수크로스 에스터와 세라마이드를 혼합 겔레이터로 사용한 올레오겔과 올레오겔 에멀젼의 특성 분석

수크로스 에스터와 세라마이드를 혼합하여 겔레이터로 사용한 해바라기 오일의 올레오겔과 올레오겔 에멀전을 제조하였다. 올레오겔과 올레오겔 에멀젼 제형 내에서 겔레이터의 결정 구조는 편광현미경으로 관찰하고 물의 분산형태는 공초점 현미경으로 확인하였다. DSC 열차트 분석을 통해, 수크로스 에스터와 세라마이드를 혼합하면 세라마이드의 결정구조는 사라지고 제형에 물이 첨가되면 혼합된 겔레이터의 결정성이 더욱 상승함을 확인하였다. 제형에서의 수크로스 에스터, 세라마이드, 물의 비율에 따른 점도와 점탄성 등의 유변학적 특성의 변화를 살펴보았다. 세라마이드와 물의 함량이 증가할수록 점도 및 저장탄성률, 손실 탄성률 등이 모두 증가하고, 또한 제형의 안정성도 높아지는 경향을 보였다. Oleogel and oleogel emulsions of sunflower oil were prepared using sucrose ester and ceramide as mixed gelators. The crystal structure of the gelator in the oleogels and oleogel emulsion formulations was observed with a polarized optical microscope, and the dispersion form of water was confirmed with confocal laser scanning microscopy. Through the DSC thermogram analysis, it was confirmed that the crystal structure of ceramide disappeared when sucrose ester and ceramide were mixed, and the crystallinity of the mixed gelator increased further when water was added to the formulation. Changes in rheological properties such as viscosity and viscoelasticity according to the ratio of sucrose ester, ceramide, and water in the formulation were examined. As the content of ceramide and water increased, the viscosity, storage modulus, and loss modulus all increased, and the stability of the formulation also tended to increase.
초·중등 학습자의 창의적 문제해결을 위한 메타버스 학습환경 설계원리 개발

본 연구는 초·중등 학습자의 창의적 문제해결을 위한 메타버스 학습환경의 설계원리를 개발하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 설계원리 초안을 도출하기 위하여 선행문헌 및 메타버스 플랫폼 사례 분석, 학습자 대상 설문 및 면담, 교수자 대상 면담을 시행하였다. 중학교 2학년 학습자 24명을 대상으로 메타버스 학습환경 선호도와 창의적 문제해결, 메타버스 학습환경 구성 및 기능에 대한 설문을 시행하였으며 중학교 2학년 학습자 3명과 교수자 6인을 대상으로 면담을 시행하였다. 이후, 세 차례의 전문가 타당화 과정을 거쳐 참여자 상호 이해 및 소통의 원리, 문제 중심의 학습환경 구축의 원리, 실재감과 흥미의 원리, 스케폴딩 제공을 위한 기능 배치의 원리와 같은 4가지 최종 설계원리와 그에 따른 21가지 상세 설계지침이 도출되었다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 설계원리는 창의성 향상을 위한 학습 공간으로서의 메타버스 활용 가능성을 제시하고 있으며, 학습자의 창의적 문제해결력과 문제해결을 위한 의사소통 및 협업 능력 향상을 지원하는 메타버스 학습환경을 설계하고 구현하는데 구체적인 방법과 가이드를 제공한다는 데 의의가 있다. 향후 해당 원리를 활용한 메타버스 학습환경 개발과 그에 따른 외적 타당성 검증, 그리고 학습자 특성을 반영한 보다 구체적인 설계원리 개발에 관한 연구가 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to develop design principles for a metaverse learning environment aimed at fostering creative problem-solving skills for primary and secondary school students. To derive the initial design principles, an analysis of existing literature and metaverse platforms was conducted, along with surveys and interviews targeting learners and instructors. Surveys on preferences for metaverse learning environments, creative problem-solving, and the configuration and features of such environments were conducted with 24 second-year middle school students. Additionally, interviews were conducted with three second-year middle school students and six instructors. Following three rounds of expert validation, four final design principles and 21 detailed design guidelines were established. These design principles include the principles of mutual understanding and communication among participants, the construction of a problem-centered learning environment, the principles of realism and interest, and the arrangement of features for providing scaffolding. The developed design principles suggest the possibility of utilizing the metaverse as a learning space for enhancing creativity and provide concrete methods and guidelines for designing and implementing a metaverse learning environment that supports learners’ creative problem-solving and enhances their communication and collaboration skills. Future research is needed to develop metaverse learning environments using these principles, validate their external validity, and develop more concrete design principles reflecting learner characteristics.
Generational Changes in Consumer Psychology and Consumer Value of K-Pop Fandom and Idol Goods Design

