        사용자의 컨텍스트를 고려한 모바일 검색 서비스 개선 연구 - 네이버 지식베이스에서 질병 검색을 중심으로

        As technology advances, search services are changing to provide more optimized search results according to the user's search context, and AI technology is also used in this process. Therefore, this study proposed an improvement plan to provide a more appropriate search experience according to the user's search context, focusing on Naver's AI-based search system currently provided. In this study, 'disease' was selected as a topic that needs improvement through a preliminary survey. An improvement prototype was produced in consideration of the search situation and search scenario of the classified user.The prototype included specific information composition according to disease classification of mild, severe, and rare diseases and self-diagnosis function using AI chatbots. At this time, the purpose was to strengthen disease search to a large level of experience by connecting the existing separated knowledge base types to allow users to freely search. After that, usability evaluation was conducted on a total of 42 people, 21 people each for focus group interviews and eye tracking to verify the search scenario and review the design. As a result, it was confirmed that the user's satisfaction with the improvement plan increased, so the user's search improved overall when necessary information was provided empirically in consideration of the user's context. 기술이 발전함에 따라 검색 서비스는 사용자의 컨텍스트(context)를 파악하여 더욱 최적화된 검색 결과를 제공하는 형태로 변화하고 있으며 이 과정에서 AI 기술을 활용하기도 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현재 제공되고 있는네이버의 AI 기반 검색 시스템인 지식베이스를 중심으로, 사용자의 검색 맥락에 따라 더욱 적절한 검색 경험을 제공하고자 개선안을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 예비조사를 통해 개선이 필요한 주제로 '질병'을 선정한 후, 사용자를 검색 상황에 따라 분류하고 검색 시나리오를 제작하여 이를 적용한 개선안 프로토타입을 제작하였다. 개선안은 경증질환, 중증 질환, 희귀병의 질병 분류에 따른 구체적인 정보 구성과 AI 챗봇을 활용한 자가 진단 기능을 포함한다. 이때 기존의 분리된 지식베이스 유형들을 서로 연결하여 사용자가 자유롭게 탐색할 수 있도록 함으로써 질병 검색을하나의 큰 경험 차원으로 강화하는 것을 목적으로 두었다. 이후 포커스 그룹 인터뷰와 아이트래킹 각 21명, 총 42명을 대상으로 개선안에 대한 사용성 평가를 진행하여 검색 시나리오를 검증하고 디자인을 검토하였다. 실험 결과, 개선안에 대한 사용자의 만족도가 기존에 비해 상승하여 사용자의 컨텍스트를 고려해 필요한 정보를 경험적 차원으로제공할 경우 사용자의 검색이 전반적으로 개선되었음을 확인하였다.

        샘 셰퍼드의 『진짜 서부』에 드러난 팝아트 미학

        This paper examines the pop art aesthetics, particularly those of 1960’s America, along with other deconstructive aesthetics, reflected in Sam Shepard’s 1980 stage play, True West. At the time of writing, Shepard was crucially influenced by the American social movements and mirrored contemporary artistic trends which underwent radical anti-modernist changes. Artistic movements such as abstract expressionism, minimalism and pop art challenged and defied the traditional concept and authority of art in history. Likewise, Shepard, who made his debut on the Off-Off Broadway, reflects and deploys American popular culture and social issues in his experimental output. If pop art conveys the ironic messages related to mass culture or consumerism at that time, such aesthetics are epitomized in True West by unstable, destructive brothers, Lee and Austin, working on a Hollywood movie script. While drawing on an interdisciplinary approach connecting art and literature, this study demonstrates the implications of the pop art and other aesthetics in True West by tracing its textual clues, conflicting visual images, symbols and metaphors. The comparative reading of the play leads to the conclusion that the playwright himself is also actively and self-reflexively contributing to the discourse of popular culture through his own act of experimental writing.

