디지털 기술의 발달로 기존의 콘텐츠를 소비하는 역할을 했던 대중들이 손쉽게 콘텐츠를 제작하고 향유할 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 현상으로 최근 디지털스토리텔링이 큰 화제가 되어 많은 곳에서 공모전 등을 통해 웹 환경에서 콘텐츠를 생산하고 있다. 디지털 스토리텔링은 디지털 기술을 활용하여 만들어진 스토리텔링 콘텐츠로 웹 환경에서 다양한 형태로 제작되고 있다. 하지만 현실은 단순한 저작 도구의 환경이 아날로그에서 디지털로의 변화일 뿐 집단지성을 표방한 웹 2.0 환경에는 동 떨어져 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 환경에서 집단지성을 적용하여 협업적으로 제작되는 디지털 스토리텔링 콘텐츠에서 나타나는 절차 및 필요한 요소를 분석하고 이에 맞는 플랫폼을 제안한다.

Due to the development of new digital technologies in recent years, consumers play different roles with compared to the past. Though they used to consume various existing contents, nowadays they have opportunities to use in user-friendly environment which can make them create and share their own contents. Under this circumstance, the digital storytelling has become a big issue in large area, and the web-based contents have been produced with diverse contests. In fact, the digital storytelling means a kind of storytelling method which is made by digital technologies and has been created under various circumstances. However, many researches concern that the digital storytelling is just applied for moving from analog to digital in terms of a tool, but in the reality it is far from the web 2.0 with collective intelligence. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a web-based collaborative digital storytelling platform that analysis user's action processes and components applying collective intelligence.

음이온 충돌 탄뎀 질량분석법을 이용한 올리고당의 연결부위 연구

Negative ion FAB(Fast Atom Bombardment) mass spectra were found to allow the determination of the linkage position in a series of underivatized linkage-isomeric oligosaccharides. Previous work??? reported that ion patterns of linkage-isomeric trisaccharides could be distinguished by positive ion FAB CAD MS/MS. Negative ion FAB MS/MS spectra of linkage-isomeric trisaccharides exhibited better sensitivity than positive ion mode and provided specific fragmentation patterns according to linkage positions. Especially, the fragmentation, mz/163 in F6 and m/z 221 in G6, not occuring in 1-3 nor 1-4 linkage, was an indication of 1-6 linkage, by changing collision energies from +10 eV to +60 eV. The m/z 378 peak in F3 and F4 FAB CAD MS/MS spectra could not be found in the spectrum of F6. The survival ratios of molecular ions in each collision energy set, gave support to previous result????? in which the order of bond stability was 1-6>1-4>1-3 linkage.

Edible flower means a flower that is good to eat is subject to either cooking or appetizing. In general, people eat edible flower as raw so that the loss of vitamin and inorganic are minimal. Edible flower is usually utilized as salad material or aromatic, decoration for jelly or cake and solid stuff in soup. Thus, decorating food by edible flower improves flavor, fragrance and appetite. Edible flower serves various purposes both east and west. In Korea, Edible flower is mainly subject to soup, cooked potherbs, frying, tea stuff, brewing and etc, whereas in Japan, its various usage covers cooked potherbs, pickle, sliced raw fish, frying, salad, jelly and decoration. On the other hand, Edible flower is used as numerous salad and tea stuff, condiment, roasting, meat, sweets and desserts in Western Hemisphere.