Background Recently, the K-pop goods market has been growing at a rapid pace as the consumption of various goods derived from K-pop music and culture has expanded. This study focuses on the growing idol goods market, which has yet to be systematically researched, and examines how the consumer psychology and consumer value of K-pop goods and their designs have changed over time. Methods To achieve the research objectives, we conduct in-depth interviews with fifteen K-pop fans selected from the first, second, and third generations and analyze the changes in the consumer psychology and consumer value of K-pop goods by generation. In the analysis, we organize the keywords shown in each interview into categorized codes and find common and distinct themes among the three generations of fans. Result Comparing the commonalities and differences in the characteristics of goods designs and in the themes that reflect the fans’emotions and behaviors between each generation shows the changes in consumer psychology and consumer value over time. Conclusion This study provides academic insights into the development of the K-pop goods market and fans’ perception of goods according to the trend at that time.
충청남도 해안지역의 비브리오 패혈증균 분포 및 분리주의 특성 분석

Background: Vibrio vulnificus has been frequently detected in seawater, fish, and shellfish mainly in the coastal areas of Chungcheongnam-do Province. Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the analyzed biochemical properties, genetic characteristics, and distribution of Vibrio vulnificus isolated from environmental sources in coastal areas of Chungcheongnam-do Province from 2019 to 2020. Methods: A total of 1,510 samples were obtained from six different sites in Chungcheongnam-do Province. Isolated strains from the samples were identified by a VITEK 2 system and MALDI-TOF. Antibiotic susceptibility testing for 85 isolates was done by microdilution minimum inhibitory concentration methods, and 11 isolates were analyzed for 16s rRNA sequences in multiple alignments. Results: Among the 1,510 samples taken during the investigation period, 306 strains were isolated and the detection rate of V. vulnificus was 20.3%. One hundred eighty-eight strains (24.6%) from seawater and 118 strains (15.8%) from mud flats were isolated. It was mainly detected in July (17.3%), August (36.5%), and September (28.8%), and the proportion was 82.0%. Based on the CLSI-recommended breakpoints, V. vulnificus isolates were all susceptible to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, amikacin, gentamicin, ciprofloxacin and trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole. However, nonsusceptible isolates to ampicillin, ampicillin/sulbactam, cefazolin, cefoxitin, imipenem, tetracycline and chloramphenicol were identified. In the analysis of the nucleotide sequences for 16s rRNA of V. vulnificus isolates, it was confirmed that mutations frequently occurred between nucleotide number 922 and 952, and 98.2% to 100% nucleotide identities between isolates was verified. Conclusions: The results of this study can be used as a basic data for infection control and prevention of Vibrio vulnificus infection by describing the distribution and characteristics of Vibrio vulnificus strains isolated in coastal areas of Chungcheongnam-do Province.
스테레오 비전과 GPS를 이용한 시각장애인을 위한 버스 예약 및 승차 시스템

본 논문에서는 시각장애인을 위한 스테레오 비전 및 범지구 위치 결정 시스템(GPS) 기반 버스 예약 및 승차 시스템을 제안하고 프로토타입을 구현한다. 제안된 시스템은 총 3개의 단말기(정류장, 버스, 개인)와 전용 탑승구로 구성된다. 구체적으로, 사용자는 실시간 버스 운행정보 OpenAPI와 점자 키패드가 탑재된 정류장 단말기를 통해 버스 예약, 취소, 확인 등의 기능을 수행하며, 버스 단말기는 변동되는 예약내역 자동 업데이트 및 예약 안내, 실시간 위치 전송, 승차 처리 기능을 수행한다. 개인 단말기는 사용자마다 지급되어 예약 버스의 위치 정보를 안내하고, 도착 시 GPS 데이터와 스테레오 비전, 객체 검출 모델을 통해 길 안내와 장애물 검출을 통해 위험을 알림으로써, 시각장애인에게 보다 빠르고 안전한 버스 예약 및 승차를 가능하게 한다.
2020년 충남지역 집단급식소에서 발생한 대형 식중독의 사례 보고

Objectives: This study was performed to identify the epidemiological features of a food poisoning outbreak in a company cafeteria located in Chungcheongnam-do Province, Korea in June of 2020 and to suggest preventive measures for a similar incidence. Methods: A total of 84 patients with acute gastroenteritis were examined. Environmental samples were obtained from 16 food handlers, six food utensils, 135 preserved foods served over three days and nine menus, and six drinking water samples. These are analyzed to detect viruses and bacteria. Results: Ninety-four out of the 402 people who were served meals (23.4%) predominantly showed symptoms of diarrhea, and the number was over 3 times. Among the 84 patients under investigation, 17 cases (20.2%) were positive for Enteropathogenic E. coli (EPEC) and 18 cases were positive for Clostridium (C.) perfringens (21.4%). Based on the investigation, it was concluded that the main pathogens were EPEC and C. perfringens. For EPEC, it was detected in three of the food service employees and in the preserved food and curry rice. The results of pulsed field gel electrophoresis indicate that all EPEC cases are closely related except for one food service employee. Assuming that isolated EPEC originated from the preserved food, the incubation period is about 25 hours. The origin of the C. perfringens was not determined as it was not detected in the food service employees or environmental samples. Conclusions: This case suggests that food provided in group food service centers must be thoroughly managed. In addition, identifying the pathogens in preserved food is very important for tracing the causes of food poisoning, so food must be preserved in an appropriate condition. To prevent similar food poisoning cases, analyzing cases based on epidemiological investigation and sharing the results is needed.