        기능성과 보온성 향상을 위한 공군 정비파카 개발 및 평가

        This study was designed to develop air force mechanic parka, evaluate it, and ultimately provide functionally superior parka to the air force. The development process was 1) conducting a survey, 2) identifying problems and shortcomings of currently-supplied parkas, and 3) improving the design, pattern and materials. The newly-developed parkas were evaluated in terms of their ease of fit, clothing mobility, and insulation. Ease of fit was evaluated by subjects` sensory tests, and clothing mobility was by fitness-for-motion tests and range-of-motion tests using a Goniometer. Evaluation on insulation was conducted by thermal manikins. Findings of this study were as follows: 1. In the subjective evaluation on clothing mobility, new parkas were considered to have sufficient ease of fit while previous ones scored much lower, confirming the improvement of the new version. 2. Both subjective tests and ROM measurements on fitness for motion verified the superiority of the new parkas. 3. Insulation tests found that although insulation capability of newly-developed parkas was at a similar level to those of the previous ones, their insulation capability per unit weight was superior, demonstrating that new parkas were better at blocking heat conduction, When making changes in parka patterns and designs to enhance the mobility, it was necessary to maintain the insulation function, The new parkas developed by this study was verified to be superior to the previous ones in their insulation and clothing mobility.

      • 지오그리드 강성에 따른 성토지지말뚝공법의 동적거동 평가

        토목섬유로 보강된 성토지지말뚝공법은 상부로부터 작용하는 하중을 말뚝으로 집중시킴으로서 연약지반의 침하를 억제하고 말뚝의 효율을 증가시키는 공법이다. 이 공법의 적용을 위해 각국에서는 다양한 실험과 연구를 통해 설계방법을 제안해왔지만 동적하중에 대한 영향은 확실하게 규명되지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 열차하중 작용시 섬유보강성토지지말뚝공법에서 발생하는 아칭효과와 토목섬유 인장력으로 인한 말뚝으로의 하중전달 효과를 분석하기 위하여 토목섬유의 강성(층수)을 다르게 하여 실대형 반복재하시험을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 토목섬유의 강성이 클수록 인장력으로 받아주는 말뚝으로의 하중전이 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다. Geosynthetic Reinforcement Pile-supported(GRPS) embankment is a method to restrain the settlement of soft ground and increase pile efficiency as transferring upper load to piles. For the application of method, some countries suggest design methods through many studies but effect of dynamic loading has not established. In this paper, full-scale cyclic loading test is conducted with different strength of geosynthetics(Geogrid) in order to analyze load transfer effect on piles from tensile strength of geogrid and arching by train loads. The result of tests indicated that GRPS case using high strength of geogrid has a greater effect of load transfer on piles from their tensile.

        터너증후군에 동반된 류마티스관절염

        Turner`s syndrome (TS) is characterized by short stature and gonadal dysgenesis. It is often associated with systemic manifestations, such as cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and musculoskeletal disorders. Although very rare, it is possible for TS to accompany autoimmune disease, including thyroid disease, inflammatory bowel diseases, diabetes mellitus, psoriatic arthritis, and juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. A 39-year-old woman was referred for symmetric polyarthritis of her hands and feet. She had been diagnosed with Turner`s syndrome with 46,XO,-X,+fragment before the age of 22 years and had developed autoimmune hypothyroidism treated with thyroid hormone replacement. At the time of first visit, she had polyarthralgia with morning stiffness for more than 3 months. The musculoskeletal examination revealed symmetrical polyarthritis affecting the metacarpophalangeal, proximal interphalangeal, and metatarsophalangeal joints, fulfilling the ACR 1987 revised criteria for rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Here, we present an unusual case of RA associated with TS. It is important to pay meticulous attention to patients with TS so that inflammatory arthritis is not neglected and the diagnosis is not delayed.

