底面灌水 시스템에서 배양액 농도와 Arbuscular 菌根菌 處理가 盆植 미니 薔薇의 生育 및 開花에 미치는 影響

분화장미의 생장에 미치는 배양액 동도와 AMF (Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi) 접종 및 접종시기의 영향을 구명하기 위하여 수행하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 저면관수(ebb and flow) 시스템에서 일본 원예시험장 배양액을 6농도(0.125, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 4배)로 처리하고, AMF를 무접종, 삽목시 접종 및 정식시 접종 처리하여 식물을 재배하였다. 배양액 농도가 높아짐에 따라 배지 침출액의 EC가 높아졌으며, AMF무접종 처리구와 삽목시 AMF접종처리구의 배지 침출액 EC변화는 유사하였으나 정식시 AMF접종처리구의 EC는 상대적으로 낮았다. 배지 침출액의 pH변화는 AMF무접종처리구와 삽목시 AMF접종처리구가 서로 비슷한 변화를 나타내었으나 정식시 AMF접종처리구의 경우 pH변화가 크지 않고, 배양액농도가 높을수록 낮아졌다. 배양액의 농도가 높을수록 초장, 건물중과 엽면적이 증가하는 결과를 보였으며, AMF접종처리에 의해 영양생장 및 생식생장(개화단축 및 개화수)의 증가를 보였으며, 특히 삽목시 AMF접종처리보다 정식시 AMF접종처리가 우수하였다. 엽록소 함량에 있어서도 정식시 AMF접종처리구에서 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 배양액농도의 증가에 의해 N, P, K, Na 및 Mn의 엽중함량이 증가되었으며, AMF접종에 의해서도 증가되었으며, 정식시 AMF접종처리구가 가장 우수하였다. Objective of this research was to evaluate the effects of nutrient solution strength and Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF, Glomus sp.) on growth and flowering of potted miniature rose (Rosa hybrids L. cv 'Scarlet'). To achieve this, plants cultured with six different strength of Japanese Horticultural Experiment Station solution (0.125, 0.25, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, and 4.0 × full strength) and inoculated with AMF at cutting and transplanting. Leachate EC increased as solution strength were elevated. The leachate EC were not different between non-inoculated plants and AMF treatment at cutting, but significantly decreased when plants were inoculated with AMF at transplanting. The elevated strength of nutrient solution resulted in decrease of leachate pH. When plants were inoculated AMF at transplanting, leachate pH was lower than those of non-inoculated plants and inoculated with AMF at cutting. At harvesting (93 days after transplanting), plant height, leaf width, number of branches and shoot fresh and dry weight of rose 'Scarlet' increased with elevated nutrient solution strength. AMF treatment at transplanting of potted rose 'Scarlet' showed the best results in growth such as chlorophyll content, number of flowers, and shortening the days required to flower. The content of N, P, K, and Mn in leaf tissue of potted rose increased by elevated nutrient solution strength and AMF treatment, while the tissue Na contents decreased by an AMF treatment.
치아 씨앗으로부터 분리한 단백다당체의 성분분석과 보습 효과

본 논문에서는 치아 씨앗으로부터 분리한 단백다당체(proteoglycan)의 성분분석과 분자량 측정 및 피부보습 효과를 연구하였다. 분리된 단백다당체의 성분분석 결과 치아 씨앗 단백다당체를 이루고 있는 당 성분(%)은 galactose (46.8), glucuronic acid (27.1), rhamnose (8.7), xylose (7.6), glucose (4.9), fructose (2.3), mannose (1.8), arabinose (0.9)로 확인되었으며, 함유된 단백질의 함량은 31.3 mg/g으로 이를 구성하는 아미노산 성분(mg/g)은 Asp (1.9), Glu (3.6), Ser (0.9), Gly (3.6), Thr (0.8), Arg (1.0), Ala (2.0), Tyr (0.4), Cys (4.8), Val (1.1), Phe (0.5), Ile (0.6), Leu (0.9)로 확인 되었다. Gel permeation chromatography (GPC)에 의해 측정한 치아 씨앗 단백다당체의 분자량 범위는 100,000 ~ 250,000 Da로 분자량 분포에 의한 평균 분자량은 170,000 Da이었다. 또한, 사람을 이용한 피부수분 보유 효과 및 피부 수분 손실량을 평가한 결과, 피부의 수분함량을 유지하는 효과가 우수하였으며 표피 수분 손실량 또한 적어서 피부 보습제로서 매우 우수하였다. 결론적으로 치아 씨앗의 다당체로부터 분리한 단백다당체를 화장품에 응용하면 우수한 보습효과를 가지는 화장품을 개발 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. We investigated the effects of skin hydration and composition analysis of proteoglycan (chia seed polymer) produced from chia (Salvia hispanica) seed. The result showed that proteoglycan of chia seeds is composed of galactose (46.8 %), glucuronic acid (27.1 %), rhamnose (8.7 %), xylose (7.6 %), glucose (4.9 %), fructose (2.3 %), mannose (1.8 %), arabinose (0.9 %) and the amount of proteins contained is 31.3 mg/g with the constituent amino acid compositions (mg/g) of Asp (1.9), Glu (3.6), Ser (0.9), Gly (3.6), Thr (0.8), Arg (1.0), Ala (2.0), Tyr (0.4), Cys (4.8), Val (1.1), Phe (0.5), Ile (0.6), Leu (0.9). The molecular weight of the proteoglycan measured by GPC (Gel Permeation Chromatography) is the range of 100,000 ~ 250,000 Da and the average molecular weight is 170,000 Da. The moisturizing effects and trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL) of chia seed polymer in cosmetic products (O/W emulsion) were studied in vivo. Chia seed polymer showed good skin hydration effects when compared with sodium hyaluronate which is a common moisturizer. Taken all together, chia seed polymer should be a very useful cosmetic ingredient as a moisturizer and a protecting agent from various skin irritations.

KIGAM and MRAM (Mineral Resources Authority of Mongolia) performed joint researches on geological survey of Dulaankhaikhan W-Mo occurrences areas in southeastern part of Khangai region. XRD results of tungsten containing quartz vein sample show that tungsten minerals are wolframite, hubnerite and ferberiteore. WO3 grade of samples obtained in Silurian Khotont formation is 0.11-4.43% and that of samples obtained in Permian Delgerkhan complex is 137-3844 ppm. Average total R2O3 of samples obtained in survey area is 473 ppm which is 2.5 times larger than that of Earth`s crust. The highest total R2O3 is 1326 ppm. Factor analysis results show that two areas of high tungsten contents have similar correlations with tungsten, and therefore we conclude that these two areas have the similar origin of mineralization.

In designing a subcode book of the Classified Vector Quantization (CVQ), the Competitive Learning Network has a weakness to ignore some code vectors with considerate membership, because of their binary representation. Fuzzy Competitive Learning Network corrects such weakness with an adoption of the concept that each cluster has its continuous membership. But the algorithm must determine the size of subcode book by applying a trial and error procedure. In this paper, modified fuzzy competitive learning network, which has continuous membership extending binary membership, is proposed, as an algorithms applying to CVQ. The proposed algorithm yields an adaptive determination of the size of each subcode book according to the given sample vector in learning process, and prevents the designed subcode book from coming to a local minimum point by applying fuzzy concept to the competitive learning algorithm.
