중부지방 상록지피용 기린초 속의 조경용 소재 선발

Sedum takesimenses among the Korean Native Genus Sedum was selected as evergreen ground covers during winter in the central districts of Korea. In order to obtain basic information for production as a pot flower with good quality, the effects of pinching frequencies on growth and flowering of S. takesimense were investigated. S. takesimense plant height became much shorter and numbers of lateral shoots were increased with increased pinching. Shoots of S. takesimense treated with 30% pinching during 2004 and 2005 showed greater length and less number of lateral shoots than those with 60% pinching. Leaves of S. takesimense treated with 70% shading showed a dark green color and had a longer shoot length and a lower number of shoots than cultivation under full sunlight. Therefore, Korean native S. takesimense will be utilized as ground cover treated with 70% shading or under a tree. Therefore, S. takesimense will be promising as ground cover materials in the central districts of Korea. 한국 자생 돌나물속 중 섬기린초는 상록성 식물로 중부 지방에서 겨울에 노지에서도 월동이 되므로 조경용 소재로 사용이 가능하였다. 섬기린초를 조경용 소재로 이용하기 위해 적심에 따른 생장특성을 조사하였다. 섬기린초의 적심작업에 따라 초장은 더욱 짧아져 조경용 지피식물로 사용하기 용이했으며, 신초지의 숫자는 늘어나는 경향이 나타났다. 2004년과 2005년에 실시한 연구에서 30% 적심처리를 한 섬기린초 처리구의 신초는 60% 적심처리를 한 처리구보다 초장은 더욱 길고 생장이 활발하였다. 노지에서 차광처리를 하지 않은 무처리구보다 70%의 차광처리를 한 섬기린초 처리구의 잎의 색은 진녹색이었고, 길이는 길어지고 신초의 수는 적게 되었다. 그러므로 기린초 종류 중 한국 자생식물인 섬기린초는 70%의 광을 차단하는 장소에도 식재 가능하며, 경기도 수원 지방에서 실험 결과, 내한성이 강한 편으로 중부지방에서도 상록성 조경 지피식물 소재로도 사용이 가능하다.

웹을 통하여 응용프로그램을 A/S를 할 수 있는 툴 개발

본 논문은 대용량이며 고 대역폭을 요구하는 최근의 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 서비스를 위하여 효율적인 저장 기법에 관련된 기술을 설명한다. 관련 연구로서 멀티미디어 데이터와 저장 서버의 특정, 이를 활용하는 서버 시스템을 알아보고, 특히 멀티미디어 서버 중 대표적 형태인 MOD(Multimedia On Demand) 서버의 시점에서 ZBR(Zone Bit Recording) 디스크의 장점을 이용한 디스크 내 배치, 동종ㆍ이기종 다중 디스크간의 배치, 디스크 블록 사이즈에 따른 효과에 초점을 맞춰 효율적인 서비스를 위한 기술들을 설명한다.

초등학교 학생의 수업 중 문제행동 개선을 위한 학급차원의 긍정적 행동지원의 적용

본 연구는 학급차원의 긍정적 행동지원의 적용이 초등학교 학생의 수업 중 문 제행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이는 학급차원에서 긍정적 행동지 원을 실시하는 것으로 두 개의 연구 문제를 갖는다. 첫째, 학급전반 지원이 학급 전체 학생들의 수업 중 문제행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 둘째, 소그룹 지원이 대상 학생들의 수업 중 문제행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 1차 중 재의 연구 대상은 D시 S초등학교 2학년 A반 전체 학생 16명이다. 소그룹 중재는 학급전반 지원 결과 문제행동의 평균발생률이 40% 이상인 학생 2명이 대상이다. 학급전반 지원에서는 학급차원의 긍정적 행동지원이 학생들의 수업 중 문제행동인 소음내기, 부적절한 자세, 지시불이행 행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 AB 설계를 적용하였다. 소그룹 지원은 행동간 중다기초선 설계를 하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학급전반 지원 결과 전체학급 학생들의 수업 중 문제행동인 소 음내기, 지시불이행, 부적절한 자세 행동이 감소하였다. 둘째, 소그룹 지원 결과 대 상학생 2명의 수업 중 문제행동인 소음내기, 지시불이행, 부적절한 자세 행동이 감 소하였다. 이와 같이 학급차원의 긍정적 행동지원의 적용은 학생들의 수업 중 문제 행동을 효과적으로 감소시키는데 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. The purpose of this study is to examine effects of Class-Wide Positive Behavioral Support on elementary school students problem behaviors in class. Positive behavioral support was carried out at class level and there are two subjects for inquiry. First, it tries to examine the effects of class-wide support on problem behaviors of the whole students in class. Second, it tries to examine the effects of small group support on problem behaviors of their students in class. The subjects of the 1st intervention is all the second graders of Class A in S Elementary School, D City. The total number of students are 16 children. Intervention of the small group is intended for two students that the average rate of problem behaviors is more than 40% in the result of the class-wide support. AB design was applied to the class-wide support to examine effects of Class-Wide Positive Behavioral Support on making noise, improper postures, and non-compliance of instructions. Multiple baseline design across behaviors was done for small group support. The results are as follow: First, in the class-wide support result, making noise, non-compliance of instructions, improper postures which are the entire students’ problem behaviors in class were reduced. Second, in the small group support result, making noise, non-compliance of instructions, improper postures which are the two students’ problem behaviors in class were reduced. Like this, application of Class-Wide Positive Behavioral Support had the positive effect on effective reduction of students’ problem behaviors in class.

