        초고속 표적의 탄도계수와 예상요격지점 정확도의 상관관계 분석 연구

        A recent air defense missile system(ADMS) is required to have a capability to intercept super-high speed targets such as tactical ballistic missiles(TBMs) by performing engagement control efficiently. The air defense missile system should be ready to engage the TBMs as soon as the ADMS detects TBMs because falling velocity of TBM is very high and remaining time interval to engage TBM is very short. As a result, the ADMS has to predict the trajectories of TBMs accurately with estimated states of dynamics to generate predicted intercept point(PIP). In addition, it is needed to engage TBMs accurately via transmitting the obtained PIP data to the corresponding intercept missiles. In this paper, an analysis about the relationship between ballistic coefficient and PIP accuracy which is depending on geodetic height of the first detection of TBM is included and an issue about effective engagement control for the TBM is considered.

        라이프스타일에 따른 도시농업 유형 선호도 분석

        본 연구는 라이프스타일에 따른 도시농업 유형 선호도를 분석함으로써 향후 "도시농업활성화 정책" 수립을 위한 기초 자료를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 서울특별시 자치구 중 도시농업 활성화를 지원할 수있는 근거를 마련한 9개자치구민을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 라이프스타일과 도시농업 선호활동과의 인과관계를 검정하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, '건강추구형'이 도심형 도시농업에 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 안전한 먹거리와 건강을 추구하는 도시민이 도시농업 교육 프로그램에 적극적으로 참여하고, 도심 내 자연경관 향상을 위해 식물 및 경관작물 심기, 도시농업박람회 참가 등의 도심형 도시농업 활동을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, '여가활동형'이 주택활용형 도시농업에 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 주로 취미 및 여가활동을 중시하는 도시민은 실내 생활 속에 텃밭 가꾸기, 아파트 베란다 공간을 활용한 텃밭 가꾸기 등 주로 텃밭 가꾸기 등의 주택활용형 도시농업 활동을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, '건강추구형'이 학교교육형 도시농업과, 농장 및 공원형 도시농업에 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 건강을 추구하는 도시민은 교육농장 참여 및 학교텃밭 가꾸기, 도심 외곽 개인 농장 운영, 도시농업 박람회 참가 등의 참여 활동을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, '가족지향형'이 학교교육형 도시농업에 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 가족지향형 도시민은 학교와 연계된 다양한 도시농업 교육 및 활동에 적극 참여하는 활동을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 도시농업 유형을 고찰하고, 라이프스타일과 도시농업 유형 선호도와의 영향관계를 살펴, 도시농업의 실수요자의 성향 및 선호활동을 알아보는데 연구의 의의가 있다. The objective of this study is to suggest basic data for establishing future urban agriculture vitalization policies, by analyzing the preference of urban agriculture types in accordance with lifestyle as the standard of living for urban residents is improved. A survey was conducted targeting residents of nine autonomous regions that have established grounds for supporting the urban agriculture vitalization by enacting an urban agriculture ordinance, among 25 autonomous regions of Seoul. It aimed to verify a causal relationship between lifestyle and preferred activity of urban agriculture. In the results of the study first, a 'Health pursuit-type' was significant within the 'urban type' urban agriculture. These urban residents, pursuing safe food and health, actively participated in urban agriculture educational programs, and also preferred urban agricultural activities such as planting plants, landscape crops for the improvement of natural scenery in the downtown, and also participating in urban agriculture fairs. Second, 'Leisure activity-type' was significant with the 'House advantage type' urban agriculture. Urban residents mostly emphasizing hobby and leisure activities preferred the 'House advantage type' urban agricultural activities such as tending a vegetable garden in indoor life or using the veranda space of an apartment. Third, 'Health pursuit-type' was significant with the 'Schooling type' urban agriculture and 'Farm and Park type' urban agriculture. Urban residents pursuing health preferred tending an educational-type vegetable garden and educational farm connected to schools, running private farms outside of the downtown, and actively participating in urban agriculture park. Fourth, 'The neighborhood type' was significant with the 'Schooling type' urban agriculture. 'The neighborhood type' urban residents preferred actively participating in diverse urban agriculture education activities. The significance of this study is to examine the tendency and preferred activities of end users of urban agriculture by suggesting the necessity of viewing urban agriculture from the aspect of a consumer, and then examining the influential relationship between lifestyle and preference of urban agriculture-types.

        큐잉 데이터 기반 하층방어 요격체계의 초고속 표적 탐지 방향 지정을 위한 정밀 궤적예측 기법

        A recent air defense missile system is required to have a capability to intercept short-range super-high speed targets such as tactical ballistic missile(TBMs) by performing engagement control efficiently. Since flight time and distance of TBM are very short, the missile defense system should be ready to engage a TBM as soon as it takes an indication of the TBM launch. As a result, it has to predict TBM trajectory accurately with cueing information received from an early warning system, and designate search direction and volume for own radar to detect/track TBM as fast as it can, and also generate necessary engagement information. In addition, it is needed to engage TBM accurately via transmitting tracked TBM position and velocity data to the corresponding intercept missiles. In this paper, we proposed a method to estimate TBM trajectory based on the Kepler's law for the missile system to detect and track TBM using the cueing information received before the TBM arrives the apogee of the ballistic trajectory, and analyzed the bias of prediction error in terms of the transmission period of cueing data between the missile system and the early warning system.

