The vertical roller mill is the important mechine grinding and mixing various crude materials in the manufacturing process of portland cement. Table liner is one of griding elements of vertical roller mil and is subjected to the cyclic bending stress by rollers load and the centrifugal force by rotation of table. It demands 2X108 cycle. It fractures at the edge of grinding path of outside roller. The repair expense for it amounts to 30% of total maintenance of vertical roller mill. Therefore, this study shows the fracture mecharism of table liner for vertical roller mill using FEM (Finite Element Method) and fatigue analysis.

Increased cumulative running times of railroad vehicle brings out such degradation as wear and fatigue. It don't adapt corrective maintenance which repairs a poor part after a trouble but use preventive maintenance which fixes a bad part before a trouble. There were a few researches for preventive maintenance such as inspect affairs and facilities management. They couldn't estimate the operation reliability on railroad vehicle. Therefore. this study proposes the preventive maintenance procedure that predict repair period of end beam for uncovered freight car using reliability function and instantaneous failure rate on the basis of fatigue test and load history data.

1960년대 이전의 시조문학은 대개 이병기의 혁신성, 조운의 서정성, 이호우의 호연성, 이은상의 민족성, 김상옥의 서정성이라 특징지을 수 있는 선구적 노력이 있었음에도 온전하게 자리 잡지 못한 불완전한 시기였다고 할 수 있다. 현대시조는 비로소 백수 정완영에 와서야 앞서 시인들이 지니고 있었던 각각의 장점들을 아우르는 원숙하면서도 격조 높은 수준의 시조로 완성되었다고 볼 수 있다. 유장하면서도 세미한 품격과 아취를 갖추고 있어 격조 높은 한국서정의 진면목을 보여준 정완영의 시조는 한국 현대시조의 완성형이다. 다소 오래된 풍경일 수 있지만 그 풍경에 새로움을 얹어 빛깔의 다채로운 소리와 굴곡 있는 음악성을 보여주었다. 그의 작품에는 자연을 대상으로 한 작품이 절대적으로 많다. 그러나 같은 대상을 그려냄에도 그는 표현을 유사하게 창작하지 않는다. 동시에 시적 대상을 정태적으로 묘사하지 않고 동적 이미지를 창출해 낸다. 운율의 강・약・완・급과 적절한 어미의 활용과 다양한 어조, 이미지의 상호교차적인 탄력적 사용 등 효과적이고 자유자재한 표현기법으로 탄력적이고 긴장감이 높은 독보적 시조 영역을 열어주었다. 또한 그의 작품에는 자연을 대상으로 한 작품이 절대적으로 많다. 그러나 같은 대상을 그려냄에도 그는 표현을 유사하게 창작하지 않는다. 동시에 시적 대상을 정태적으로 묘사하지 않고 동적 이미지를 창출해낸다. 그의 시조의 가치는 오늘날 카오스(chaos)의 뒤섞임과 다원주의와 탈중심주의 시대에도 엄연히 유효하고 새롭다. The Korean sijo literature until the 1960s can be characterized by the innovation of Lee Byeong-gi, the lyricism of Cho Un, the vast-flowing spirit of Lee Ho-woo, the ethnicity of Lee Eun-sang and the lyricism of Kim Sang-ok, but, despite these pioneering efforts, the literature was not stably settled during the incomplete period. Modern sijo was completed at last by Jeong Wan-yeong (Pen name: Baeksu (白水)) as mature, refined sijo that encompasses their strengths. Jeong Wan-yeong’s sijo is recognized as the perfection of modern sijo that shows the true characters of Korea’s high-toned lyricism with lengthy but refined dignity and elegance. Old landscapes were seen from a new aspect, and were added with colorful sounds and dynamic musicality. The majority of his sijo employed natural objects. Although he portrayed the same objects, his expressions were never similar. He did not portray them in a static manner, but created dynamic images. Jeong Wan-yeong controled the strength (strong and weak) and speed (fast and slow) of rhythms, employed different endings and crossed various tones and images in a flexible manner. His unequaled and unrestricted techniques opened a new flexible, tense and unparalleled area to modern sijo. In addition, the number of his sijo that employed natural objects is absolutely high. Although he portrayed the same objects, he did not use similar expressions. He did not portray them in a static manner, but created dynamic images. The value of his sijo is undoubtedly valid and new in today’s era of chaos, pluralism and decentralization.

