The present study was carried out to localize the central nuclei innervating the rat colon using pseudorabies virus-Bartha strain which has been known as a very useful neurotracer. The results were as follows. The central nuclei innervating the proximal colon were premotor area, subfornical organ, preoptic area in telencephalon, and paraventricular nucleus, bed nucleus of stria terminalis, retrochiasmatic area in the diencephalon, and periaqueductal gray, Edinger-Westphal nucleus, tegmental nucleus in the mesencephalon, and parabrachial nucleus, locus ceruleus, A5 area, $K{\ddot{o}}lliker$-Fuse nucleus, magnocellular reticular nucleus in the metencephalon, and nucleus tractus solitarius, A1 noradrenergic cell group, dorsal motor nucleus of vagus nerve, nucleus ambiguus, area postrema in the myelencephalon. In the spinal cord, the thoracic division had some nuclei innervating the proximal colon. The nuclei innervating the distal colon were paraventricular nucleus of the diencephalon, Edinger-Westphal nucleus of midbrain, and parabrachial nucleus, locus ceruleus, A5 area, $K{\ddot{o}}lliker$-Fuse nucleus, magnocellular reticular nucleus of the metencephalon, and nucleus tractus solitarius, dorsal motor nucleus of vagus nerve, nucleus ambiguus, area postrema in the myelencephalon. In the spinal cord, thoracic, lumbar and sacral division innervated the distal colon.

능동이완기법(active release technique)을 병행한 한방치료로 호전된 극상근건 부분 파열 호전 2례

상기 증례에서 저자는 극상근건 부분 파열 환자에게 한방치료 및 ART 치료를 적용하여 견관절 ROM, VAS 평가를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 극상근건 부분 파열로 견통 및 견관절 ROM 제한 발생한 환자에게 한방치료 및 ART 치료를 적용하여 견관절 ROM, VAS에서 현저한 개선 보인 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 2. 비교적 증례가 많지 않고 한방적 치료 과정이 정립되어 있지 않은 극상근건 부분 파열에 한방 치료와 ART 치료를 병행하는 것이 효과가 있음 을 알 수 있었다. Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of Korean medicine treatment combined with active release technique on supraspinatus tendon partial tear. Methods : Two patients with supraspinatus tendon partial tear were treated by Korean medicine treatment in combination with active release technique. Visual analog scale(VAS), range of motion(ROM) were used to measure changes during treatment. Results : After treatment, shoulder pain and limited range of motion were improved significantly. Conclusions : Korean medicine treatment in combination with active release technique is proved to be helpful to improve the symptoms of the supraspinatus tendon partial tear patients. And, further studies will be needed.

중국 부동산 시장에 관한 연구

중국의 부동산시장은 2004년부터 2009년 동안 중국경제 성장에 기여한 기여율이 년 평균 10%를 상회하였으며, 또한 2010년에 중국 전체 GDP의 6%를 차지하는 등 중국경제 발전을 견인하는 주요요인 중 하나가 되었다. 그러나 이와 같은 중국의 급속한부동산 시장 확대는 부동산 가격의 폭등과 부동산 투기과열로 중국경제와 중국사회에 적지 않은 문제를 낳고 있다. 본고는 중국 부동산 시장 과열이 물류 및 유통산업의 원활한 발전에 방해가 되고 있어, 이에 대한 해결방안 도출하는데 연구 목적을 두고 있으며, 한국과 일본의 부동산시장 과열 방지 정책을 검토하고, 각종 중국 내 선행연구를 중심으로 연구하여 문제해결방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과 부동산 시장의 지나친 과열현상을 진정시키고 지역 간 균형 발전과 유통 및 물류산업의 발전을 원활하게 하기 위하여 첫째, 중국정부는 느슨한 금용정책을 지양하고 강력한 금융정책을 도입해야 하겠다. 즉, 부동산 시장에 진입하는 불법 자본에대한 감독 강화와, 해외에서 유입되는 핫머니(Hot money)를 방지하는 금융정책이 필요하다. 둘째, 중국정부는 부동산 시장에 매크로 제어를 강화해야 하겠다. 토지는 가장 기본적인 산업재로서 경제발전에 중요한자원이므로토지세는낮추고, 건물등부동산에 대한 세금을 높이는 이중적 세금제도가 요구된다. 셋째, 고율의 재산세 부과가 필요하다. 저율의 금리를 이용한 투기자금의 부동산 시장 진입을 막기 위해서 필요한 조치이다. 넷째, 낮은 임대료임대 주택보급정책 도입이다. 부동산 소유에 대한장기투자이익을 기대하는 부동산 투기를 사전에 방지하기 위해 임대료가 싼 임대주택을 대량 보급함으로서 서민들의 주택 이용률을 높이고 부동산 시장 안정을 꾀할 수 있겠다. With the fast development of the Chinese economy and its urbanization, the real estate industry has been one of the most important and energetic industries to push up the economic scale in China. However during the process of development, there has been an excessive rise in real estate price and it has caused many economic and social problems. This paper examined the reasons why Chinese real estate market had soaring rise and also discussed the future development of Chinese housing property industry and meanwhile, this paper proposed some possible solutions to help China cool the real estate market and eventually to devoted to the healthy development of Chinese economy. This paper also discussed the relationship between developing real estate industry and national economic growth based on the case study in Japan and Korea. This paper found that due to Chinese governmental lax supervision on finance, due to Chinese governmental monopoly policy on land, due to the speculation on the real estate market and the fact of Chinese traditional concept of house ownership meanwhile, this paper found that the further reasons including house as the vale-added investment, urbanization, income rise and ect.; all of these factors devoted to the excessive rise in house price in Chinese real estate market. Based on the factors, this paper proposed that strengthening governmental supervision, levying property tax, repressing speculation and increasing the construction of low-rent house and affordable housefor public be possible ways to stable the real estate market and devote to the healthy development of Chinese economy.

