        A5J32/A5052 이종 알루미늄 합금 겹치기 마찰교반접합부의 인장성질에 미치는 재료배열 및 접합조건의 영향

        A5J32-T4 and A5052-H32 dissimilar aluminum alloy plates with thickness of 1.6 and 1.5 mm were welded by friction stir lap welding (FSLW). The FSLW were studied using different probe length tool and various welding conditions which is rotation speed of 1000, 1500 rpm and welding speed of 100 to 600 mm/min and material arrangement, respectively. The effects of plunge depth of tool and welding conditions on tensile properties and weld nugget formation. The results showed that three type nugget shapes such as hooking, void, sound have been observed with revolutionary pitch. This plunge depth and material arrangement were found to effect on the void and hooking formation, which in turn significantly influenced the mechanical properties. The maximum joint efficiency of the FSLWed plates was about 90% compared to base metal, A5052-H32 when the A5052-H32 was positioned upper plate and plunge depth was positioned at near interface between upper and lower plates.

        증식당뇨망막병증에서 유리체절제술 후 양호한 시력 결과를 보이는 예후인자

        Purpose: To determine the incidence and predisposing factors of a visual acuity of 0.5 or better after vitrectomy for proliferative diabetic retinpopathy. Methods: The factors that could affect visual acuity in 267 eyes of 215 diabetic patients who had undergone vitrectomy for proliferative diabetic retinopathy were calculated retrospectively. The factors were compared between 2 patient groups: postoperative visual acuity of 0.5 or better and of less than 0.5. The statistical significance of differences in factors between the 2 groups was calculated. Results: In 62 (23.2%) of the eyes, postoperative visual acuity was 0.5 or better. Univariate analysis revealed that the patients in the group with better visual acuity were younger, and had no macular detachment, no intraocular tamponade, low level of HbA1c preoperatively, and no cataract surgery (P<0.05). Multivariate analysis revealed that postoperative visual acuity of 0.5 or better was associated with no macular detachment, younger age, and a preoperative visual acuity of 0.1 or better. Conclusions: The patients who undergo vitrectomy for proliferative diabetic retinopathy complications are more likely to achieve visual acuity of 0.5 or better if they have not had macular detachment, are younger, and have a preoperative visual acuity of 0.1 or better.

        W92-Ni-Fe 소결툴을 이용한 Cu-Ni 합금의 용접부미세조직과 경도 특성

        In this study, the effect of the friction stir welding (FSW) was compared with that of the gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) on the microstructure and microhardness of Cu-Ni alloy weldment. The weldment of 10 mm thickness was fabricated by FSW and GTAW, respectively. Both weldments were compared with each other by optical microstructure, microhardness test and grain size measurement. Results of this study suggest that the microhardness decreased from the base metal (BM) to the heat affected zone (HAZ) and increased at fusion zone (FZ) of GTAW and stir zone (SZ) of FSW. the minimum Hv value of both weldment was obtained at HAZ, respectively, which represents the softening zone, whereas Hv value of FSW weldment was little higher than that of GTAW weldment. These phenomena can be explained by the grain size difference between HAZs of each weldment. Grain size was increased at the HAZ during FSW and GTAW. Because FSW is a solid-state joining process obtaining the lower heat-input generated by rotating shoulder than heat generated in the arc of GTAW.

        KS5J32 Al합금 마찰교반접합부의 인장성질에 미치는 접합조건의 영향

        The effect of welding condition on tensile properties of KS5J32 Al Alloy was investigated under various welding conditions. The 1.6 mm thick KS5J32 alloy sheets were joined by friction stir welding (FSW) technique with butt joint. The tool rotation speeds were 1000, 1250 and 1500 rpm, and the welding speeds were varied within the range from 100 to 600 mm/min. Voids mainly occurred at the advancing side of the tool probe, when the tool rotation speed was low, due to insufficient materials flow. When the weld pitch exceeded 0.4 mm/rev, voids were observed under all welding conditions and the area of voids increased with increasing weld pitch. For void-free specimens, fracture always occurred at base materials. However voids affected the location of fractures, base metal or welded zone, when the voids existed within the welds.

