Recently network restoration is emerged as a major issue as the network link capacity is increasing tremendously especially in the optical network. Major problem in the network restoration is how to setup the restoration path or backup path which can guarantee the bandwidth assigned to a working path, consequently resulting in the QoS routing issues. In this paper we introduce an algorithm to establish a working path and its backup path which guarantee the bandwidth of a working path, at the same time reducing the bandwidth consumption by sharing the bandwidth of backup paths unless its corresponding working path through the same link. And we show results about bandwidth consumption of the algorithm by simulation.

Documentally speaking, the history of Korean's emigration retraces back to the early age of the Three Kingdoms about 1-2c in A.D.. Just after the mid-nineteenth century, a number of Koreans advanced into America and Mexico as well as Manchuria and Siberia. And during recent two decades, increasing number of countries to emigrate enable Korean to advance into North and South America, Oceania and Africa. To the effect that the promotion of Korean's especially of farmers' emigration and their successful settlement should be assured by thorough studies and investigation this article was made to suggest the directive and reformative way of agricultural emigration focusing on the problems occurred during the beekeeper's emigration and their settlement in New World, which the settlement schedule K.B.A has been driving forward for the past ten years. For agricultural emigrator's successful settlement in foreign countries several plans are suggested as follows. First, permanent language training system should be established. In this institute not only the language of objective countries but also history, politics and economics education should be synthetically instructed. Second, thorough pre-investigation and upbringing of the professionals. It is necessary to train professionals such respective areas as agricultural engineering, crop-cultivating, agricultural product processing and circulation in addition to geological professionals in order to guide precise pre-investigation on the objective countries and the course of settlement. Third, experimental farm and research institute should be established and social-indirect capital such as water supply and drainage, road, hygienic facilities and educating institute must be preceded. Fourth, funds in any forms to support the emigrants must be fostered. Governmental or civil base fund should be raised as a cooperation system because agricultural emigrant must be accompanied with long investment and it is beyond individual ability. Fifth, the institute to guide and to support the emigrants should be set up. Last, it is indispensable to set up the free importing policy of emigrant's products at the age of opened importing era. Emigration is to live in the country where language and culture are different, therefore it is at once our duty who remain in domestic land and important problem to guide and to support the emigrants to live sincerely in foreign land.

It is expected that the introduction of real-driving emission will strengthen the exhaust emission. However, various researches have been reported that real-driving emission has been influenced by factors such as characteristics of the test routes and driving characteristics for drivers. In order to reflect this effect, European Commission applied the concept of driving dynamics to prevent deliberately driving of excessive and acceleration over RDE test. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of exhaust emissions according to real-driving test in three test routes and driving style. As a result of the test, it was confirmed that when the same driver tested real-driving test under three test routes, it depends on the driving characteristics of the route. Also, RDE-NOx for driving style was that severe driving has been about 16 times higher than normal driving in KNUT route.

L.V. Beethoven's motive development is embossed and applicated last from classic period to romantic period. This study is made up of two parts: in the first part, the analysis about three figures of Beethoven's first piano sonata, op.2, no.1 : and in the second part, the analytic study about aspect of motive development derived from that figures. The principal motive of Beethoven involved unlimited possibility in itself, and the motive organize consistentily the whole piano sonatas through many alterations and variations.
주차장 법제에 의한 저층주거지 필지 단위 개발 가능 용적률 영향 분석 - 수원시 격자형 저층주거지를 대상으로

Parking regulations have been regarded as one of the factors, such as Building Act, to delay the voluntary rehabilitation in low-rised residential areas due to its small land-lots and narrow alleys, and thus adjusted to encourage small-sized redevelopment projects. However, the effect of parking regulations on the floor-area-ratio(FAR) of a lot-based housing development has rarely been quantitatively examined. This paper aims to figure out how parking regulations work with various land-lot conditions and housing types through simulating the feasible FAR on virtual and actual land-lots from low-rise residential areas in Suwon. The result shows that parking regulations cause substantial lowering of the feasible FAR in different degrees depending on the housing types and land-lot conditions. These findings call for urban design and policy solutions beyond the current frame combining parking lots to the individual development. 주택의 부설주차장 기준 등 주차장 관련 법제는 『건축법』 등과 함께 저층주거지의 도시조직여건에서 자발적 정비를 지연시키는 요인으로 여겨지며, 따라서 소규모 정비 유도를 위한 규제완화 대상이 되어왔다. 그러나 주차장 법제가 저층주거지의 개별 필지 조건에서 어떤 유불리를야기하는지에 관한 정량적 검증은 부족하다. 본 연구는 저층주거지의 필지 단위 주택 개발에서주차장 법제가 개발 가능 용적률에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 데 목적이 있다. 수원시 저층주거지특성에 기초한 가상의 대지와 실제 수원시 저층주거지 필지를 대상으로 주택의 용적률을 시뮬레이션한 결과, 『국토법』 및 『건축법』만 적용한 경우와 비교하여 주차장 법제를 함께 적용할 때개발 가능한 용적률이 상당 수준 감소한다. 특히 큰 폭의 용적률 감소는 타 법규와 관계없이 주차장 법제에 기인하다. 또한, 주택의 유형 및 세대면적에 따라 용적률 감소 효과는 큰 격차를보인다. 이러한 용적률 저하는 대지 규모와 형태 등에 따라서 매우 다른 수준으로 나타나며, 일관된 경향을 보이지 않는다. 이 같은 결과는 주차장 법제가 여타 건축규제 이상으로 저층주거지의 필지 단위 개발을 제약하는 요인이며, 현 건축물 단위 주차장 확보 원칙의 한계를 인정하고블록 단위 이상의 주차장 공급을 위한 정책적, 도시설계적 해법을 마련해야 함을 시사한다.
