In this study, fire risk factors were analyzed by conducting a survey on switch and panel boards with the highest fire frequency. According to the fire statistics in the past 5 years (2014-2018), the major causes of electrical fire are insulation deterioration, unidentified short circuit, contact failure, overload (overcurrent), and tracking. In electrical installations, switch and panel boards are the most common, followed by meters, other electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage breakers. To analyze the fire risk factors based on ignition factors associated with electrical equipment, the target electrical equipment was selected, and the statuses of the switch boards and panel boards were investigated using infrared thermal imaging cameras. The fire risk factors of fire control were found to have been caused by the ignition of electric fire, insulation reduction, and poor contact. Therefore, research and technology are required, to improve the performance base of switch and panel boards through fire detection, fire extinguishment, turbulence in cable wires, and age-of-use institutionalization to prevent fire on switch and panel boards. 본 연구에서는 화재 발생 빈도가 높은 자가용 전기설비 중 배전반 및 분전반에 대한 실태조사를 실시하여 화재위험요소를 분석하였다. 최근 5년간(2014~2018년) 화재통계에 의하면 전기화재의 발화요인은 절연열화가 가장 많았으며, 다음으로 미확인 단락, 접촉불량, 과부하 및 과전류, 트래킹 순으로 많이 발생되는 것으로 조사되었다. 전기설비 중 발화설비는 배전반 및 분전반이 가장 많이 발생하고 있으며, 전력량계, 기타(전기설비), 변압기, 저압차단기 순으로 발생하고 있다. 이러한 전기화재 발화요인별 및 전기설비별 화재위험요소의 조사를 위하여 자가용 전기설비 조사대상 건축물을 선정하고, 적외선 열화상카메라를 이용하여 배전·분전반의 화재위험성 실태를 조사한 결과 화재통계의 전기화재 발화요인별 통계 값과 같이 절연열화, 접촉불량순으로 화재위험성이 큰 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 배전·분전반의 화재예방을 위하여 화재감지, 화재진압대책, 전선의 난연화, 사용연한의 제도화를 통해 배전·분전반의 화재저항에 대한 화재저항에 대한 화재성능기반을 향상 시킬 수 있는 연구와 기술개발이 요구된다.
PP섬유 혼입 및 횡구속재 변화에 따른 고성능 콘크리트의 폭열방지에 관한 실험적 연구

This study is an experimental study on the spalling resistance of high performance concrete with PP fiber contents and material for lateral confinement. According to the results, spalling occurs to all specimens that do not contain PP fiber and it is prevented in the specimens containing PP fiber by more than 0.05% after heating, so it shows good effect on the spalling resistance. Variation of material kind for lateral confinement, metal lath shows the best effect on spalling resistance, and glass fiber and carbon fiber do not show good effect on the spalling resistance due to reduction of bond strength by high temperature. While the residual compressive strength shows about 80% of its original strength in the specimen confined laterally by PP fiber contents and metal lath, it decreases a bit in the range of 50~60% of its original strength because of reduction of the bond strength.
폴리프로필렌 섬유의 혼입률 변화에 따른 철근콘크리트 기둥부재의 내화 특성

This paper is intended to present the properties of fire resistance of concrete column containing polypropylene fiber, According to the test results, as contents of PP fiber increase, spalled areas and depth of concrete column decrease. As for the effects of W/C, concrete column with 55% of W/C does not show spalling, while takes place in the force of spalling with 35% of W/C. After heating, residual strength of concrete column with 55% of W/C 40% of its original strength regardless of PP fiber contents, in case of 35% of W/C, residual strength after heating is shown to be improved.