        서부 경남지역에서의 피부 악성종양에 대한 임상연구

        Background: In Korea, especially in the Western Gyeongnam area, the exact prevalence and characteristics of skin tumors are unknown. The increasing incidence of skin cancer has been attributed to the increase iin exposure of the population to sunlight and other factors, such as chemicals or viruses. Objective : The aim of this study is the investigation of clinical and histopathological observation of cutaneous maligrant tumors in the Western Gyeongnam area. Mgthods : This study was based on the analysis of 125 cases of cutaneous malignant tumor patients between January, 1990 and December, 1996 at the Department of Dermatology, Gyeongsang National University Hospital. Results. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The mean incidence of cutaneous malignant tumors in the total number of outpatients was 0.15% (125/84,208). 2. The age of onset was quite varied but the majority of cases, 119 cases(95.2%), were over 40 years old. The ratio of men to women was 1.05:1. 3. Among the 125 cases of cutaneous malignant tumors, the most frequently observed tumor was basal cell carcinoma, 50 cases(40.0%). The next was squamous cell carcinoma, 42 cases(33.6%). 4. We observed three aases of metastasis in squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, and malignant melanoma. Two cases(squamous cell carcinoma and malignant, melanoma) were metastasized into the regional lymph nodes. One case(basal cell carcinoma) into the ribs. Conclusions : We investigated the clinical observations of 125 cutaneous malignant tumor patients in our clinic and made a comparative study. This data will be available for the study of cutaneous malignant tumors in the future. (Korean J Dermatol 1997;35(5): 956-962)

        이종 알루미늄 합금 A6K31/A5J32 겹치기 마찰교반 접합부의 인장성질에 미치는 접합조건의 영향

        The scope of this investigation is to evaluate the effect of joining parameters on the microstructural features and mechanical properties of dissimilar aluminum alloys, 1mm-thickness fixing AA6K31 at the top position and fixing AA5J32 at the bottom position. The friction stir lap welds were studied under various welding conditions, rotation speed of 1000, 1250, 1500rpm and welding speed of 100, 300, 500, 700mm/min, respectively. Mechanical test has been investigated in terms of tensile shear test and hardness test. The results showed that three type nugget shapes such as onion ring, zigzag type, hooking with the void, have been observed with revolutionary pitch. All welding conditions fractured at the HAZ of top plate, A6K31 and also the strength compare with base metal of lap joints were low efficiency, 52~63%. The thickness of fractured position was decreased with the lower heat input conditions. The relationships were excellent due to linear between the effective thickness of fractured position and peak load. The fractured position was the interface between joint area and not joint area. Also the strength efficiency compared with base metal was lower than decreasing rate of thickness because the hardness was decreased at fractured position due to softened material.