Kraft tritt fur Humboldt in dem Menschen als Geisteskraft hervor. Die Begriffe Kraft und Individualitat gehoren bei ihm den zentralen Termini der Anthropologie und Bildungstheorie, und das Verhaltnis zwischen den Individualitaten und der Menschheit ist auch zweifellos entscheidend. Die Sprache bestimmt in entscheidener Weise das Verhaltnis des Menschen zum Mitmenschen und zur Welt sowie sein Verstandnis des Mitmenschen und sein Verstandnis von Welt. Wenn aber Menschen sich nur sprachlich verstandigen und Welt sich nur durch Sprache erschlieβt, dann bedeutet Verlust an Sprache ohne Zweifel auch einen Verlust menschlichen Verstehenkonnens und einen Verlust an Welt. Deshalb befindet sich Sprache nicht einfach zwischen Mensch und Welt, sondern in jeder ihrer Auberungen ist sie durchwirkt von der Subjektivitat des Sprechenden und von dem vom Sprecher angegangenen Gegenstand. Die Sprache und die Bildung konnen bei Humboldt auch nicht vom Einzelnen zur Wirklichkeit gebracht werden, aber nur gesellschaftlich. Die Sprache ist das Medium, das den Wechselbezug des Menschen mit der Welt ermoglicht und damit die Voraussetzung fur Bildung uberhaupt. Bildung ist fur Humboldteine unendliche Erweiterung des Selbst, auch Welterweiterung. Sie bedeutet also ein standiges Objektiverwerden. Bildung im Sinne Humboldts ist keine solche Veranderung des Menschen, dab er sein ganzes Sein auf ein grundsatzlich neues Fundament stellen soll, sondern Ausbildung der von Natur in den Menschen angelegten Fahigkeiten.

강화학습 게임에서 높은 보상 수렴속도 개선을 위한 가상환경 기반의 DQN 모델

강화학습 연구에서 연속적인 데이터들을 바로 학습에 이용할 경우 특정한 학습 패턴에 갇히게 되는 문제가 발생한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 심층 큐 네트워크(Deep Q-Network; DQN)알고리즘에서는 리플레이 메모리를 이용하여 데이터를 바로 학습시키지 않고 메모리에 저장해 두었다가 랜덤으로 꺼내서 학습하는 방식으로 해결하였다. 이 논문은 DQN 알고리즘을 기반으로 단일 환경이 아닌 가상의 환경을 추가로 구축하고 이로부터 얻은 데이터들을 학습에 이용함으로써 높은 보상에 빠르게 수렴한다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of press needle treatment for eyelid ptosis caused by traumatic epidural hemorrhage(EDH). A traumatic epidural hemorrhage(EDH) ptosis patient was treated with press needles. Marginal reflex distance(MRD), palpebral fissure width(PFW) and levator function was used to measure changes in ptosis during the treatment. After treatment, marginal reflex distance 1(MRD1), marginal reflex distance(MRD2) improved from 0 mm to 3 mm, from 0 mm to 6 mm. Therefore palpebral fissure width(PFW) showed remarkable improvement. Press needle treatment showed significant improvement to the oculomotor nerve palsy patient who was showing no signs of improvement for three months. This clinical trial showed that press needle treatment has meaningful effect on ptosis and more researches should be followed.
