휘도성분과 색차성분의 유사성을 이용한 색차성분의 적응적 스캐닝 오더 결정 방법

본 논문에서는 휘도성분과 색차성분의 유사성을 이용하여 부호화 성능을 향상시키기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 하나의 영상을 구성하는 휘도성분과 색차성분은 유사성이 높아 그 유사성을 이용하여 부호화 효율을 높이는 것이 가능하다. 현재 CU(Coding Unit)를 압축할 때 화면 내 예측방법을 사용한다면, 색차성분의 화면 내 예측모드가 휘도성분의 정보를 이용하는 경우에 본 논문의 알고르듬을 적용한다. 색차성분이 휘도성분의 정보를 이용하는 경우에는 휘도성분과 색차성분 간 유사도가 높다는 것을 의미하기 때문에 휘도성분의 스캔방법을 기본으로 중요한 변환계수의 위치정보를 이용하여 색차성분의 스캔 방법을 적응적으로 결정한다. 현재 배포된 HEVC의 레퍼런스 소프트웨어인 HM 3.1을 이용하여 실험한 결과 색차성분에 대해 0.39%의 부호화 효율을 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

엔트로피 부호화 기반의 분산 비디오 코딩 방법

본 논문은 저복잡도 비디오 부/복호화를 위한 엔트로피 부호화 기반의 분산 비디오 코딩 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 엔트로피 부호화 기반의 분산 비디오 코딩은 복호기의 복잡도를 줄이기 위하여 기존의 분산 비디오 코딩에서 사용하는 채널코딩을 이용하는 것이 아니라 엔트로피 코딩을 이용하여 부호화를 수행한다. 제안하는 방법에서 복호가는 움집임 추정을 수행하고 그 결과인 움직임 백터를 부호기로 전송하며, 부호기는 전송받은 움직임 백터를 초기 움직임 백터로 하여 움직임 백터 값의 갱신을 수행한다. 제안한 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 기존의 분산 비디오 코딩 방법과 복호기 복잡도를 비교한 결과 99%의 복잡도 감소가 있었고, H.264/AVC의 All Intra 방법과 비교하여 20.3%의 비트율 감소가 있었다.

논문 : 개방형 사무공간에서 주관적 환경평가에 영향을 미치는 공간계획요소에 관한 연구

업무환경은 사무실에서 근무자가 업무를 수행하는데 영향을 주며 사무직 근무자들의 만족도와 업무생산성에 영향력이 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 가장 많이 계획되고 있는 개방형 사무공간에서 사무직 근무자의 주관적 환경평가에 영향을 미치는 공간계획요소를 파악하고 사무직 근무자의 업무생산성을 높이고 근무자와 환경사이의 적합성이 높은 업무환경을 만들기 위하여 고려되어야할 공간계획요소를 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 물리적 환경의 객관적인 상태가 수용 가능한 수준으로 양호한 데에 비하여 물리적 환경에 대한 주관적인 인식은 보통이거나 보통 이하로 나타나 사무직 근무자의 개인-환경 적합성을 높일 수 있는 업무환경의 개선이 필요하였다. 업무특성 등을 고려해서 적정한 개인업무공간 면적을 확보해 주고, 지나치게 개방적인 업무공간은 업무에 방해가 되기 쉽기 때문에 전체적인 업무환경은 개방적으로 계획하되 근무자가 업무공간이 지나치게 개방적이어서 방해가 된다고 느끼지 않도록 파티션 높이나 둘러싸임의 정도를 결정해야 한다. 뿐만 아니라 자연채광이 나 전망을 고려하여 폐쇄된 공간을 코어에 배치하거나 유리 칸막이를 사용하는 것과 같은 공간계획이 필요하고, 조명기구의 위치가 개인업무공간 내에 있도록 계획하여 업무공간의 조도 상태를 적정수준으로 확보해야 한다. Physical work environment is one of the key elements that affects the satisfaction and productivity of office workers. The purpose of this study is to identify the space planning features influencing subjective environment evaluation of workers in open plan office and to suggest the space planning features improving productivity of office workers and enhancing the person- environment fit in open plan offices. Results shows that the perceived quality of the physical environment appears to be low or neutral even though the objective condition of the physical environment is within comfortable range. Space planning features to increase the physical environmental conditions in the open plan offices are as follows: 1)adequate size of personal workspace considering job characteristics, 2) appropriate partition height and degree of enclosure of work area that workers do not feel disturbed, 3) workplace layout providing daylighting and outside view from worker`s workspace, and 4) lighting layout for overall quality of lighting.