        마이크로버블/촉매 융합 시스템을 이용한 액비 내 유기오염물질, N, P 및 항생제 동시 제거

        This study investigated the use of a hydroxyl-radicals-generated microbubble/catalyst (MB/Cat) system for removing organic pollutants, nitrogen, and phosphorous from liquid fertilizer produced by livestock wastewater treatment. Use of the MB/Cat system aims to improve the quality of liquid fertilizer by removing pollutants originally found in the wastewater. In addition, a reduction effect has been reported for antibiotics classified as representative non-biodegradable matter. Samples of liquid fertilizer produced by an aerobic biological reactor for swine wastewater treatment were first analyzed for initial concentrations of pollutants and antibiotics. When the MB/Cat system was applied to the liquid fertilizer, TCOD, TOC, BOD5, and NH3-N, and PO4-P removal efficiencies were found to be approximately 52%, 51%, 30%, 21%, and 66%, respectively. Additionally, Amoxicillin hydrate was removed by 10%, and Chlortetracycline HCl and Florfenicol were not present at detectable levels These findings confirm that the MB/Cat system can be used with livestock wastewater treatment to improve liquid fertilizer quality and to process wastewater that is safe for agricultural re-use.

        가설 검증과 칼만 필터를 이용한 격추평가 기법 연구

        The correct and opportune decision of reengaging the intercepted target is required in order to enhance the engagement performance of the surface to air missile systems that has the ability to defense or attack against various targets at the same time. The engagement efficiency and success of these systems will be largely enhanced by assigning quickly its system resources to the intercepted target and minimizing the waste of system resources for the target which is not able to attack any more. The kill-assessment algorithm has to be able to evaluate automatically whether various targets intercepted by missiles are killed or not on the basis of the reasonable confidence level. The definition of kill assessment is discussed and the kill assessment algorithm is designed reliably by using Kalman filter and a probability theory. Finally its performance is evaluated and analyzed by the Monte Carlo simulation.

        A distributed system for tracking multiple targets with a pair of multifunction radars is proposed and implemented. The system performs track-to-track association and track-to-track fusion at the fusion center to form fused tracks. The association and fusion are performed using target state information linked via communication nodes from a radar at a remote location. Many factors can affect the track-to-track association and fusion performances. They include delays in data transmission buffer of the remote radar, the error in estimating time-stamp of the remote radar, and the gating in track-to-track association. The effects on association and fusion performances due to these factors are investigated through extensive numerical simulations.

        레이다 항적융합 연구의 최근 동향

        An architecture for multiple radar tracking systems can be broadly categorized according to the methods in which the tracking functions are performed : central-level tracking and distributed tracking. In the central-level tracking, target tracking is performed using observations from all radar systems. This architecture provides optimal solution to target tracking. In distributed tracking, tracking is performed at each radar system and the composite track information is formed through track fusion integrating multiple radar-level tracks. Track-to-track fusion and track-to-track association are required to perform in this architecture. In this paper, issues and recent research on the two tracking architectures are surveyed.

        기동표적의 상태추정을 이용한 포의 사격통제 시스템 향상 연구

        Fire control system(FCS) errors can be classified as hardware errors, filter prediction errors, effective ballistic function errors, and aiming errors. Among these errors, the filter prediction errors are the most significant error sources. To reduce them, a target future position calculation method using the acceleration estimate is suggested and it is compared with the constant velocity target prediction method. Simulation results show that the suggested method has better performance than the constant velocity prediction method. Target tracking algorithm is established with multiple target tracking filters based on IMM structure.

        This study aims to form sustainable regional identity, instead of that being a scheme for conserving the regional cultural heritages and recreating the villages, so as to achieve the long-term regional revitalization. We tried to find ways to preserve regional cultural heritages and induced the autonomous participation of the local people at the same time. Recently, among regional development, there has been a trend toward the autonomous participation of the local people that utilizes the various cultural resources, such as local tangible and intangible cultural property and lifestyle, unique traditions and living style, and food culture. This study suggested the creation of agricultural eco museum that utilizes natural and agricultural heritages with local people’s lives, natural environment and regional development process. Therefore, we seek to prepare the symbolic space combining Bio(Life Industry) and Solar(PV Industry) that could highlight the brand slogan of Chungbuk, “the land of life and the sun, Chungbuk” and enhance nonfarm income with rural tourism, experiential learning, eco-friendly agricultural products, so as to establish the foundations for regional revitalization and income generation.
