 마늘냉이의 확산과 분포 특성

        마늘냉이(Alliaria petiolata)는 미국과 캐나다를 황폐화시킨 종으로, 생태계 파괴 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서 마늘냉이의 국내분포를 확인하였고, 국내에서 가장 큰 개체군이 정착한 삼척지역에서 정밀 분포 현황을 파악하여 정밀 분포도를 작성하였다. 삼척지역의 개체군을 대상으로 생육환경, 생활사 및 개체군 동태를 파악하였다. 마늘냉이는 삼척시에서 총 301지소에서 출현하였고 총 분포면적은 2,957 m2이었다. 일년생 개체는 4월 중순에 발아하여 로제트형태로 월동한 뒤 다음 해 4월 10일부터 24일까지는 영양생장을, 4월 24일부터 5월 7일까지 개화하였다. 종자를 맺은 개체들은 6월부터 사멸하기 시작하였다. 일년생과 이년생의 개체수는 모두 4월 27일 (118일) 전후를 기준으로 증가 후 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 마늘냉이는 초봄 시기에 빛 조건이 양호하고, 낙엽층은 덜 발달하며, 길로부터의 거리가 짧고, 해발고도가 낮은 사면 중하부의 낙엽활엽수림과 숲 가장자리를 선호하였다. 삼척지역에서 적절한 제어조치가 행해지지 않는다면 갈야산 일대의 등산로를 따라서 낙엽활엽수림을 중심으로 확산이 더욱 빠르게 진행될 가능성이 높다고 판단된다. 특히, 임상에 빛이 적은 소나무군락보다 개화기에 빛이 임상에 들어오는 참나무군락으로 확장할 가능성이 클 수 있다. Garlic mustard (Alliaria petiolata) is a species that has devastated the United States and Canada. It is known to play a role in destroying the ecosystem. In this study, the domestic distribution of garlic mustard was confirmed and a detailed distribution map was created for the Samcheok region, where the largest population has been established in South Korea. This study investigated the growth environment, life cycle, and population dynamics of the species in the Samcheok region. Garlic mustard was found in a total of 301 locations in Samcheok, with a total distribution area of 2,957 square meters. Annual plants germinated in mid-April, overwintered in rosette form, underwent vegetative growth from April 10 to April 24 the following year, and flowered from April 24 to May 7. Individuals producing seeds began to die off from June. Both annual and biennial individuals showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing in number around April 27 (118 days). Garlic mustard grew well under favorable light conditions in early spring. They showed less growth on leaf litter, short distance from roads, lower altitude, deciduous broad-leaved forest of middle and lower parts of the slope and forest edge. Without proper control measures in the Samcheok region, it is likely to spread more rapidly in deciduous broad-leaved forests along hiking trails in the Galyasan Mountains. In particular, it is more likely to extend to oak community where light enters the site during flowering than to pine community where there is less light in the site.

        Z세대의 온라인 동영상 광고의 지각된 침입성에 관한 연구

        In today's new media era, where the digital revolution is leading the world, awareness of the new generation called Generation Z is needed and more insight into them is required. And it has become a daily routine for SNS users to use and consume the media content they want through their smart phones regardless of time and place. However, advertisements inserted before, after, and in the middle of online content act as an obstacle to content consumption, making consumers perceive them negatively and eventually avoid them. In an era when the majority of people own mobile devices and consume online content, online has become an essential platform for corporate advertising. In particular, Generation Z, who is emerging as a major consumer of online content, has differentiated characteristics as they grew up in a different environment from previous generations. Accordingly, this study was intended to explore the factors that influence Generation Z's response to online advertisements. Specifically, this study explained the negative reaction of Generation Z to online video advertisements as ‘perceived intrusiveness’, and explored how this differs depending on the types of online video advertisements and SNS types. An experiment was conducted with a 3x3 factorial design of online video advertisement type (emotional vs. informational vs. entertainment) and SNS type (relational vs. expressive vs. sharing). The perceived intrusiveness of Generation Z toward online video advertisements did not show any significant difference according to the types of online video advertisements (emotional, informational, and entertainment). However, it was found that the perceived intrusiveness of Generation Z's online video advertisement according to the type of online video advertisement showed a significant change according to the type of SNS where the advertisement was displayed. Emotional advertising showed weaker perceived intrusiveness in expressive SNS than relational SNS, whereas entertainment advertising showed weaker perceived intrusiveness in relational SNS than expressive SNS. In the case of informational advertisements, there was no significant difference in perceived intrusiveness according to SNS types. Based on these research results, this study provides theoretical implications for video advertisement consumption that differs by generation. In particular, it empirically reveals the reaction of generation Z, which is distinct from the existing X and Y generations, to video advertisements of companies. It provides practical implications for practical companies for strategy establishment.

