텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용한 환경공간정보 연구 동향 분석

This study aimed to quantitatively analyze the trends in environmental research that utilize environmental geospatial information through text mining, one of the big data analysis technologies. The analysis was conducted on a total of 869 papers published in the Republic of Korea, which were collected from the National Digital Science Library (NDSL). On the basis of the classification scheme, the keywords extracted from the papers were recategorized into 10 environmental fields including general environment, climate, air quality, and 20 environmental geospatial information fields including satellite image, numerical map, and disaster. With the recategorized keywords, their frequency levels and time series changes in the collected papers were analyzed, as well as the association rules between keywords. First, the results of frequency analysis showed that general environment(40.85%) and satellite image(24.87%) had the highest frequency levels among environmental fields and environmental geospatial information fields, respectively. Second, the results of the time series analysis on environmental fields showed that the share of climate between 1996 and 2000 was high, but since 2001, that of general environment has increased. In terms of environmental geospatial information fields, the demand for satellite image was highest throughout the period analyzed, and its utilization share has also gradually increased. Third, a total of 80 correlation rules were generated for environmental fields and environmental geospatial information fields. Among environmental fields, general environment generated the highest number of correlation rules (17) with environmental geospatial information fields such as satellite image and digital map.

본 연구의 목적은 최신 상용 소프트웨어에서 지원하고 있는 영상 모자이크 기법을 비교 분석하고, 제작된 모자이크 영상들의 정량적인 품질평가 방법을 제시하는 것이다. 상대적으로 뛰어난 성능을 나타내는 것으로 알려져 있는 모자이크 기법을 계절적 특성이 서로 다른 7장의 KOMPSAT-2 위성영상에 적용하였고, 각각의 결과를 시각적으로 비교 분석하였다. 또한, 제작된 모자이크 영상의 성능을 비교 할 수 있는 정량적 평가지수를 제안하고, 시각적 결과와 비교 검증을 수행함으로써 제안된 품질평가 지수의 적용 가능성을 제시하였다. The purpose of this paper is to provide a compact overview of the state-of-art image mosaic algorithms in commercial softwares and to propose objective assessment method of that. Among them, several algorithms, widely used and high quality, result in the mosaic image by applying to seven different kinds of seasons of KOMPSAT-2 images and then consequently each result is analyzed visually. Moreover, quality index is suggested to assess the similarity with colors regarding adjacency images and then it is performed by comparing and analyzing the visual and quantitative results. Consequently, we found out the suggested quality index is feasible.

Constructing a long, linear structure such as a high-way may cause the break-up of the natural ecology by cutting off the trails of animals. We could observe 12 kinds of mammals, 49 kinds of birds and 10 kinds of amphibia and reptilia at the research area. With this research, we were so sure of the necessity of building ecological corridors to prevent the ecological break-up of wild animals that we studied the building and maintaining of 3 types of ecological corridors; tunnel types, over-bridge type and line type.
쌍태임신에서 임신 제2삼분기에 시행된 맞춤형 선택적 유산에 관한 연구

Objective: Recently, selective termination is employed in multifetal pregnancies, in the presence of an abnormal fetus, or in the complication of twin pregnancies. The purpose of this study is to evaluate effectiveness, safety of the tailored selective termination in multifetal pregnancies. Methods: This study was retrospective and involved six cases. Indication of termination were 3 cases of structural anomalies (anencephaly, encephalocele, body stalk anomaly), 1 case of chromosomal anomaly (21 trisomy) and 2 cases of monochorionic twin complications (acardiac twin, twin to twin transfusion syndrome). Results: We used KCL injection in 4 cases, they were all confirmed dichorionic twin, and in 2 cases of monochorionic twin, we used alcohol ablation of intra-abdominal umbilical artery in 1 case, and radiofrequency ablation of the cord in 1 case. Conclusion: All procedures were successful, and all normal infants were delivered in 3rd trimester. Tailored selective termination in 2nd trimester is effective and safe in abnormal multifetal pregnancies.
국내에서 분리된 Aspergillus flavus 균주에 의한 Aflatoxin의 생성

국내의 변질미에서 분리, 동정된 Aspergillus flavus var. columnaris의 aflatoxin 생성능을 확증하기 위하여 본 균주를 인위적으로 접종한 쌀에서 aflatoxin $B_1$을 결정 상태로 순수 분리하였고 thin-layer chromatographic behavior, 융점, 유도체 합성, 자외선 및 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼, 그리고 미생물학적 반응에의 하여 이를 동정하였다. 본 균주에의 한 aflatoxin의 생성 능력은 쌀 1g 당 $7.8\;{\mu}g$으로써 외국에서 aflatoxin을 가장 많이 생성하는 것으로 알려진 표준 균주의 그것에 비하여 1/90 정도에 불과하였다. In order to confirm the producibility of aflatoxin by Aspergillus flavus var. columnaris isolated from deteriorated rice in Korea, aflatoxin $B_1$ was purified in crystalline form from artificially inoculated rice and identified by thin-layer chromatographic behavior, melting point, derivative formation, ultraviolet and infrared absorption spectra, and growth inhibition of Bacillus megaterium. The production level of aflatoxin by the strain was about $7.8\;{\mu}g$ per g of rice, being about 1/90 of that by A. flavus group known to produce the most aflatoxin in the world.