《校本歷代時調全書》의 편찬 의도와 과제

모산 심재완 선생은 1972년에 드디어 《校本歷代時調全書》를 출간하게 된다. 《校本歷代時調全書》는 20여 년에 걸친 모산 선생의 대표적인 과업으로 누구나가 인정하는 방대하게 집대성한 力著임을 인정이다. 이 글은 선생이 《校本歷代時調全書》를 편찬하게 된 배경을 살피고 이 저술이 갖는 편찬 의도와 과제를 살펴보았다. 《校本歷代時調全書》는 《靑丘永言》이 있은 이후 당시까지 알려진 1700수의 고시조의 두 배에 가까운 총 3,335수의 시조작품을 망라하여 하나의 궤로 꿰어 정리하였다는 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 또한 현전하는 작품들의 이본과 각종가집 이를테면 국내에 있는 甁窩歌曲集, 靑丘永言 등 43종의 가집 등은 물론 판본. 寫本, 심지어 한 조각의 紙片 및 해외자료까지를 모두 가나다 순으로 1점1자까지도 이본과 交合하고 作家曲目의 對比 및 소개를 하고 있다. 각종문헌의 서발 및 한역시조까지도 전재하고는 아울러 중종장의 색인도 일목요연하게 달아놓은 점, 또한 노래가사의 내용에 따라 연주현장에 주목하게 함으로써 작가, 문학작품의 의미가 중요한 주석사전의 성격을 넘어서서 대교사전으로서의 의미, 곧 작가, 문학작품의 의미뿐만 아니라 각 작품의 다양한 변주에 주목까지 하게 하는 역할을 수행하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 《校本歷代時調全書》가 남긴 과제들로는 새롭게 발굴된 자료들을 계속 보완하고 업데이트하면서 대교 본래의 연구 성과를 축적해가는 일, 발굴된 자료를 한두 연구자가 향유할 것이 아니라 다수 연구자가 공유하여 연구에 즉시 활용할 수 있도록 데이터베이스화하여 하는 점, 시조 미학에 관한 연구가 보다 활발하게 이루어질 필요가 있다는 점, 시조 작품을 문화콘텐츠화하거나 스토리텔링 등의 기법을 활용하여 현대사회에 기여할 수 있는 방안들을 적극적으로 강구해나갈 필요가 있다는 점, 보다 넓은 의미에서 문학 작품의 정본 확정에 따른 전문가 양성이 필요하다는 점, 현대시조와 연계화하는 작업과 대중화 작업이 필요하다는 점을 강조하였다. The compilation of The Revised Edition of Sijo Collection of the Past (《校本歷代時調全書》) is a project representing the effort of Mr. Shim Jae-Wan (慕山沈載完) for over a period of 20 years. For the study of Sijo works, he recognized the urgency of the study not only on the ideas and historical background of the period concerned but also on the Sijo authors. Further, he realized that the revision of Sijo works is an urgent and important task, and completed his projects for this one by one. This volume has the significance that it collected Sijo pieces that had been scattered around the country for the long period of a thousand years and compiled them into a coherent volume. The focus of the book is on the revisions rather than annotations on Sijo works collected. The musical information packed in the edition is hard to find in any other dictionary. The volume has the character of “a collection of the history of Sijo” by arranging all the Sijo selections [editions] collected in chronological order. Now the key tasks ahead of us are as follows: (1) To continue to supplement and update newly discovered materials; (2) To build a database of discovered materials available to many researchers for immediate use for research; (3) To promote research on Sijo authors through the confirmation of the definitive version of Sijo texts; (4) To examine the special circumstances surrounding the aesthetics of Sijo as well as the minute differences in the style of the first stanza, the second stanza, and the third stanza of a Sijo; (5) To actively seek ways to contribute to contemporary society by using Sijo works as cultural contents or by making use of the medium of storytelling; (6) To link old Sijo works with modern Sijo works and make Sijo more accessible to the general public. As a unique and original genre of Korean literature and culture, Sijo is still vividly alive in modern times, and the form of Old Sijo has been handed down to Modern Sijo through the Sijo at the end of the Joseon Dynasty. The work that started with The Comparative Edition of Sijo Collection of the Past (《校本歷代時調全書》) continued with The Great Dictionary of Old Sijo (《古時調大全》), followed by Sijo in Our Times; Poems of 100 Poets, Goyoachim Series of Young Sijo Poets(〈現代時調 100人選〉), and The Great Dictionary of Modern Sijo of Korea. On the strength of these ceaseless and painstaking efforts, I sincerely hope to see the popularization and revival of Sijo in our age.