        다시마(Saccharina japonica) 분말을 첨가한 죽의 품질특성 및 항산화 효과

        Saccharina japonica is a type of seaweed rich in dietary fiber, iodine, calcium, and selenium. We investigated thequality characteristics and antioxidant activities of gruel made with S. japonica powder, and identified the bestratio of powder to gruel to maximize its health effects. The gruel was prepared with rice, glutinous rice, GABA(γ-aminobutyric acid)-enriched sea tangle fermented in lactic acid (0.3%), and various amounts (0-10% gruel volume)of S. japonica powder. The pH, color, viscosity, spreadability, antioxidant activities, and sensory evaluation ofthe gruel were investigated. Spreadability and pH decreased, whereas viscosity and antioxidant activities increased,with increasing powder content. In addition, color lightness decreased significantly, whereas redness and yellownessincreased. In sensory tests, color, aroma, and texture were rated highest for gruel with 5% powder. On the other hand,flavor and overall acceptability were considered optimal in gruel with 7% powder.

        제주 용암해수를 이용한 감태(Ecklonia cava) 추출물의 항산화 및 항염증 효능

        The study investigated the potential effect of the Ecklonia cava extract by using Jeju lava seawater (ECE-JLS; hardness: 100, 300 mg/L), which is naturally filtered underground by a volcanic rock layer. The chemical composition, antioxidant-related enzyme activities, radical scavenging activities, reactive oxygen species (ROS) production in Vero cells, and nitric oxide (NO) production in Raw 264.7 cells were measured to evaluate the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of the extract. The total polyphenol and flavonoid contents of ECE-JLS100 and 300 were 156.41± 1.15, 166.16±2.27 mg/g, and 343.76±2.40, 373.90±3.67 mg/g, respectively. The concentration of ECE-JLS’ SOD and CAT-like activities was increased. ECE-JLS in the range of 0.25 to 2 mg/mL exhibited remarkable DPPH radical and hydrogen peroxide scavenging activities. ECE-JLS100 and 300 inhibited total ROS generation by 21.4±0.4 and 23.9± 0.3% in H2O2-induced Vero cells at 200 g/mL concentration, respectively. ECE-JLS100 and 300 decreased NO production, with levels of about 55.0±2.4 and 56.5±1.8% at 200 g/mL concentration, respectively. The contents of TNF-  were decreased compared to the negative control. These observations provide helpful information for the potential industrial use of Jeju lava seawater. Also, ECE-JLSW could be used as a functional food material.

        현대 니트 패션에 표현된 젠더 플루이드 특성 연구

        This study examines how the concept of gender fluidity—viewing gender identity as a fluid and wide spectrum—is represented in modern knit fashion collections. The period spring/summer 2017–fall/winter 2021, when gender-related fashion keywords started attracting attention, was limited to the last five years, and the results of a case analysis focused on a total of 357 knit fashion photos are as follows. First, the androgynous compromise through the mixing of heterogeneous elements appears as a mix-and-match style due to the patchwork of heterogeneous materials and forms that borrow or share masculinity and femininity. Second, it was confirmed that the dismantling exaggeration caused by the destruction of the size and form of clothes was an avant-garde image that exaggerated the size or length of clothes or destroyed ideas and forms. Third, the exposed sensuality caused by the deformation of the fluid knitting technique was shown in the form of proudly expressing sexuality by exposing the body either using the cut-out technique or through the loose texture of the knit. Knit fashion can highlight decorative effects using handcrafted techniques and express a detailed or coarse sense of organization depending on the density. In addition, since it is possible to create a complex image by juxtaposing and mixing various knit structures, it was confirmed that it is a suitable material for expressing gender fluidity flowing between men and women in fashion.

        설문조사를 기반으로 한 특허 전략 수립에 관한 고찰 : 스마트폰 카메라 분야를 중심으로

        Generally patent strategies are derived through quantitative and qualitative analysis of data collected from patent databases in related fields. In areas where customer needs are important, changes in technology are sensitive to user needs and strategies for securing customer-centric technologies are established. In this paper, we study how a user survey result, which is mainly used as a method to grasp the customer 's demand can be combined with quantitative patent data analysis, which is a traditional approach, in order to develop patent strategy. Establish various patent strategies based on the similarities or differences between the survey results and the patent quantitative analysis results. In a case study of smartphone camera, we show that our patent strategies proposed in 2013 are alined with the trends of actual products developed later. Also, we propose guidelines how to design survey questionaries and how to analyze the survey result for developing patent strategy. 일반적으로 특허 전략은 특허 데이터베이스로부터 해당 분야의 특허를 검색하여 수집한 데이터의 정량·정성 분석을 통해 도출한다. 기술 분야 중 고객 가치의 제고가 중요한 분야에서는 기술이 사용자의 요구에 민감하게 변화하며 고객의 요구를 충족하는 고객 중심 기술 확보 전략을 세운다. 하지만 이러한 분야의 특허 전략 도출을 위해서 사용자의 요구나 만족도를 반영한 특허 분석은 이어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 특허 전략을 수립하기 위한 특허 분석의 전통적인 방법인 출원 수 중심의 정량분석 방법에 고객의 요구를 파악하는 방법으로 주로 이용 되는 기법인 설문조사 결과를 연계하는 방안을 제안한다. 설문조사 결과와 특허 정량 분석 결과의 유사점이나 차이점에 따라 다양한 특허 확보 전략을 수립한다. 사례 연구로 2013년 스마트폰 카메라 분야를 대상으로 제시한 다양한 특허 전략이 수년간 실제 제품 개발 동향과 어떻게 일치하는지 확인한다. 또한, 특허 전략 수립에 활용하기 위한 설문지 설계와 응답 결과 분석 가이드라인을 제시한다.
