Davinci Bodyboard 운동이 중년여성들의 골반 밸런스와 활성산소에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Davinci Bodyboard exercise on pelvic balance and active oxygen species in middle aged women. Total exercise was performed for 12 weeks, 3 times a week for 40 minutes a day. The following conclusions were analyzed based on the results of two measurements before and after the Davinci Bodyboard exercise. After the Davinci Bodyboard exercise, the pelvic balance decreased after the exercise and statistically significant difference was observed. In addition, active oxygen species decreased after exercise and showed statistically significant difference. In conclusion, the Davinci Bodyboard exercise showed a very positive effect on pelvic balance changes, and that active oxygen was also more effective than the general population. If the Davinci Bodyboard exercise is known to many people in the future, it will be possible to exercise effect regardless of ages, and pelvic balance and active oxygen may also prevent various lifestyle diseases.
다수의 컨텐츠서버를 이용한 포워드캐스트(ForwardCast)스트리밍 방법

우리는 P2P 네트워크 환경하에서 멀티캐스팅 스트리밍 전송방법으로서 포워딩 스트림(forwarding stream)전송 방법을 사용한다. 일명 포워드캐스트(forwardcast)는 P2P 네트워크 환경과 멀티캐스팅 전송에 바탕을 두고, 클라이언트들의 자원을 효율적으로 이용함으로서 초기 클라이언트의 요청 기각률을 낮출 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 이를 다수의 컨텐츠서버 환경에 적용시킴으로서 하나의 서버에 집중되는 부하를 분산시킴과 동시에 초기 클라이언트의 기각률을 보다 낮추고자 한다. 실험결과 그 성능을 확인할 수 있었다.

This study is a comparative analysis of the effect of aerobic and anaerobic exercise on oxidative stress index and blood circulation improvement in middle aged women. The subjects were 20 middle-aged women who were registered to G metropolitan city W fitness and divided into 10 exercise groups and 10 control groups who did not take any medication or disease. We performed aerobic and anaerobic exercises three times a we ek for 8 weeks. The results of oxidative stress index and blood circulation improvement before and after exercise were as follows. Changes in the oxidative stress index of middle-aged women participating in both aerobic and anaerobic exercise showed no significant interaction effect between the groups at the time × group, but there was a significant difference between the groups. Changes in HDL-C and LDL-C of middle-aged women participating in both aerobic and anaerobic exercises showed no significant differences between groups, although there was a synergistic effect between the periods × groups. The changes in TG of middle-aged women participating in both aerobic and anaerobic exercise showed a synergistic effect between periods × groups, and there were significant differences among groups. The change in TC of middle-aged women participating in aerobic and anaerobic exercise showed no interaction effect between group and time x group and there were significant differences in the change according to the measurement time. Taken together, these results suggest that aerobic and anaerobic exercise for 8 weeks is an effective exercise method for middle-aged women due to decrease of oxidative stress index and decrease of blood circulation. I think that by providing a place for those who want to aerobic and anaerobic exercise and allowing them to exercise in their leisure time, they will be able to prevent obesity and lifestyle disease and live a healthy life in middle age.
GX프로그램에 참여하는 직장인 비만여성들의 직무스트레스와 가속도맥파에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of GX (HIIT) exercise on the accelerometer (vascular age), which deteriorates health due to occupational stress and various stresses, for obese office workers who lack physical activity and cannot exercise. Research was conducted to find out. The HIIT exercise was conducted in groups for a total of 8 weeks, 3 times a week, 45 minutes a day (10 minutes warm-up, 25 minutes main exercise, 10 minutes cool-down). Occupational stress and accelerometer wave were measured twice in total at 0 weeks and 8 weeks by a non-invasive method, and the following conclusions were drawn based on the measurement results. The GX exercise, HIIT exercise, decreased job stress of obese office workers and showed positive results in the accelerometer wave. Combining the above, GX exercise resulted in a decrease in α-amylase and a decrease in blood vessel age as a way to promote and maintain health for obese office workers who were unable to exercise or do physical activity. If these exercises are considered according to the individual level and appropriately combined with exercise prescription factors, it is thought that obese office workers can lead a healthy life by relieving obesity and reducing stress.
타바타 운동이 중년여성의 신체 구성 물질과 유해산소에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to evaluate the Tabata workout for eight weeks with a target of eight middle-aged women appear to have any effect on body composition material and radical. Subjects was conducted three times a week for eight weeks movement, by presenting the average standard deviation of the results was performed by paired t verification method to verify the differences before and after, were derived as follows. One, change in body composition material, except for the body fat in the comparison exercise group, weight, body water, protein, minerals decreased the post minutely than the advance, was not a statistically significant difference in the movement group comparison. Two, a change of harmful oxygen were significantly lower than before the experiment after experiment in the exercise group compared (p<.05), showed a statistically significant change in the exercise group compared. When we saw the conclusion of the above, Tabata exercise is the body’s constituents did not show any positive effect but in the radical changes of substance have seen the positive effects. In future studies, controlled by a Tabata workout to the portion that can control the experimenter with regard to body composition material it should come to be more and more good results, It analyzes the changes in the body’s ability and the antioxidant with the ability to inhibit oxidation in the body to remove the free radicals generated by the various subjects with the cause, are thought to be preventable by lifestyle-related diseases and various diseases, Tabata the research on exercise is to think that we can continue to be made in the future.

프록시 서버는 점차 다양해지고 있는 클라이언트의 이질성(heteroginiety)과 이에 따른 서버와 네트워크의 과부하를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 제시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 분산된 프록시 서버 환경에서 주어진 프록시들의 부하 균형을 위하여 각 비디오 객체의 계층(layer)들을 서로 다른 프록시에 분리하여 저장하였다가 필요시 전송함으로서 네트워크 환경에서 특정 프록시 서버로의 집중과 혼잡성을 줄이도록 한다. 이로서 적응적인 화질(Quality Adaptation)을 보장하기 위한 계층적 코딩(layered coding) 스트리밍 서비스를 보다 효율적으로 제공할 수 있다.

인터넷 환경에서 프록시(proxy)는, 효율적인 데이터의 전송을 위해 다양한 클라이언트 장치들과 WWW서버들간의 다리역할을 수행한다. 특히, 최근의 인터넷 환경은 이미지 같은 복잡하고 대량의 크기를 갖는 데이터 전송을 많이 요구하고 있으므로, 클라이언트 환경에 맞는 최선의 화질과 최소의 지연시간을 갖도록 데이터를 변환하여 제전송하는 트랜스코딩(transcoding)이 중요시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 트랜스코딩을 수행하는 다수의 프록시들이 존재할 때, 클라이언트의 요구(request)와 정치(device), 또는 네트워크의 여러 가지 조건에 가장 적합한 프록시를 선택할 수 있는 수리적인 모델을 제안한다. 이러한 수리적 모델은 경로연결기(redirector)내에서 동작하는 알고리즘으로서, 예상되는 지연시간과 오버플로우의 가능성을 최소화할 수 있는 최선의 프록시를 클라이언트와 서버사이에 연결함으로서 이미지 전송에 있어서 더 큰 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 실험 결과, 전체적인 지연시간을 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 클라이언트에게 적절한 양과 질의 데이터 전송효과를 가진다.