미술치료가 경도정신지체아의 대인불안과 문제행동에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 대인관계에 불안이 있는 경도 정신지체아를 대상으로 미술 치료를 적용하여 대인불안 감소와 문제행동개선의 효과를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 대상은 통합학급에 재학 중인 경도 정신지체아동으로 또래 아동들과의 상호작용이 거의 없고 대인불안 행동을 보이는 2명의 아동을 대상으로 주 1회씩 50분을 기준으로 20주 동안 다양한 미술 매체를 이용하여 미술 치료를 실시하고 그 효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위한 측정도구로는 대인불안척도와 아동·청소년 행동평가척도를 사용하였으며 사전, 사후와 치료종료 1개월 후를 비교하여 양적 분석을 하였다. 또한, 회기별 진행과정과 대인관계의 표상물인 인물화 검사를 사전, 사후로 비교하여 그림과 행동에서의 질적 분석을 하였다. 본 연구를 통한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째 미술 치료가 경도 정신지체아의 대인불안을 감소시키는데 효과가 있었다. 미술치료가 경도 정신지체아동의 대인불안 감소에 미치는 효과를 살펴본 결과 경도정신지체아동의 대인불안 검사의 6개 하위척도와 인물화 검사에서 유의미한 결과를 얻었다. 둘째, 미술 치료가 경도 정신지체아의 문제행동을 개선하는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 특히 위축, 우울/불안, 사회적 미성숙, 정서적 불안정 등에서 개선의 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 미술 치료의 회기별 과정에서 아동의 문제행동에 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다. 특히 감정표현과 의사표현의 부족이 개선되어 대인관계에서 자신감이 향상된 것으로 나타났다. This study applied art therapy for the mentally retarded children with a problem of personal relations anxiety to reduce anxiety and improve their problematic behaviors. The subjects of the study were two children with mental retardation who attended incorporated class and had hardly interrelations with peers and showed anxiety in personal relations, and the therapy was applied for 50 minutes a week for 20 weeks. This study was to examine the effect of the therapy using various art materials. As a measure to identify the effect of the program, it used personal relations anxiety scale and K-CBCL test and compared results before and after the test followed by follow-up for a quantitative analysis. And it compared sessional progress and figure paintings before and after the test for qualitative analysis. The results of the study are presented as follows: First, the therapy was effective to reduce personal relations anxiety of the mentally retarded children. As a result of examining the results of the therapy, it obtained significant results in six sub-measures of the anxiety and figure painting test. Second, this study found that the therapy had a positive effect on improvement of the problematic behaviors of the mentally retarded children. In particular, they showed improvement in shrinking, depression/anxiety, social immaturity and emotional insecurity. So the therapy was effective in improvement of the problematic behaviors of the subjects. Third, in the sessional process of the therapy, the subjects showed positive change in their problematic behaviors. In particular, they showed improved emotional and communicative expression and improved confidence in personal relations.

A recent research and development has the requirement for the optimization to shorten design time of modified or new product model and to obtain more precise engineering solution. General optimization problem must consider many conflicted objective functions simultaneously. Multi-objective optimization treats the multiple objective functions and constraints with design change. But, real engineering problem doesn't describe accurate constraint and objective function owing to the limit of representation. Therefore this study applies variance analysis on the basis of structure analysis and DOE to the vertical roller mill fur portland cement and proposed statistical design model to evaluate the effect of structural modification with design change by performing practical multi-objective optimization considering mass, stress and deflection.