대안적인 사무환경 디자인을 위한 사무직 근로자의 의식 및 업무공간 융통성 분석

업무공간의 융통성은 조직의 변화에 신속하게 대응하기 위해서 모든 기업조직에서 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 사무직 근무자들의 대안적인 사무환경에 대한 의식을 조사하고 업무공간 재배치의 관점에서 우리나라 기업의 업무공간 융통성을 파악한 후에 업무공간의 융통성을 높이기 위한 악한으로 대안적인 사무환경 디자인을 위한 악안을 제시하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 연구 결과 대부분의 기업에서 지위나 직급에 따른 공간의 차별단계를 축소하고 기업의 기능에 적합한 유니버설 플랜 개념을 사무공간 디자인에 도입하여 업무공간의 표준화 정도가 높았다. 유니버설 플랜으로 디자인된 표준화된 업무공간은 전통적인 사무공간 디자인과 비교해서 업무공간 재배치시 파티션이나 가구, 벽체의 변경이 아니라 근무자만을 이동시키는 것이 가능하여 사무공간의 변경 비용과 계획에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있으며 그에 따라 발생되는 업무 악해도 줄일 수 있다. 대안적인 근무형태나 사무공간 사용에 대한 근무자들의 의식은 공간 소유에 대한 문제 때문에 부정적으로 나타났지만 공간 재배치의 융통성을 제공하는 대안적인 사무공간 디자인은 불확실성의 상황에서 꼭 필요한 다양성을 지원한다. 업무효율 증대와 업무공간 점유비용 및 변동비용 절감이 가능하며 공간 재배치에 있어서 업무공간의 융통성을 제공하는 대안적인 업무공간 디자인 방안을 업무형태에 따라 제안하였다. Increasing workplace flexibility enables organizations to respond quickly to unpredicted and rapid changes. The purpose of this study is to provide useful information for the planning of flexible workplace through an evaluation of current workspaces aid office workers" preference for m alternative office design. The findings are summarized as follows: Most companies adopted modular units and universal plan office to reduce the costs of chum. It makes possible for organizations to places an emphasis on the proximity of members to change the boundary between groups and it will greatly affect spatial flexibility. Office workers" preferences for alternative office are negative because it reduces personal space and increase shared space. Alternative office design by work patterns is suggested to increase workplace flexibility. For example, "hive" type with low interaction aid high occupancy rate may utilize telecommuting and teleworkers can use satellite office, telework center to support work in the office. "Club" type can adopt group address to support concentrated individual work and encourage more communication aid interactions.

Apartment unit plan is evolving by the development of commercialization strategy and designing technology and the demand of consumer. In the past, middle- to large-sized apartment was favored, but with the changes of family members and institutional changes, the preference for national housing size apartment(less than 85㎡) began to increase. In this study, we investigate the characteristics of the plan composition through the analysis of the plan of unit households of the residential housing products that have been sold since 2010 and compare it with the previous research data to understand the changes of the housing products and provide them as basic data for future product development. The result of this study shows that various plan types are being tried to diversify the product composition. As the number of bay expansions is increasing, the width of the front is increasing as it is generalized to 4 bays. However, it can be seen that the pattern of the front seal configuration maintains a constant shape. A variety of space configurations reflecting changes in the demands and preferences of the state are attempted, but it is necessary to study space configurations that can cope more actively.

Work environment is an important factor affecting productivity and quality of life of employees. The purpose of this study is to analyse the physical environment characteristics that impact on job satisfaction. Questionnaire concerning satisfaction with physical environment including office furniture, indoor environment conditions, and space planning, and environmental and job satisfaction was analyzed. Three-step mediated regression analysis was used to test a model linking the physical environment, through overall environmental satisfaction, to job satisfaction. Even though workers in open plan office show low satisfaction with physical conditions and overall environment, job satisfaction was little higher than environmental satisfaction. Among office furniture, indoor environment and spatial planning, spatial planning elements was appeared to be most affective to overall environmental satisfaction. Results confirmed the important role of physical environment in job satisfaction, mediated by overall environmental satisfaction. There is a limit to generalize the results because this study is based on survey. However, it contributes to help understanding the physical conditions impact on job satisfaction in open-plan office environment. The results of this study can be utilized as useful information when office space is relocated or new office space are designed.