        텍스트로서의 게임, 참여자로서의 게이머

        이 논문은 디지털게임이 지금 이 시점에서 매우 중요한 문화현상이라는 점을 지적하면서, 그 연구의 필요성을 강조하고자 쓴 글이다. ‘게임문화연구’로 명명된 이 연구는 문화연구의 관점과 내용을 게임관련 문화현상에 적용시킨 시도였다. 먼저 게임연구의 대표적인 두 전통인 내러톨로지와 루돌로지를 비교하면서, 각각을 문화연구의 시각에서 수정ㆍ확장시켰다. 그 결과 내러티브에 집착하는 내러톨로지는 느슨한 형태의 텍스트연구로, 놀이적 측면을 강조한 루돌로지는 게이머연구로 확장될 여지를 보였다. 이 과정에서 게임텍스트가 중층적 구조를 갖는다는 점과 게이머를 다양한 차원에서 접근해야 한다는 점이 강조되었다. 나아가 게임문화연구는 내러톨로지와 루돌로지의 논의와 논란을 감싸 안으며 미디어문화연구가 가진 이론적 내용, 현실적 문제의식, 그리고 소재적ㆍ방법론적 성격을 공유한다. 게임문화연구 또한 비판, 맥락, 실천적 의미를 포괄할 수 있어야 한다는 것이다. 마지막으로 게임문화연구의 ‘이론적 지향성’을 강조하였다. 이를 통해 게임문화연구는 비로소 ‘사람’과 ‘세상’에 대한 연구로 나아갈 수 있다. Cultural phenomena around digital games have become significant these days, especially in Korea, but they tend to be neglected by most scholars in cultural studies area. In this paper, the author suggests to develop so-called ‘game-culture studies,’ which is in fact an attempt to apply the orientation and theories of cultural studies to digital games. To begin with, two traditions of game studies, narratology and ludology, are reviewed, discussed, and compared; and then expanded by borrowing various concepts and theories of cultural studies. It is shown that the former has potential to become a textual studies of game in broad sense, while the latter an ethnographic studies of gamer. When these two traditions are expand on one hand and merged on the other hand, ‘game-culture studies’ can be take shape. But it is also very important, the author argues, to explore critical, contextual, and practical meanings when studying game-culture, just like in cultural studies. Finally, it is also emphasized that the theoretical sophistication and development in game-culture studies is as necessary as in cultural studies in general. By developing game-culture studies, the author expects, we can upgrade the current policy- and industry-oriented game studies into the study of men, women, and the world.

      • 한글 자소정렬을 이용한 온라인 욕설 필터링 시스템

        인터넷에서 욕설의 사용은 매우 심각한 문제이다. 이것을 해결하기 위하여 여러 사이트에서 욕설을 금칙어로 지정하여 사용을 금지하고 있으나 주로 사용되는 고정적인 단어를 필터링하는 방법으로는 한계가 있다. 사용자는 단어의 일부 자소를 변형 시키는 방법으로 필터링 시스템을 쉽게 빠져나갈 수 있기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 변형을 단어의 진화과정으로 해석하여 두 변형 단어의 진화 거리를 한글 자소 정렬을 통해 판단하는 방법으로 다양한 변형 비속어를 효과적으로 걸러내는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 실험결과 의미 전달이 훼손되지 않게 변형 시킨 단어의 90% 이상이 진화거리 10.0이내에 존재하는 것을 알 수 있다. 이를 이용하면 특정한 변형 욕설을 미리 저장하지 않고서도 걸러낼 수 있음을 밝혔다.

        멜라닌세포에서 배양 성분에 따른 각종 표지자 발현의 차이

        Background: There are many growth media for cultivation of human melanocytes (MGM), depending on the supplements added, and the growth of cells is closely related to these components. To understand melanocytes in vivo, it is necessary to find out the biological or biochemical characteristics of melanocytes grown in physiologic growth medium (P-MGM) and phorbol-12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA)-containing medium (C-MGM). Objective: To investigate the expression of different biochemical markers of melanocytes grown in C-MGM and in P-MGM. Methods: C-MGM is basically composed of PMA (10 ng/ml), and bFGF (3 ng/ml), and is now commercially available for melanocyte culture. P-MGM is a physiologic growth medium containing physiologic mitogens such as bFGF (10 ng/ml), ET-1 (10 nM), and α-MSH (12 nM). The cell proliferation and the expression of biochemical markers were measured in cultured human melanocytes which were grown in either C-MGM or P-MGM. Results: In this study, there was significant difference in cell proliferation between cells grown in C-MGM and P-MGM (p<0.01). The tyrosinase activity and melanin contents were significantly increased in C-MGM. The expression of TRP1, MART-1 and p53 in mRNA level was higher in C-MGM than in P-MGM. The up-regulation of p53 protein expression was also observed in C-MGM. Conclusion: The proliferation and expression of p53, at both transcriptional and translational levels were increased when melanocytes were grown in C-MGM, compared to P-MGM. This data suggests that p53-mediated melanization is to some degree related with phorbol ester, and should further be elucidated. (Korean J Dermatol 2006;44(5): 579~585)
