This paper explored how university students viewed flipped learning from their own perspectives. Using qualitative research methods, 5 students from a Computer Graphics course at a mid-scale university in Seoul were interviewed for this purpose. Researchers collected data about their learning experiences, emotions, and reflections about flipped learning in general and its components such as online materials, in-class activities, and instructor guidance. Research findings indicated that students were not so much conscious about the unfamiliarity of the class, the increased work load, nor the online lectures. They rather prioritized ‘what they could actually learn’ from the course, and thus defined flipped learning as a method which enabled students to constantly check and fill in the gaps in their learning through team-based activities and prompt feedback from the professor. A combination of students’ positive attitude and active participation in team-based activities, the overall atmosphere of the department which supported interactivity and collaboration, the professor’s emphasis on learning-by-doing and student-centered learning appeared to form their notions of flipped learning. The use of technology did not appear to heavily impact students’ conceptions of flipped learning. Researchers suggest that pedagogical beliefs of the professor, culture surrounding the learner, and the good match between the course content and instructional strategies are central for designing a successful flipped learning class.

In this paper, The SSPA(Solid State Power Amplifier) is 100watts amplifier which is used with C-Band Satellite Communication Up-Link frequency . 5.875 w 6.425 GHz. SSPA requires more output power than is available from a single GaAs FET with result it is necessary to combine the output of many device. To achieve a high power, it is important to make a good N-way power divider which has a small different phase, good combining efficiency and high power handling capability. The reliability of Power GaAs FET decrease with increasing junction temperature. power amplifier in general dissipate amount of power. It is important to provide them with a heatsink and a temperature compensation circuit to dispose of the unwanted heat. To compensate temperature, Using PIN diode attenuator, it is enable to get a precision gain control. The output power of the SSPA is more than 100watt with which the TWTA (Traveling-Wave Tube Amplifier) can be replaced. Each stage was measured by the Network analyzer HP8510C, Power meter Booton 42BD. The gain is more than 53 dB, flatness is less than 1.5 dB.

The purpose of this study is to review the main perspectives or issues dealt with in the research on considered to be key competences, in order to develop a fuller understanding of how human competence functions. As a result of this review, two themes considered as having important implications for the actual practices can be identified: that there exists an holistic nature with different aspects of a given competence and that influences of a contextual and cultural nature are factors which affect the operation of human competence. By incorporating four characteristics and three domains of competence with the review conducted in this study, we began to appreciate what the research on human characteristics related to key competences has achieved and what is needed for future research.
인간 능력으로서의 역량에 대한 고찰 : 역량의 특성과 차원

The purpose of this study is to examine the concept of competence by investigating various ways it has been defined and then to provide a framework for understanding the nature of competence as human ability. From various definitions of competence, this study drew four characteristics of competence as 'wholeness', 'performacity/mobilization', 'context-dependency', and 'learnability'. Along with the nature of competence, the concept of competence was compared against other concepts related to human ability: intelligence, skills, and performance. Several dimensions of the concept of competence were discussed in order to help in making a definition of competence according to different contexts in which the concept of competence will be used. Finally, this study suggests that the concept of competence be used in a way that the characteristics of competence can be fully actualized in educational practices. 본 연구는 현대 사회의 변화를 감당하고 그 변화에 적응하는 개인의 능력으로 주목을 받고 있는 역량이라는 능력의 특성이 무엇인지를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 역량에 대한 다양한 정의를 통해 역량의 특성으로 총체성, 수행성/가동성, 맥락성, 학습가능성이라는 네 가지 특성을 도출하고, 이러한 특성을 기반으로 역량이 능력을 나타내는 다른 개념들과 어떻게 구분이 되는지를 살펴보았다. 그리고 구체적인 상황이나 목적에 따라 역량을 정의할 때 고려해야 하는 차원으로 역량의 대상, 범위, 수준, 도출 방법들에 대해 논의하였다. 이 연구에서 밝힌 역량의 특성과 차원들은 역량의 서로 다른 의미들이 어떻게 관련되어 있는지를 파악할 수 있는 개념적 틀의 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 역량 개념을 교육활동에 적용할 때 그 개념이 드러내고자 했던 인간 능력의 본질적인 측면들을 충분히 구현하는 방향으로 교육활동을 구성하고 운영해야 한다는 점을 제안하였다.
