This study, noting that Baekseok's poems prior to the liberation include many poems which figured the past, looked into the realization mode of memory indicated in Baekseok's poems. As a result of examining Baekseok's poems on the basis of Aleida Assmann's cultural memory theory, it could be known that Baekseok's poems of remembering the past was the product of exchange between 'storage memory' and 'function memory'. So to speak, the memories that were selected among storage memories, a storage of memories which were not used and not arranged and that were given some meanings is to move into an area of memories. These processes are involved in oblivion, because newly formed remembrance becomes possible owing to memories which disappeared into oblivion. Through a poetic method of composing function memories on the basis of stored memories, Baekseok newly creates the forgotten value now. In the second place, as memory media of Baekseok's poems, the author examined 'the body' and 'the place'. In order for a memory to be stored into the body, a special stability device is needed, linguistic habit and sentiments play such a role in Baekseok's poems. That is, frequently heard stories and pidginized accidents easily make memories fixed and so does strongly applies mental image or feeling. The place, another memory media, is presented in Baekseok's poems in two aspects; one is a memory for a place, and another is a place of a memory. A poem of memory for a place is a mode of remembering the past accidents and persons based on a certain place, and a poem for a memory place is a mode of taking out memories that the place includes or commemorates. A memory place appears in Baekseok's travel poems, which, in most cases, remind of past historical events. This paper found that Baekseok is engaged in modern introspection of reflecting upon himself in a poetic method named realization of memory. Baekseok looks for identity of life and discovers the value of life, composing function memories through poems.

교실 경영에 대한 한국어 교사의 인식 연구

This study conducted a Focus Group Interview (FGI) with five teachers of Korean language as a second language with at least five years of experience as teachers to understand their awareness of the concept of "classroom management". To guarantee the teachers rights of Korean teachers, improve the quality of classes, grow the teacher community, and improve expertise, all teachers stated that it was necessary to introduce the concept of Korean language classroom management. The main areas of classroom management can be largely classified into behavior, class, and relation management and these three areas should be operated based on the management support of the institution. Finally, if communication between teachers follows, the competence and value of Korean teachers will be respected along with the improvement of the level of management of Korean language classes. "본 연구는 한국어 교육이 이루어지고 있는 장소인 교실과 그곳의 인적·물적 관련 사항들을 포괄적, 입체적, 교육학적인 관점에서 조망할 필요가 있음을 주장하며 ‘교실 경영’의 개념을 제안하였다. 우선 교실 경영의 개념을 한국어 교육에 적용하기 위한 기초 연구로서 지금까지 교육학과 외국어 교육에서 교실 경영을 어떻게 다루어 왔는지 문헌 연구를 통해 검토했다. 그 결과 교실 경영은 통합적 관점에서 ‘교실 안팎에서의 교육 활동이 교육 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 하는 일련의 과정’이라 정의하기로 하였다. 또한 한국어 교실 경영 고유의 특징을 탐구하려는 목적에서, 연구의 범위를 국내 대학의 한국어 교육 기관으로 한정하여 교사 경력이 최소 5년 이상 된 현장 교사 5인을 대상으로 초점집단면접(FGI)을 실시하였다. 면접 참여 교사들은 모두 향후 한국어 교사의 교사권 보장 및 수업의 질 향상, 교사 공동체의 성장과 전문성 신장을 위해서 한국어 교실 경영의 개념 도입이 필요하다는 입장이었다. 한국어 교실 경영의 주요 영역은 크게 행동 경영, 수업 경영, 관계 경영으로 분류할 수 있다. 그리고 이 세 영역은 기관의 경영 지원을 바탕으로 운영되어야 한다. 마지막으로 교사 간 소통이 뒤따른다면 한국어 교실 경영의 수준의 제고와 함께 한국어 교사의 역량과 가치도 존중받게 될 것이다."