        공군 정비파카의 기능성 개선을 위한 실태조사

        This study is designed to understand current wearing conditions of air force mechanic parkas and evaluate their functionality by examining the wearing conditions and wearers` subjective assessment. By doing so, it also intends to identify issues that require improvements; and to provide basic data for future development of air force mechanic parkas. A survey was conducted as a study methodology, and the collected 1,628 questionnaires were analyzed. Findings of this study are as follows. 1. In the usability assessment, it was found that visibility of body sides was needed to be enhanced since reflective tapes were attached only to the front and back of the body; pockets were too big, but not convenient to keep mechanic tools; the design of hiding hood was not suitable for water-proof clothing; and a new design of size-controllable hood was called for since the hood blocked eye sight. With respect to the fabric, dissatisfaction was identified with durability, cold-proof and fire-proof features. 2. In the mobility assessment, respondents showed low satisfaction with collar heights and neck girths. Mobility score was over moderate level on average, except the parka length that obstructs wearers` movement, and neck and collar size. 3. In the wearability assessment, respondents presented moderate satisfaction with pleasantness. weight, pressure and dampness. However, insulation was found unsatisfactory. Based on the result, this study proposed improvement plans on design, pattern and fabric; and is expected to serve as basic data for developing more effective and functional force mechanic parkas.

        감염 ; 파상풍 환자의 합병증 빈도와 원내 폐렴발생의 위험인자 분석

        Background/Aims: Tetanus is a fatal disease and various complications affect its prognosis. In Korea, tetanus cases have been reported, but no studies, thus far, have examined its complications. We investigated the complications of tetanus and analyzed the risk factors for nosocomial pneumonia, one of most common complications of tetanus. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the clinical features, treatment, and complications of 42 patients diagnosed with tetanus at Chonnam National University Hospital from January 1999 through June 2008. The severity of tetanus was assessed using the APACHE II and Ablett scores. We compared two groups, one with nosocomial pneumonia and the other without it, and analyzed the risk factors for nosocomial pneumonia. Results: Forty-two patients (13 men, 29 women) were enrolled. Only three of them had received a primary tetanus vaccination; the others had not received primary or booster vaccinations. Twenty-one patients needed mechanical ventilation. The most common infectious complication was pneumonia (47.4%), followed by blood stream (15.8%) and urinary tract (13.2%) infections. Regarding noninfectious complications, dysautonomia was also common, including fluctuating blood pressure (31.6%), arrhythmias (26.3%), and cardiac arrest (7.9%). Nosocomial pneumonia was associated with autonomic disturbance (OR=32.0, 95% CI 1.9-524.2; p=0.005) and length of stay in the intensive care unit (OR=1.145, 95% CI 1.02-1.29; p=0.024) in the multivariate analysis. Conclusions: Careful monitoring and treatment of complications are essential in managing tetanus, along with specific therapy for tetanus itself. Education and tetanus immunization are important for preventing the disease, especially in high-risk areas. (Korean J Med 77:84-90, 2009)

        토목섬유로 보강된 성토지지말뚝 시스템의 반복하중 전이 메커니즘 분석

        Geosynthetic-reinforced and Pile-supported (GRPS) embankment method is widely used to construct structures on softground due to restraining residual settlement and their rapid construction. However, effect of cyclic loading has notbeen established although some countries suggest design methods through many studies. In this paper, cyclic loadingtests were conducted to analyze dynamic load transfer characteristics of pile-supported embankment reinforced withgeosynthetics. A series of 3 case full scale model tests which were non-reinforced, one-layer-reinforced, two-layerreinforced with geosynthetics were performed on piled embankments. In these series of tests, the height of embankmentand pile spacing were selected according to EBGEO (2010) standard in Germany. As a result of the vertical load partson the pile and on the geosynthetic reinforcement measured separately, cyclic loads transferred by only arching effectdecreased with strength geosynthetic-reinforced case. However, final loads on the pile showed no differences amongthe cases. These results conflict with previous studies that reinforcement with geosynthetics increases transfer loadconcentrated on piles. In addition, it is observed that the load transferred to pile decreases at the beginning of cyclenumber due to reduction of arching effected by cyclic loading. Based on these results, transferred mechanism for cyclicload on GRPS system has been presented.