계통발생학적 분석을 위한 분류 단위의 제약조건 기반의 3차원 시각화 기법

계통발생학적 분석기법은 서열의 유사성을 비교하여 이들의 유연관계를 알아내는 것으로, 각각의 관계를 시각적으로 표현하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 일반적으로 2차원 계통수를 사용한다. 그러나 2차원으로 시각화했을 때 서로 유사성이 높은 OTU(Operational Taxonomic Unit)들을 서로 멀리 떨어뜨려 놓는 경우도 생기게 된다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 점을 보완하고자 3차원 공간에 OTU들을 배치시키기 위한 2단계 좌표 배치 기법을 제안한다. 1단계는 유클리디안 거리를 3차원 좌표로 변환하는 것이다. 1단계 방법은 서열의 비교 순서에 영향을 받기 때문에 2 단계를 통해 유전자 알고리즘 기법을 적용하여 보다 적절한 좌표를 찾는다.

한몽영웅신화(韓蒙英雄神話)에서의 천강리념(天降理念)과 치병(治病)모티프(motif) 비교고찰(比較考察)

This article is aimed at examining the themes implied in the myths, focusing on the primary motif in the Korea`s <the myth of Dangun> and Mongolia`s Geser Khan, which are the representative founder mythology and heroic epic in the Northeast Asia. In particular, it was illuminated that the curative motif on the incomplete humans was suggested as the formula along with key concept of ‘human’ and ‘life’ in the early part of heroic myths which have the archetype of heroes` religious and political charisma. Above all, it can be considered that the people`s simple wish, ‘decent life’ was reflected in the basic ideology of a hero`s descending from heaven(天降) into human world, ‘Hoongikingan(弘益人間)’ and ‘Jeseiwha(在世理化)’. These myths picture human or human world as an incomplete state and thereby heroes are endowed with a mission to correct this. A series of events surrounding the birth of heroes describe the handicap of an hero`s parents, and abnormal aspects of a young hero etc, which are solved one by one to supply the clue of story development. In the process, traditional curative knowledge of actual folks turn up as primary motif, meaning the function of myth related more closely with the real life of the folks than were thought. The myths like the epic of Geser Khan and the myth of Dangun are the human myths governing the affairs of men, with the folk customs from the birth of man to funeral symbolized and sung in the epics. In particular, it can be regarded that the rite of passage, such as the event, birth, naming, adoption, and funeral tied to the human life etc has its own mythical meanings. In the last scene of Geser Khan epic where Geser returns to his hometown and live happily ever after with two queens after expelling the all of evil powers and purifying the evil spirits by burning them, it resembles quite closely the custom of enjoying the festival with the purified mind after finishing the long-lasting religious exorcisation like Mongolia`s ‘Tsam’. After all, the ideal country sought in this heroic myths can be this world where loving family eat, drink well and live to a great age happily in the place such as Nollom plain(Khatanga River), just like a simple wish of the folks.

불소 성분이 포함된 PTMG-IPDI 수분산 폴리우레탄의 합성과 고온 수증기에 의한 가수분해

수분산 폴리우레탄(WPU)의 내가수분해성을 향상시키기 위하여 불소 성분을 포함하는 F-WPU를 합성하였다. 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜(PTMG), 이소포론 디이소시아네이트(IPDI), 디메틸올부타노산과 함께 불소계 디올화합물인 Fluorolink D10-H(FDH)를 0~9 wt% 사용하여 PTMG-IPDI F-WPU를 합성하고 이를 캐스팅하여 F-WPU 필름을 제조하였다. 이 F-WPU 필름들을 120 ℃의 오토클레이브에서 24시간 동안 수증기로 가수분해시킨 시료들과 가수분해 전 시료들의 물성, 친수성, 모폴로지 변화를 분석하였다. 가수분해 전의 경우 F-WPU에 포함된 FDH 함량이 많아지면 시료들의 소수성은 커지면서 파단응력은 증가하고 파단신도는 감소하였다. 이들을 120 ℃의 수증기로 가수분해시키면 가수분해 전에 비해 파단응력은 크게 감소하고 파단신도는 증가하였다. F-WPU에서 FDH 함량이 7% 이상으로 되면 가수분해 전의 파단응력과 가수분해 후의 파단응력 유지율이 모두 크게 증가하여, FDH 성분 도입이 WPU의 물성 및 내가수분해성 향상에 기여하였다. In order to improve hydrolysis resistance of waterborne polyurethane (WPU), fluorine-component containing F-WPUs were synthesized. PTMG-IPDI F-WPU films were prepared by casting the F-WPU solutions synthesized from poly(tetramethylene ether glycol) (PTMG), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), dimethylol butanoic acid, and Fluorolink D10-H (FDH) up to 9 wt% as a fluorine-containing diol component. Mechanical properties, hydrophilicity, and morphologies of the F-WPU films before and after hydrolysis with water vapor at 120 ℃ for 24 h in an autoclave were analyzed. With increasing FDH content before hydrolysis, fracture stress of the F-WPU film increased, fracture strain decreased, and hydrophobicity increased. Water vapor hydrolysis at 120 ℃ resulted in serious decrease in fracture stress and increase in fracture strain. Both the fracture stress before hydrolysis and the fracture stress retention after hydrolysis of the F-WPU films increased remarkably with a FDH content of 7 wt% or more, indicating that incorporation of FDH into WPU improved mechanical properties and hydrolysis resistance.