IPIN 실내위치인식 경진대회 현황 및 의의

본 고에서는 실내위치인식 및 내비게이션 기술 분야 전문 국제학술대회인 IPIN(Indoor Positioning and Indoor Navigation)에서 매년 개최되고 있는 실내위치인식 경진대회에 대한 전반적인 체계, 운영현황에 대해 소개한다. 실내위치인식 기술은 최근 몇 년 사이에 여러 가지 기술적·사회적으로 그 중요성이 높아지고 있으며 이에 부응하여 해를 거듭할수록 경진대회에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 고에서는 경진대회가 실제 어떻게 진행되는지 안내하기 위해 2016년 IPIN 경진대회의 결과를 요약 정리하고, 실내위치인식을 위해 어떤 접근방법들이 제안되었는지 살펴본다.

The purpose of this study was to inform the basic information for improving working environment, efficient manpower management, and medical service through investigate the effect of empowerment of physical therapists on job stress and organizational commitment. Job stress, organizational commitment, empowerment were measured for physical therapists working in clinical settings after obtaining a license. In this study, general characteristics, job stress, organizational commitment, and empowerment of subjects were measured using a structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed through independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and simple regression analysis. Bonferroni's post-hoc test was performed if significant differences were found among groups. As a result of the study, there was a negative (-) correlation between job stress and organizational commitment. Job stress and empowerment showed a negative (-) correlation, and organizational commitment and empowerment showed a positive (+) correlation. Empowerment significantly affected both job stress and organizational commitment. Therefore, efficient empowerment management will be possible to provide patients high-quality physical therapy and to enhance the work performance.

황련아교탕(黃連阿膠湯)이 Free Cholesterol에 의한 혈관내피세포 손상에 미치는 영향

Hwangryunagyotang is supposed to have significant effects on some sorts of cardiovascular diseases like atherosclerosis. For this study. ACAT inhibitor was put in LDLR -/- mice to derive free cholesterol from it. This was to examine the effectiveness of Hwangryunnagyotang on its protecting and recovering function with endothelial cells damaged by free cholesterol through experimental. The results reported below. Hwangryunagyotang suppressed the crystallization of reactive oxygen species in macrophages and the numbers of free cholesterol crystal plate structured and reduced fragmentation of nucleus in ECV 304 cell strain by ACAT inhibitor significantly. Hwangryunagyotang also suppressed the necrosis of tissue in LDLR -/- mice' (treated with ACAT inhibitor) inflammatory portion which is adjacent to aortic root, proximal aorta and carotid artery by immunohistochemistry and fluorescence microscopy. On the whole, Hwangryunagyotang suppressed the necrosis of endothelial cells and especially it's effcet for the necrosis of para-myocardial tissues by free cholesterol. With this result, I suggest Hwangryunagyotang might have protective and recovery effects on atherosclerosis, so we need to carry on this study henceforth clinically and experimentally as well.

젊은 성인의 백팩과 숄더백 착용에 따른 위등세모근, 척추세움근의 근활성도 비교

The purpose of this study was to find out how each bag affects the muscle activity of the upper trapezius and erector spinae muscles when walking with a backpack and a shoulder bag. The study subjects were 25, and 17 males and 8 females were recruited. After walking from the 1st to the 6th floor with a backpack and a shoulder bag weighing 10% of the person's weight, walking 10m marked on the laboratory floor was performed. Surface electromyography was used to determine the muscle activity of both dorsal and vertebral pectoral muscles, and a pain sensor was used to determine the degree of pain. With PASW 18, the paired sample t test and one-way analysis of variance were used, and the Bonferroni correction was used for the post-test. There was a significant difference in the activity of the left and right muscles of the upper trapezius when wearing a shoulder bag and the difference in activity of the left and right muscles of the upper trapezius without wearing a bag. When worn, there was also a significant difference in the activity of the left and right muscles of the upper trapezius. There was no significant difference in the activity of the left and right muscles of the erector spinae muscle when the bag was not worn, and when the backpack and shoulder bag were worn. In addition, the erector spinae muscle showed consistently high muscle activity, unlike the upper trapezius, which means continuous muscle contraction of the erector spinae, which is a factor that can increase muscle fatigue. Therefore, it should be strengthened with a focus on the erect vertebrae rather than the upper trapezius. The results of this study inform those who wear shoulder bags that shoulder bags cause an imbalance in muscle activity of the upper trapezius muscle and may cause musculoskeletal problems. It is recommended to wear a backpack rather than a shoulder bag, and it will help to prevent the imbalance of the body.