정보추출 기법을 이용한 서열정보분석 데이터베이스 구축 시스템 설계

인터넷의 확산과 첨단기술의 발달로 생물학 정보에 대한 온라인 데이터베이스 집합이 급속히 증가하고 있으나, 데이터의 양이 방대하고 이질적인 형태로 제공되기 때문에 실제 현장의 생물학 연구자들이 쉽게 이용하는데는 여러 가지 어려움이 있다. 이 논문에서는 단백질과 핵산 정보를 제공하는 대표적인 온라인 데이터베이스인 NCBI에, 질의를 하여 얻어진 데이터를 포함한 웹 문서로부터, 정보를 추출하여 사용자의 목적에 적합한 맞춤형 데이터베이스를 구축하는 시스템을 제안한다. 온톨로지를 이용하여 질의 처리를 하며, 웹 문서에 대한 정보추출 기법과 계층구조에 따른 유형별 저장방식을 통해 데이터베이스를 구축한다. 한편, 데이터 추출을 위해 식별 및 분류 작업을 수행한다. 제안한 시스템은 서열정보를 분석하는 생물학자들에게 관심대상 정보를 추출하여 맞춤형 데이터베이스를 구축함으로써, 손쉽게 서열정보 분석을 지원하도록 하는데 목적이 있다.

한몽 민속에서의 두창(痘瘡) 역신(疫神)에 대한 인식 비교

이 논문은 한국과 몽골의 민속에서 두창치료(痘瘡治療)와 관련하여 전승되는 민간의례인 몽골의 영웅서사시(Baatarlag tuul’), 참 의식(게세르 참, 자하르 참, 서르 잘라흐), 한국의 손님굿 무가류을 중심으로 두창 및 두창을 신격화한 역신(차가앙 보르항, 손님)에 대한 문화인류학적 인식 양상을 비교 고찰한 것이다. 특히 비교민속학적 차원에서 두창이라는 역병이 두 민족에게 끼친 문화적 영향력을 고찰함으로써 관련 민속의 내면 깊숙이 잠재되어 있는 신화적 모티프와 키워드를 중심으로 ‘두창역병(역신)’의 신화적 본질을 살폈다. 이에 본문에서는 두창 역신의 ‘금기(禁忌)’와 역귀(疫鬼)의 신격화(神格化), ‘부정(不淨)’과 ‘정화(淨化)’의 메타포(metaphor, 隱喩), 역신(疫神)의 양면성(兩面性)과 신격(神格)의 확대(擴大)라는 신화적 양상을 중심으로 두 민족의 ‘생명’, ‘생존’에 관한 원초적 명제에 주의를 기울였다. 이러한 두 민족의 두창 역신에 대한 문화인류학적 인식을 토대로 질병과 인류 문명문화와의 상관관계에 대한 각성, 그리고 현대 인류문화가 지향해야 할 인간치유의 본질에 대한 올바른 탐구가 가능할 것이다. This statement comparatively considered smallpox and anthropological perception aspect on goddess (Цагаан Бурхан, Sonym), which deified smallpox, focusing on Mongolia’s heroic epics (Баатарлаг тууль) and Begz Dhamapala (Гэсэрийн цам, жахар цам, сор залах) and Korea’s sonnim-gut shamanic songs, which are folk rituals of being transmitted in relation to smallpox treatment(痘瘡治療) in folklore of Korea and Mongolia. Especially, it considered cultural influence of epidemic called smallpox upon two nations in the comparative folkloristic dimension, thereby having examined mythical essence of ‘smallpox epidemic (goddess)’ focusing on mythical motif and key word of being deeply immanent in relevant folklore. Accordingly, the text paid attention to the primitive proposition on ‘life’ and ‘survival’ of two races focusing on mythical aspects dubbed deification(神格化) in ‘taboo(禁忌)’ and evil spirit of disease(疫鬼), metaphor(隱喩) in ‘nonpurification(不淨)’and ‘purification(淨化)’ in smallpox goddess (god), and ambivalence in small pox goddess(疫神) and expansion in divinity(神格). Based on the anthropological perception on smallpox goddess (god) in these two nations, it will be available for rightly exploring the awakening on correlation between disease and human civilization & culture, and the essence of human cure to which the modern human culture will need to point.
